Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager is very focused on customer satisfaction and is willing to order things you might want but not in stock at the store. Returns are easy. Great neighborhood store.

Kept being told the dog food would be in tomorrow. Again and again I drove back to the store only to be told the same thing. Finally today I pointed out to the cashier that my friend had been trying to purchase the same product as I for two months without success. I told her my friend finally went down the street and shopped at Pet Smart. She replied “ that’s fine”.I went to Pet Smart and was greeted by a friendly employee who told me exactly where my desired product would be.Be aware your competition is eating your lunch.By the way——Pet Smart is much better stocked.

Feels somewhat cramped in this store. They were well stocked but the aisles are narrow. The layout doesn't "invite" browsing. The coupons they offer are a good drawing card.

I'm so tired of going to the Painesville and Mentor PSP stores and having employees walk right buy me without asking if I need help with getting fish and not being able to find anyone in the store to help except for the cashier. I walked out of the Painesville store without buying anything today because no one was around, and I didn't feel like hunting someone down. The employees are usually hiding in the back and have to be called out to help someone.

No help with a cage or set up for hermit crabs. they got them out of tank and then walked away. He they just said after we asked they r over there and left

Grooming area dog hair was blown all over that part of the store. Uugh! Checkout person was very nice. We found the items we were looking for and even found a special toy for a friend's dog.

1st and most importantly the Grooming department is amazing! Me & coco always feel welcomed and leave there super happy. She always looks extra beautiful! The store is always clean and very well organized. All the happy employees make it very comfortable to shop and love all the fur baby’s. Thank you for doing a amazing job with your customer service skills. Truly shows when someone is enjoying their job.

Twice I have placed an order for curbside pick up. Twice I have not received my full order after I got home to unload it. Now, I must go back to the store wasting time and gas because they could not check my order before dispensing it, again. And their online inventory of the store is usually out or almost out of half the things I want.

Absolutely amazing place to get your dogs nails trimmed, or even just to get supplies! They gave everything you can imagine.My dog Lu Lu is very anxious when getting her nails trimmed, but the staff here is very kind and patient. Each time we come they are welcoming and are able to get the job done despite Lu’s timidness.Would 100% recommend!

Chain store with friendly and helpful staff. Shelves are usually well stocked, although they occasionally run out of specific dog toys. If that happens, there is always something else to get your pet.

Called prior to driving quite a distance to ask if they had goldfish and the girl checked and said yes they do. When I got to the store they said they weren't selling the fish because of some sort of illness they had. Would have been nice to know that before I drove all the way there!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually go in for one or two things, which I know exactly where they are. I always manage to get at least one employee manifesting out of nowhere asking if I need assistance. This is nice, but I almost never do. But they're willing to help. Great company 👍🏻

This is the second groomer they hired who couldn't do their job that they are trained for. This was my first time trying this new groomer. My girlfriend brought my dog in for a groom and the new groomer Lauren butchered him really bad. I only wanted a trim on my Golden Retriever, but I got a failed 3rd grade art project on him instead. She was also very rude and oblivious to my girlfriend. I don't know what she's on, but she should not be a dog groomer. Save yourself some time and avoid this grooming salon. I've heard better reviews from places not too far from here.

First time at this location because grooming was booked out further at the Mentor location, but it was worth the little further drive because the customer service was amazing. Emily & Brooke were friendly and did an awesome job with grooming my 2 dogs. The manager was also helpful and friendly. Every employee I encountered in the store displayed the best costumer service I’ve seen in a while.

Pet supplies plus in Painesville today was exceptional for services and products.We had a super time speaking and working with Marcus. He was not only professional but extremely friendly and best yet knowledgeable of many products. He and the other gentleman in the store helped us become more comfortable with our decision on flea and tick supplies.I'd have to say this store ranks top in my book as one of the ultimate best around. Even though one might have found some food and treats less expensive elsewhere, you'll never beat the services rendered by Marcus.
