Finally found a place in Painesville that knows how to groom and cut my dog. Couldn’t be happier. She looks so good and so happy. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.

Karen is so sweet & does an excellent job with my pup. She is always very informative when I have questions and I do have many lol. Not only does my pup come back smelling amazing, looking amazing & feeling amazing (literally soooo soft) he comes back so happy! I am so glad I found you, I love it here. Love the owner and staff at Canine Designs. We have been bringing our pups here for 4+ years—and from their first puppy cuts til today, they are cared for and groomed to perfection. One of our guys is nervous about going and the staff is careful with him. Prices are fair and we get our future appts set when we pick our boys up. We will never go anywhere else!

I took my new family member there, a 4.5 year old Pit mix, for a nail trim. They were wonderful. Christina had him in and out quickly. He did not want to leave, he thought it was a play date.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years. She is always happy to see her groomer and they always do a great job! They moved to a new location recently and it's a bit farther away from me but I'll gladly drive a little bit more to bring my dog here!

Spur of the moment walk in and they were very accommodating for a nail and pad trim. The young lady that took care of us was great. Very patient with a somewhat hyper golden retriever. We will be following them to their new location

Went by to ask about bringing in my 2 dogs for baths and nail clippings. The 2 women there especially the one who was supposingly the owner was very rude and condescending. The "owner" would not talk directly to me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. It took almost 5 mins before the other one even say anything to me initially. Found better groomers and people at another shop.

I took my mini Doxie there on a Friday. Picked him up and he was acting a bit skiddish. Over the weekend he started to not be able to walk, falling over, crying, and shaking uncontrollably. Had to take him to vet Monday morning because they had injured him trying to drain glands. Now he is on pain medications and monitoring in hopes there is no infection. He hasn't eaten or pooped in almost 3 days. Just lays on the couch, still unable to play, jump, or even walk. Unacceptable!!
