Worst walmart I have been in. Service was zero. 50 self checkouts all closed.Manager is irresponsible and un-caring .while waiting on me, she stops & chats with other employees or friends while I wait. I will never go to that store again. EVER.

I purchased a pair of Ariat boots from you via Marketplace on Amazon. My mother tried them on and I placed them back in the box, and that box in a bigger box -- and shipped back to you. You refunded only 1/2 of my money because supposedly the items returned to you with scratches on the top of both boots. When I asked for a picture of the outside of the box, you declined to answer and blocked me from messaging you on Facebook. I am utterly amazed that your reputation is worth only $72 to you. Customer service goes a long long way honey. And lying to gain $72 is just plain stupid. They were returned to you in the same way they were sent. I do not remember them having scratches like the pics you sent me. My guess is you confused my order with someone else's returned the same day or you're lying in order to make $$$. Shame, shame, shame.

The nicest tack shop with the nicest owner. Service is great and prices are really good. It's tucked away off Auburn Rd. in Concord but well worth the trip no matter how far you have to travel.

Super nice owner. Prices are reasonable. However, they mostly carry western items and 4H type items - which is great for those people! However, for Dressage and Eventing - you won't find much.
