Nice wide parking spots, clean for a Walmart. Automotive was not the best experience. I was told I needed to make an appointment online to get my tires rotated. Went online to make an appointment and they only give appointments when you get new tires. Finally got an appointment after the run around.

This store was dirty and cluttered. Several employees were rude and unhelpful. Had to walk, with an elderly friend recovering from a hip replacement from the home side of the store down to register 6 to check out, and the. all the way backtothe home side to get to the exit by our vehicle. Not this stores' finest hour.

Have made 3 or more trips to have tires put on and still tires were not installed again. Now I get an email saying tires were picked up and they WERE NOT!! So now they have my tires, my money, and send me an email and mark my account like tires were picked up. I have called Walmart customer service and hope to get this settled but will never return to this tite center. UNHELPFUL and made up excusesevery day to not install tires on my car.

Have been going to this store for the last year and in the last few months it’s gotten horrible. The last time I went there when I got home I realized most of my food was over a month expired and they left it on the shelves to sell anyways. Have also been treated extremely rudely by the employees especially in the deli and bakery. Rudeness is one thing but selling old food is actually disgusting and they should know it can make their customers sick. Especially seeing how most of the expired foods were dairy and meat.

Staff are not helpful, very rude. Shelves are literally always empty or barely any product. Sales are not always shown on pricing labels. This store is dirty and has decreased everytime I go I stopped going and drive 15 mins down the road for a better walmart experience. This walmart has turned into a joke!!

One of the nicer Wal-Mart's in the area; well stocked, and very clean. You can find a larger selection at this Wal-Mart than the other ones in a 20 mile radius. You are able to move smoothly through the store; the layout is good; and checkout times are fast. Parking is not congested because of the way the lot is set up. It's very easy to get into, and out of, the parking lot; no matter which direction you are going. I recommend this Wal-Mart. It is easily accessible from any of the surrounding towns.

Was able to buy all the necessary items at a low cost but term "low cost" is important to notice especially if you are a first time user. If you lower your cost, the quality will drop as well. Be sure to keep that in mind. The staffs are really nice, the trial room is closed due to pandemic which was a acceptable.

Update: clean store, employees were helpful. Items are mostly back in stock.Like most stores they have some stock items in short supply or completely out. I was able to find a decent amount of items that I was able to substitute for the out of stock items. Cashier was friendly.

The Walmart Store in Oxford, Oh is one of Walmats best stores, in my opinion.The customer service is 💯 plus.It has a great team work when when a customer need anything or advise concerning products, where to find a product,Walmart at Oxford store has many amenities. Quick pick and delivery.The shopping App is easily navigated.A wonderful place to visit and shop. Whether on line or in store, It's a nice shopping experience!They help the community in many ways.If you are not able to pay full price financially, they reduce the price of your membership fees.Walmart gives to so many charitable organizations.Walmart is a fine example of how shopping and customer care should be!I was at the Oxford Walmart today and received excellent customer care.I needed help with a 50 lb bag of soil and the Walmart team members were quick and happy to help me.💯 Plus great customer service

The lady that works in the bakery needs fired! If she had an ounce of common sense, she may be useful, many complaints have been submitted about her but management won't do anything about it. Need to order a cake? DO NOT try here, go to Kroger where you will receive the best customer service and get greeted with a smile. When will Walmart do something about their awful staff?

I went on a Saturday to get propane. They have a self serve but I didn’t understand it and went inside to pay. Did it. No one knew how to work it. The company that dropped off the self serve machine didn’t train anyone in the store. I went to customer service and they were great. They went above and beyond to help me. The called other stores. Figured it out. Got me my propane. I know they were understaffed. Needed to do other things but they seriously took care of me. I wish all Walmarts were this good.

The sorriest Wally World around. The delivery service is horrid. They are almost never on time, usually missing items, etc. A delivery person once stole a very large order and insisted that it was delivered.

This Walmart is the best Walmart I think I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, the clothes are more in style than other Walmarts I’ve been to, and they have the best clearance items. You don’t want to go the week the students come back to school at Miami University though, it’s the only time it’s crowded. Otherwise there is always plenty of parking and it’s well stocked.

I am new to the Oxford area. For working. After work I needed some sewing supplies to fix my niece’s prom dress. Was able to find a nice selection of needles and thread. The store was clean and in good order.

I am a 75 year old women. I’m handicapped and use an electric scooter to get around. All I needed was a tire changed on my scooter. The “boss” told the associate that if he did he would be fired. If this is your customer service, then I’ll not be coming back.

Harassed my wife and me about dog food we paid for by approaching us 3 separate times asking if we paid for dog food and receipt checking us and insisting we didn't pay for it when it was the 1st thing we scanned. Staff made themselves look ignorant and humiliated my wife. Ordering our pet food from chewy now. Great terrible customer service.

I love how they do not stack products all the way to the ceiling like most. It's much safer and the light gets to the floor and elsewhere. I could see how clean it was as well ☺️ thank you for having it together for us. It's really all we ask. This Walmart is one of hundreds that offers a safe pleasant shopping experience. I drive 50 miles and pass two other Walmarts to get to this one!

The racism that I experienced at this location continues to amaze me. My latest experience takes the cake. We have used the pickup service for over two years and have never been asked to show my license until today. When asked the associate why would I have to show my license, she acted as if she didn’t understand my question. When asked again she states it’s because of “super glue”. The associates name was Kate. I set and watched the next three transaction and not one time did any of the associates ask customers for identification. Kate was also one of the associates who did not ask for identification. Will never come to this location again and will be discussing legal action with my attorneys first thing in the morning.

I’m from Indianapolis & I visited this Walmart because it was the closest to brookville campgrounds. Now I shop at Walmart all the time in Indy but this store was like walking into a high end grocery/department store. I mean hands down the best Walmart I’ve ever visited right down to how clean the floors were everything was so nicely organized. The employees were wonderful too. Y’all gonna make me move to Oxford Ohio just so I can shop in a clean store..🤣😂😂 sorry no pics my phone was dead so.

So far everyone; as well as; ever time, I have been there all there have been kind, very helpful, and informative .Such,an amazing experience I will be doing some shopping here however there is no place like 🏠 home, buy local live local.My roots are very much in INDIANA and Ohio. My family is definitely Amazingly American made. We are well blinded together, and loved.
