Seems like a great Kroger location. Shelves were well-stocked. produce seemed bright and fresh. The displays throughout the store were nice. They have a small section in the back corner for home goods and local school merch. Checkout was quick and easy.

I love Kroger, but had to share my disappointment with a product. I've also loved Stouffer's frozen meals for years but was horrified with the change to their macaroni and beef. Where'd the macaroni go? I pulled out all the noodles and put them in a small bowl for this photo. The rest was sauce and a few broken noodles. How they can figure 30% more beef is another mystery. Shrinkflation is real.

Kroger is ok for what it is, which seems like less than it used to be. They used to be cheaper than other retail/grocery stores. But as of late, they are no longer the cheapest option. My family has found that Walmart has become the cheaper option, especially when it comes to groceries and cleaning supplies.

The manager Jessie is an absolute joke! I came in for 2 different interviews because she supposedly lost my information in her computer from the first one even though I watched her write down my name phone number along with other information. After both interviews I was assured I got the job yet every time I call she has a different excuse on why it's taking so long. It's been over a month since I was told I would be starting soon. Extremely unprofessional!

Put a prescription in on a Thursday, went the next day to pick it up and nobody answered the window for a good 5 minutes just kept walking past the window and it wasn't done at 12:15pm and they said to come back after 12:30pm? So then I come back after 1230 and they're like oh the medicine counter machine isn't working I'm gonna have you loop around, like seriously? I shouldn't have to go in this line 3 times just to pick up a prescription. Very unprofessional.

I love this Kroger. It’s small but has everything you need. If you have their app you get even more savings by clipping coupons and with their cash back option. The staff is friendly and they have great sales. The only thing I would NOT recommend is doing their pickup if you like good produce. They don’t tend to pick the best produce, you’ll get inedible super green bananas and squished raspberries. The only time it is unbearable to go into the store is the week the students are moving back to Miami University because they are all there with their parents.

This is a very good Kroger location. They always do a good job of keeping their shelves stocked, even when people go crazy buying and storing up goods and groceries before a big storm. Their store is always well organized and I generally have an easy time finding whatever I need, even on quick trips when I want to just dash in and dash out.

Negative five stars, but it makes me pick one star....Once or twice and I wouldn't complain, but it seems every order I place can't be filled on time, and they don't notify me until fifteen mins before my pick up time, so I end up spending an hour or more in the parking lot waiting on them to finish. I could go in and complete my order in less than an hour and be on my way so I'm not sure why it's not ready when it was ordered the day before. If the time slot isn't available it shouldn't be offered as an option. My advice is to pick a slot an hour earlier than you want to pick it up, or maybe use wall Mart and pick up when you actually want your order.

I love this Kroger! I go mostly everyday, and the staff are very helpful and nice. We get fresh deli all the time and it’s so good! The staff are very nice and are extremely helpful.It can be crowded sometimes with the students but I don’t mind.We use the gas station often too, because we have Kroger points and the staff there are always super nice!I do dislike, the Kroger pickup. We ordered stuff and it took thirty minutes for us to get our food.I recommend this Kroger!

Employees I have encountered over my 25 years of shopping this store have been great as well as past management, boy do I miss Ed. The current store manager (Brittany) provides no professionalism or costumer service skills, which I hope doesn't bleed over to her employees. I placed a Click list order on 2/17 for 6-7pm pick up, that got pushed back to 7-8pm pick up, then that got pushed back to 8-9pm pick up, then that got pushed back to next day pick up. My issue isn't the change in pick up times but the issue is the time I was notified about change in pick up time, 655pm, I was pulling into store parking lot for pick up.I spoke to 2 managers (Taylor and Brittany) inquiring if calls notifying changes in pick up time could be done earlier, both only wanted to blame employees providing Click List service. No "Sorry for the inconvenience. That is something we should discuss as store." They only wanted to provide excuses and blame....love the store will continue to be loyal but WARNING any issues requiring management interaction wont be productive.

I went to buy some non-dairy products and they had clearance prices on EXPIRED products. I’ve gotten home before in the past after forgetting to check dates and have now realized this is a common practice at this location. Be sure to check the dates on everything at this Oxford Kroger prior to check out.

