Outstanding Giant Eagle. Love shopping there. Large, clean and well stocked store. Great customer service. They have great store discounts...PLUS ➕ food 🥖 🥛 🌭🌶🥞🥣🍿🍅🥕 🥔 and gas⛽ savings (with their food/gas perk savings card). I shop there practically all the time and save my gas ⛽ perks and fill up my car on less than $1.00 a gallon ever month.

Everything is so easy to find with one exception. I haven't been able to find my favorite 'All Bran Cereal'. It hasn't been in it's usual place. I like the "sticks" but neither that or the "nibs" have been available. Could I have missed it? One other product Lindt super large chocolate bars 'milk chocolate w/or w/o nuts. I'm wondering if these are a shipping issue .My other favorites are almost always there for me to enjoy and I love the perks we're able to use on check-out. Great selection with new products seem to be adding every day!!!!!!!!😁😂!!

Some empty shelves for seasonal changes. Most departments well-stocked. Was there early evening on a Tuesday not over-crowded. Easy to get in and out efficiently.

Workers were rude at self checkout when I needed help. The store had a sale sign up on Pepsi 20oz 6 packs but 3 get 3 free. They would not authorize it because both managers that talked with me and said 7up is not a Pepsi product. I looked it up when I returned to my car and yes it is destructed by Pepsi nationally. Look it up please. Managers should know their products. Yes I did get very upset because the worker that helped me first made a disgusting sound because she had to help me. The Managers were nice but would not honor the sign that said pepsi products was on sale. I was kept there a xtra amount of time I was refunded for the 3 xtra 6 packs of Pepsi products. The fact that yall don’t know your products is very concerning. I will not be purchasing Any beverage at any Giat Eagle. I think you also need to teach your employee at registers helping customers to act professionally.

The curbside shopper, Danny, quite simply does not care about his job and our pickup experiences with him have been less than stellar. He was missing items from our order and when we called up there all he could say was “well I know I threw it in there but I’ll send a delivery out anyways”. Also asked to add prune juice for pregnancy and he forgot it the first time despite saying yes, he’ll add it and also didn’t add it during the second delivery. Simply couldn’t find a care in the world to rectify the situation and we won’t be doing pickups there anymore.

I bought two filet mignon from the meat counter today and my fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised by the tender, juicy meat! The gentleman that picked them out for me gets 5 stars too!Overall, a well stocked and clean store.

Busy place. Somewhat difficult to find disabled parking, need more spaces. Staff is accommodating for most part. Location for myself, is great.

The food is excellent the prices as well the cashier's are nice and friendly I rides a mobility scooter (my own) Nov 30th will be a day I won't forget I was looking for something I sat my phone on a shelf and forgot it I has three people to thank for the return of my phone the cashier who called my phone and didn't stop the lady working third shift when I called she told me that it was found I could have flew though the phone and given her and the person who turned it in a big hug like wise the cashier has a big hug coming 🤗

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME AFTER 8 OR BEFORE they close all the self check out lines and only have 2 cashiers working. I waited 35 mins in line to check out 4 things today. HORRIBLE 5 people left the lines.

UPDATE: I spoke with Land o Lakes and they made it clear that the 5lb loaf is something the deli does have to slice. You go on to the shop online for the deli and it says deli sliced. What is that cheese they claim is Land o Lakes cheese? What is being done here is extremely wrong!I am BEYOND sick of their deli. Right now if you go to the grab and go deli case and think you are buying Land o Lakes yellow American cheese you are infact getting some cheap generic cheese. Land o Lakes has to be sliced and this is already sliced when they receive it. I do not know why this is being done or why they think it is a good idea is beyond me. They also frustrate me when you ask for something to be sliced a certain way and they still proceed to try to give it to you from the mound they already sliced up. I am just done with this. I am not paying for someone to ignore my request or sell me something that is not actually what I am buying.

A good Giant Eagle. Produce has improved greatly since I first started living in this area. Deli and Bakery are both great. Giant Eagle is not the most affordable grocery store, but with fuel perks and coupons it is manageable.

My wife purchased 8 cabbage roles for 50 dollars and change. They were 10 dollars a pound. Don't waste your money, our dog wouldn't even eat them. Had to throw out.

They are ok. Prices too high and their cut watermelon 9 times out of 10 is gross. It's been that way since last summer. Watermelon shouldn't be almost as hard as a carrot or have barely any flavor. It shouldn't almost be fibrous feeling. Yuck.

I keep waiting for the price of bakery muffins to go down…. $6.99 for 4 muffins is price-gouging. Just over a year ago the same items were $2.50-$2.99. That’s over a 120% increase under the best of circumstances. I see people walk through the bakery, look at everything, look at the floor and leave without a bakery item.It’s sad really that Giant Eagle would do this. Plenty of on-sale eggs and milk. Use those! Best illustration is now the single-packaged muffins for $1.99 each. Not selling enough, Giant Eagle? Have to try and push the illusion that if you buy 4 muffins at $6.99 you are really saving a buck?Muffins used to be a great item at these stores. While I can afford the price increase, I refuse to purchase them. Just like all those who walk through the bakery with their kids and leave with nothing due to price gouging. Shame on Giant Eagle! How soon they forget and wipe from memory that just a year ago these items were fairly priced. Guess I didn’t…“But, but, but Covid. And Eggs and gas…”. Gimme a break. You are taking severe advantage of your customers during tough times for many of them and you know it.

Giant eagle is a good store overall, however I will not be ordering cakes from here anymore.. I used to get my cakes from here all the time , my oldest is now 19 .. however.. within the last few years I've noticed that the dedication is no longer there, I purchased a cake for my daughter not too long ago and the cake was horrible!! To the point where I didn't even want it.. but on short notice I had no choice.. I asked to speak with the store manager and he also did not seem like he cared.. i showed him the cake and asked him how he would feel to have a cake decorated as horrible as this was.. mind you i ordered the cake two or three weeks prior.. his exact reply was , well i dont eat cake so it wouldn't apply to me.. as a manager that's supposed to listen, and try to make things easier, that's not an answer you should give .. i could tell he was un interested in resolving the issue and i also could tell he thought i was trying to get something for free.. the last comment that sealed it was well they work in a bakery , theyre not artists .. i could have said well im a customer and i dont feel like paying and you should hire cake decorators to decorate cakes since they are only bakers.. after 17 plus years i will never order another cake from here again.. that comment alone made me not want to even shop here.. even though the manager on duty lacked the ability to use B.L.A.S.T or even seem to remember T.O.P.S i can understand why my cake was made poorly.. otherwise, my interactions there have been pretty decent

Very disappointed in the store I waited over 20 minutes to get into checkout they only had one cashier.... There are eight people in one line... What happened to the service in this store though they have several self checkouts but most people don't want to be bother with that after all we shop there we don't work there You should be more than one cashier at all times no matter what very disappointed I don't know if I'll be back.....
