June of 2018, I needed a place to take care of my dog and 2 cats, while I was out of town. I chose this place because their brochere said 3 or more days that they would groom my animals. I intentionally left them 4 days, for that reason. Not only did they not even trim thier nails, my dog got a bacterial skin infection!I'm not happy at all with this place! So far, @ this date, September 5th, I've spent $200.04, on vet appointment's and medicine, for my dog, alone! I was also led to believe that the animals would not be left alone. When I showed up early for Sunday pick up, the place was not clean, the animals were locked inside, I could hear my dog barking, along with all the rest of the animals. I paid for a seperate "suite", as they call it, and I stupidly didnt ask to look at it, just took thier word that my animals would be in a clean, safe environment. I was wrong to trust without going back and looking at where they were going to be staying. If you're going to leave your animals at this place, or any other, dont allow them to keep you from looking at the "suite" your paying for!! If I'd have looked, my animals would never have been left! There were several places I could have chosen, but as I said, they offered grooming. I would gladly have paid extra for this service. I had made thier reservation months earlier. When I arrived to pick them up, I ask why they were not groomed. She answered because they didn't do that anymore, and she didn't have time anyway! As I said, I had made the appointment Months earlier! I would have had them groomed before I left, but was counting on this service.I'm Extremely disappointed in this place, and my animals will not being going back!

We've taken our dog there for several years when we need to kennel him for a few days, to have his nails clipped, or just for a day. It's a wonderful facility and staff.

Ed and Amy treat our dog as if he were theirs. He loves them and always has a great time. Love the new improvements.

I have taken my yorkie to this kennel and I am never disappointed. Excellent staff and my dog always looks great when I pick her up. 5 stars 👏🏾.