The old male staff at the self checkout area is really rude and has really bad attitude to international students (especially Asian students). I am not a guy who like commenting in the app, but this time I really can’t tolerate! Similar situations already happened multiple times with me (more than 3 times). I think people and Kroger should notice this! Similar with everyone else who are domestic here, I paid for stuffs at Kroger in Oxford, I should deserve the same service and same level of respect!

I just love it when we order groceriets from Kroger's to be delivered and the driver calls just to let ya know.. hey so ummmm since I can't find your place of residence well he's gone home. $200.00 worth of food..I mean did the GPS system crash and I don't know about it or simple instructions just too much for this individual..I don't get it.. makes my brain hurt... I'm just sayin the other individuals who delivered to my house already without incident don't live in this state and one other individual who isn't even from this country found our place no problems.. everyone just be extremely descriptive on your order apparently the ones who do your grocery shopping are supposed to call you if they need to substitute items and they've not called us one time to do this plus there's alot of my order just not sent to me cuz they're too lazy to call me ... so I'm outsourcing this task since these simpletons can't hack the task.. my outsourcing individual not only gets what I need and want but I get it way way cheaper

Prices are alright. Self checkout lines are usually crazy as is every (I mean all 2) other open checkout line at all times of the day. Always seems to be an understaffed madhouse. Pharmacist was very rude. Workers running customers out of the way with their pallet jacks. Pretty sure Barbara almost broke another hip. Probably would only venture back with a mental shield made of the finest of alloy.

The staff are helpful and it has a lot of things I need. Good fresh good but prices can be a little high and if you don't have a Kroger's card the prices are highly deceptive as a lot of their deals are only available with a Kroger's card.

This store has gradually gone down hill over the last few years. The produce quality has gone way down. Which is funny considering the huge marketing push they have had on this. Most of the meat is packaged way to big. We have a family of 3 with this issue I can't imagine for the students. They claim their milk is supposed to be fresh at least 10 days. I have had multiple occasions where it was only 8 or 9. They always run out of whatever is the weekly sale. .

Love Kroger but it's getting harder to find THEIR brand on the shelf to maximize my savings. And, I know inflation is happening everywhere but, their prices have gone up so much. The same groceries that cost me $280-300 a month ago cost me $500+ last week.

What can I say? The appearance of the store and employees depends on when the University is in session. The workers are great for the most part! I come from a larger city with a much larger Kroger Marketplace so I'm a bit spoiled. I cannot say much about the hot deli, however, since most of the time the food is very dry and looks as though it has been sitting there for hours. When we asked if anything is fresh, they open a bag in front of you and put a new pan out (if you are lucky enough to get fresh food out of a bag). We were a bit shocked when we saw this and haven't enjoyed the deli since. The workers at the hot deli look miserable, but the rest of the employees throughout the store are always very pleasant and go out of there way to assist you. The shelves are sometimes very bare, so the best time to go is very early in the morning, or later at night when they had a chance to re-stock. When the students are away the store looks to be from a rough neighborhood, parking lot always appears to be dirty with trash throughout, but when it is family weekend or when the students return it is beautiful! A paid critic I am not, just letting others who are not from around here know what to expect :) It is a very safe Kroger, workers are typically always willing to help you, and it is our store of choice when shopping for groceries.

Received the Kroger flyer in my mail box yesterday 9/28/22. Went to Kroger this morning ( 9/29/22 ) to purchase the advertised pumpkin snickerdoodle muffins...none in stock. When I asked the bakery staff she paused with a funny look on her face then said " yeah we are out of those". Based on her reaction to the question I do not believe she ever had them in stock.So within 24 hours of the add Kroger does not have an advertised item in stock... ZERO stars was not an option!

The pickup area is the absolute worst. They have cars line up 2 deep but don't instruct someone to pull up if the car in front of them leaves. I've had to literally wait in a parking lot lane just to pull in. And don't even get me started on how slow the pick up is. This is my last time getting pick up from here because if I wanted to come to Kroger and sit here for a half hour or more, I would have just not ordered online and walked through the store myself. You really aren't saving any time by ordering ahead at this location.

The butcher guy is super friendly and always willing to lend a hand or make a much needed recommendation. This Kroger has a good selection of organic meat and produce which my family and I value. The convenience factor here is high to avoid Hamilton.
