I must shop online, which is easy though their online facilities but I don't ever get an update about my deliveries. That makes the score drop. In the stores, the people are very nice and kind!!!!!! I don't know how they could send a dry erase FLAT calendar and markers set inside a box that should hold half a shelf of my college medical 📚 and then some.

A typical average CVS. The pharmacists were very nice and helpful with information and finding products. The prices are very expensive and inflated. I would not reccomend shopping here, as walmart has the same mlm products for several dollars cheaper than CVS.

Lets just start by saying this was the best CVS experience I've had. Will and Faith were so much help. Will assisted us with every item we needed that our insurance covered. Faith was also sweet thank you.

The pharmacy didn't have the antibiotic...fine. They asked me to call around to other stores...fine. I found it. The pharmacist asked that I call Painesville to transfer the Rx. I did and the tech told me I needed to call the other store and have them request it! Run around. She was rude and nasty. I did all the leg work to get my sick child his meds and instead of providing customer service she decides to lecture me on their store procedures. I will change my preferred pharmacy to Mentor.

This a good CVS! I have received excellent help from the pharmacy with my prescriptions. The automated ☎️ system needs to go but the staff is great! What I need to ⚠️ WARN⚠️ you about is THE BAD CREDIT CARD READER 💳 at the front cashier stand! It stopped my credit card 💳 from sliding and ruined the magnetic strip on the back! I was not able to use my card after it got stuck trying to slide it through this bad machine on September 26, 2023! 😫They need to get this fixed instead of ruining other customers cards!😬

Been on hold with the pharmacy for over 50 minutes and still no answer. Glad this isn't an emergency. I just want to know if my prescription is available. Such poor service. I know they have three people in the pharmacy most days. Totally unacceptable. Changing my store to Bacon Road

Called CVS to refill a prescription at 9am and the lady was very rude while telling me it wouldn’t be ready til 7pm!! As I was trying to ask a question she hung up on me. That was after it took over 18minutes for someone to pick up the phone in the first place! Definitely transferring all of my prescriptions out of this location. Not the first time having issues with the people at the pharmacy being rude!

6-18-2020 Had a prescription needed to be refilled and they were out of stock, all week. I am told to look somewhere else. I don't know why I have to look somewhere else. If another CVS has it why can't they get some from that other location. I have to call around and find it, transfer it and then go and get it. That in my humble opinion is bad customer service. Then if I want to stay to having it at this location next month I have to call and do it all over again. Also I call to talk pharmacy you have to deal that an annoying automated system and then wait for ever for no one to pick up the phone. If you press the * key that gets the automated system to stop its speal then you just tell it what you want. A few weeks ago I went there after 9 p.m. and they were open still because they were open until. 10 p.m. A few days later I went there a little after 9 p.m. and they were closed. Why do they keep messing with the hours. They also like to shut down the drive thru way earlier too. When you are inside the pharmacy employees will keep doing what they are doing (which seems like nothing valid since I thought customer comes first) and not even acknowledge that you are there and that's when you are the only customer around. I have waste a lot of time because of this store. They are about to completely lose me as a customer.

Personally I find CVS Pharmacists and assistants always helpful, aware that your at the window even at busiest of times. Some people just walk in rude, I have seen it myself.

The poor pharmacist is the only one working due to her staff all having covid-19. Yet she is out there as a front line working, giving it her all trying to serve her community. She is a saint. She is still nice and caring, even though others are yelling at her all day. Thank you for all you do to help others.

CVS in Painesville on Erie Street has the worst employees in the pharmacy. I was just in the waited 10 mins no other people around. There was 3 back the just talking and standing. They always make you wait even when the doing nothing. Stop running your jaws and wait on the customer

Scheduled a COVID test for Sunday morning. Received instructions stating not to walk in the store and to go thru the drive thru. It was closed so I used the call button, no response, so I called the store and no answer. I drove away. Terrible service.

I love this pharmacy.. And the store is great too.. Its a bit expensive but the extra bucks makes up for it.. They also often have good deals and rhe coupons are great too.. I went i the other day and would have spent 75 but instead due to all my coupons i got everything for 35... Not to bad if i say so myself.. The people that work here are friendly also.. They have got rid of some of the others whom wete not friendly..

Walgreens failed to fill my prescriptions for a whole month stating that my Claim didn't go through even though it did.Took my business to CVS they processed my Claim right on the spot!! Very professional, thank you!

Very unprofessionally run store. Can never check in photo order on time. No one answers the phone. When you do try and track down your order they act rude as if it is somehow your fault. Shame on me for shopping there

On hold for pharmacy 28 minutes no one picked up. Second time on hold 21 minutes no one picked up. On hold 25 minutes no one picked up. I have prescriptions that can only be refilled by calling in because App says i must speak with pharmacist, How CAN I FILL IF NO ONE PICKS UP PHONES ??????

The Pharmacy Part is very slow since Chrissy Left and they are Always having Problems with Dr's trying to get through to them or trying to get prescriptions refilled.
