Not the most organized but definitely a great selection of products. (Definitely better organized than some DTs). Customer-friendly staff and good music on while I shopped. Overall, I would recommend stopping in this location.

I love Dollar Tree!!! And Tammy the manger is GREAT!!..She is always working hard stocking,ringing people out and helping customers! Always has something new to keep the employees active and to help them love working there! All together great place,manger and employees!!!

The night Manager Tammy was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond what any manager I've ever encountered would do! The store looks immaculate and was fully stocked with items I had never seen in other Dollar trees. Will definitely travel the 35 mins and pass over the 3 Dollar tree's around me to go to this one again! Thank you again Tammy, you rock!!

Store is great has what you need when budgets low, although …the white women with the attitude makes me (I feel like she’s lowkey discriminating) not wanna go. How many people have stole and not put things back where they belong? Many.

I went into the store to buy w things thay didn’t have milk or bread I asked to use the bathroom thay Said thay didn’t have one I needed a drink of water to take some medicine , there was dirty cups in the back there was bathrooms back there and thay were locked. I came back up front of the store their was two policemen up front Thay asked if I peed back there I said no there was one line open all the employees were walking around doing nothing watch you don’t get accused of doing something you didn’t do it was very inbarassing I won’t go in there again thay need to be more respectful to there customers. Don’t go in there.

I like going to dollar tree theirs a lot of great things. We went on 08/08/2022 to buy my son some toys for his bday and some stuff we needed for school. Like all the kids my kids grabbed things we made sure they put them back or we put them back. But the majority of things they grabbed we had in our cart, we were in line and ready to pay and the manager pulled us aside told us that we need to leave the store because my kids made a mess. It was a new policy that if you made a mess that you are getting kicked out. I’m sorry but that dollar tree is always dirty I’ve worked in retail before and it’s our job to put things back, but because I’ve been their I have my kids put things back. I know it’s frustrating but she didn’t have to take out on us. Poor service in the Painesville, OH location

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees by far. It's large, there's always a great selection of things that I can't find at other Dollar Trees. The employees are all very nice as well. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted, and was told, "If there's anything you need, just let one of us know," which I was surprised by. Also, I've been in the store now 3 times (I'm new to the area), and it's always very clean and the shelves are always tidy and organized.

There is an amazing amount of goods here - and most of it is, yes, priced at $1.00! I have found some really nice things here (including my favorite cheap-but-good detergent that Marc's stopped stocking because "nobody was buying it" - yeah, right) and tons of household items. I no longer have to drive to Walmart and, as a very nice bonus, the people who work here are really nice and helpful. Oh, and they have the best balloons for all occasions! Definitely stop by here; you'll be glad you did.

I just love this store. I always walk in looking for 1-3 items and end up walking out with either half or a full cart! The store is always cleaned and we'll maintained. The staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. It's never a dull moment in this Dollar Tree!

Dollar Tree is always hiring but don't hire unless you're 18+. 18+ adults need more money then what they pay. My daughter is 17 and can run a cash register but can't apply.

This Dollar Tree has a bit of everything for $1! Really! Its accessible and you can usually get in and out fairly quickly and the service is friendly and helpful. That's refreshing, but reflective of all Painesville city merchants!

If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Always walk in for one or two things, but can't ever seem to get out of there for less than $15. The staff there in my experiences have been very helpful and friendly!

The people who run the store are all really great! Fortunately the majority of the people who visit the store are great. But there are a small number of people steal, ruin, wreak havoc at that store it's very sad.

This place sucks. They charge tax on non taxable items and when you call them out on it they argue with you and tell you your wrong. I thought the customer was always right. Now they charge $1.25 for all the items. Really not worth it now 👎👎👎

Cashier was playing with his phone instead of watching the prompts on his register. Then instead of handing me my receipt he told me to grab it off the printer! Won't be going back to this particular location!

I wish I could give the manager specifically a ZERO STAR RATING!! I was just there and as I was leaving I overheard her VERY NASTILY tell a customer about his parking his truck in the parking lot.. She "claimed" to have had NUMEROUS complaints about there being no parking because of his truck and trailer yet there were 5 EMPTY PARKING SPOTS!! SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY W THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO HIM TREATING HIM LIKE HE WAS A CHILD SHEWAS CHASTISING!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOLLAR TREE AGAIN!!

This place is big, but that’s about all it has going for it. It’s usually pretty messy and disorganized, especially the area by the photo frames. There isn’t a lot of parking either.
