Front store was very clean and well put together! I didn't visit the pharmacy, but the floor was vacuumed and everything looked good.

This pharmacy sucks! They never have any prescriptions in stock, and when they finally do have it in stock and refill it, they decide to not text you about it until the last possible day you can pick it up! They also refill them incorrectly as well. My doctor sent over a 90 day prescription and they said they could only fill it for 60 days because that's what my doctor sent, but that was a lie! They also take forever to answer the phone and when they do answer they may hang up on you! They are so bad and they suck! I feel like I'm off my meds writing this review. Oh wait, I am because they can't get them filled!

This is the DIRTIEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I come here daily for work and I’ve never seen a more disgusting self-checkout kiosk. The dust and dirt and greasy finger marks just keep building up. It’s obvious the employees don’t sanitize these kiosks. It’s such a shame, too, because people come here when they’re sick. This is a pharmacy. Wiping down and sanitizing touchscreen self checkout kiosks is one of the most basic preventative measures merchants can take. It’s disturbing how dirty this pharmacy is.

This CVS Pharmacy is so mismanaged its ridiculous. The Pharmacy can't keep their inventory of medicines. They can't process orders fast fast enough for pickup. Long wait at Pharmacy counter and drive through. If this place needs more personal hire them and stay open till 10:00. I've been switching prescriptions to Walmart who offer great drug discounts with Good RX.

I actually hate this place with all my being. I've moved many times and used many different CVS. But this place is ridiculous. If you want, or have, to call them, expect to be on hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. My average time is an hour. I'm surprised if it's only 30 minutes. If you go in person and walk into the store it's not that bad. Their drive thru is basically the middle ground between the two. But if you're someone who mostly uses their app and delivery services and are forced to call them, their service is atrocious.

As a student who needs their medication desperately without access to a car, not being able to pick up a phone call is entirely unacceptable. This pharmacy is not nearly busy enough to never answer the phone. They've wasted 30 minutes of my time on hold already. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Kroger next semester and encouraging others to do the same.

Was on hold for the pharmacy for over 15 minutes. Hung up and called the store itself and asked I'd anyone is in the pharmacy. I was told they don't answer their phone if they're busy. Was transfered back to the pharmacy and have been on hold 17 minutes so far. A customer's time is just as important. Next time will fill the prescription at another pharmacy. TERRIBLE!

Closed when they were suppose to be open with no notifications other than a paper in the window had to drive my sick kids to Hamilton and wait another 40 minutes. We will be switching to Kroger or Walmart.

They NEVER answer their phone. In-person prescription filling is also hit or miss, because they might mess up the billing with insurance or misplace a medication/forget to fill a prescription, which happened to me before here.

C'mon....it just isn't that hard to put the correct pharmacy hours in your Google and Yelp listings......and your in store signage differs from what's posted in the drive through.

EDITED: later that day, I went in to actually speak to them about it and surprised they were closed unexpectedly because they don’t have a pharmacist and they’re unsure of when they will open. Not really sure if these guys should even be allowed to have a pharmacy. I think too many people would end up without their necessary medicines…I’ve been waiting 18 mins now on the phone for a prescription they won’t fill because they “don’t have”. I called my doctors office today and they receipts of them acknowledging their reception of it. They are a terrible pharmacy that I always have problems with. I have gotten the same prescription for the past three months and no matter what every time I go it’s a three day ordeal.

This is my pharmacy, and I've found they are quick, caring, and double check my doctor's prescriptions carefully if they see a potential for interactions, etc. They are always helpful with advice and available to educate about medications. At times, medications can be out of stock; like all chain pharmacies these days, pharmacy staffing is low and good, hardworking staff are pulled in many directions. Vaccines are quick and easy.Front of store staff are always warm and friendly. This is a quick in, quick out option for personal care, snacks, and medicines. I really appreciate their text system, too.

I have called the pharmacy 3 times on the dates of 11/2/2023 & 11/3/2023 and all 3 times have just turned the speaker on my phone waiting for someone to answer and have waited over 30 minutes before hanging up because no one will answer this is a terrible way to handle business I don't understand why health insurance even deals with these stores because they are terrible

I arrived at pharmacy closing time after the pharmacy tech on duty was made aware it would be relatively last minute to pick up my prescription. When I did, she acknowledged knowing who I was and why I was there and followed up with "my register is closed, we don't wait for people to get here from work". I know that was a rude and unprofessional response but I also have staff members who work in customer service and can relate to some irritation with last minute transactions. When she proceeded to the register she slammed, yes slammed, the drawer while mentioning the conversation she had with my fiance, in a very unprofessional tone, followed by letting me know had I been 1-2 minutes later I'd have "wasted a trip". I manage a staff much larger than your pharmacy in a much more professional and respectful manner. Ive contacted my physician as well as family members to have any and all prescriptions moved from CVS to another pharmacy. Sorry I ruined your evening Jessica C. Be more professional next time.

I tried two separate times to get a flu shot (with an appointment) and both times was unsuccessful. The first time was my insurance company’s fault, but when I rescheduled the appointment, the pharmacy canceled it and didn’t tell me why. This location is constantly backlogged with the drive thru and walk-ins, not to mention the phone going unanswered, so even when I tried calling multiple times no one ever picked up and I have no idea why my appointment was canceled. I will be switching all of my services to Walgreens instead.

This is regarding the pharmacy, the girl I spoke with I think her name was Natalie (purple hair) was very rude and interrupted me almost every time I spoke to her. They marked my fiancé’s COVID test as a no show and said they didn’t have a line when we were waiting behind a car there. We also had 2 people tell us two different things about times. Very unprofessional place if I could give 0 stars I would.

The front staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy however... they have never answered the phone for me, even after 10 minutes waiting, I’ve stood at the desk for upwards of 20 minutes waiting to be helped, some of them are friendly but some of them are quite rude, and the drive-thru usually takes about 30 minutes if there’s more than 2 cars in front of you. cvs as a whole is great but this location is disappointing.

Everyone is very nice but the pharmacy. NEVER. answers. the phone. I finally gave up and went to the store and heard over and over "6 calls for the pharmacy" and no one would answer. This has been my experience three times. I have had it and am going to Kroger.

Never have waited less than 10 minutes for a prescription that is already filled. The techs and pharmacists are always very rude. If you can avoid going to this pharmacy, do it!!

I've never had a good experience at this CVS. Always slow, never has certain medications in stock and always takes an hour or more when waiting for a perscription from a doctor. Go to Kroger or Wallgreens.
