I hope this gets to the pharmacy employees. I want to say thank you for the courtesy and pleasant customer service the pharmacy employees have given to me. I have transferred my prescriptions from the Willoughby location on Som Center and Target Mentor due to moving to Painesville. I will say there is a huge difference in customer service. CVS Painesville pharmacy employees have made me feel like a person they didn’t mind waiting on unlike the others mentioned. The other pharmacies made me dread having to call or pick up my prescriptions. Therefore I was shocked when the Painesville location acted like people and not hateful, unhappy, robots. So, thank you again CVS Pharmacy in Painesville, Ohio. Little things like this go a very very long way.
