A new flavor of donuts! Chocolate & Strawberry. Don’t bother to ask for papers between them, “we don’t do” that was the response. The paper they used to grab the donuts are then tossed in the trash. This has been the last several years so. it a recent thing. I quit buying from here but my wife drove through and this was here surprise. She was more activated bit probably because I expect it and quit buying anything from here. Customer service just isn’t and hasn’t been there. As others mention, most act like they would like to be anywhere else in the world. This really goes back to the owners though. The employees do & get away with what the owners are willing to let them. It’s not a top coffee place but definitely not the cheapest around either.

I've always come to this location, and the people here are always really nice. The food here is great, I've never had a complaint at this location before. Today, this girl intervened when I asked for a recommendation for a drink. She said she made a brown sugar cookie, and butter pecan drink, (I've probably got the name of that wrong.) But, it is amazing!!! I highly recommend going to this location, you will not be disappointed. Five stars!

Went in to get a dozen donuts. Told them I want a variety. When I went to tell person at counter he picked for me. I told him the ones I wanted but made no difference. I also stressed specifically to give me Bismark. I got no Bismark but Boston cream after clarifying multiple times what I wanted. Idk who took over ownership there but it's horrible and the quality of the donuts was just as bad! Don't waste your money or time!

Asked for extra caramel around my cup, received it initially with barely anything and asked Christa at the window if she could fix it to how I ordered it, to which she told me “it’s too late we already made it”, so I asked if there was anyway the could just dump it into another cup (mind you I always have issues with this location, anytime I ask for caramel drizzle on anything they never do it) & she proceeded to stare at me while talking to other coworkers about it then shoved this out the window with a sarcastic tone & smile while saying “here you go”. Please show me where my order was fixed or how you see “extra” anything on the side of my cup. Rude for no reason, and can’t complete an order to how they’re asked to be made.This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location, their orders are almost never made correctly, they don’t put whip cream on their signature drinks unless you tell them to and they charge you for it (even though whip cream COMES WITH those drinks). Almost 7 times out of 10 the person at the window has a scowl on their face and just looks and sounds unhappy to even be there. This location is convenient for a lot of people as it’s a small town, and it just seems like the culture of the store is bad.

I’m giving this 3 stars. Normally, it’s been a great location to go to. However, recently it has turned a bit south. The other day they completely messed up our order and the woman at the window wouldn’t even ask us to go thru our order again. She just assumed.Second, this is the picture of an English muffin I ordered today. It has a long piece and a short piece of hair in it. Nasty :/ .. hopefully it gets better. Coffee is always good though…

This location is full of employees who are SO kind, organized, and consistent. Sometimes they’re a little backed up in the drive-thru, yet I still am never waiting more than 5 minutes tops. I’m a creature of habit, so I tend to get the same drink. And it ALWAYS tastes the same no matter who’s making it at whatever time of the day. I believe there are a few different managers there, and let me just say, they are all always kind as well as the rest of the staff. I am also a manager in the service industry, so it makes me feel good when employees appear just as happy to be there as their boss. Especially the young adults! I will definitely continue coming here on my commute to work.

There are new staff there and the service has went down hill.it starts when you are ordering in the drive thru. Not very pleasant , well we don't have that we are out, you have to ask for a straw , napkins and a receipt, they push your order out the window while your trying to hand things off.Wait time has increased because they are standing around talking alot right in front of the drive thru window.

I think this DD has been sold lately, because before I would go out of my way to get my iced coffee from this DD. Today, I ordered my iced coffee and it is terrible! I ordered chocolate swirl and didnt get it. Bitter and too milky, it tastes like the Milford DD coffee now. I will never go back. It would be nice if retail places would actually place the customer above money. So very sad.

We drove 30 minutes on my daughter's request that Dunkin is the best. We arrived at 4:05 on a Saturday for them to be closed. Huge waste of time and gas. Dunkin is the worst :( they are literally the only restaurant in town!

Their espresso machine is always "down". Half the drinks in the place are made with espresso. If there is this much problem with the machine then maybe it is time for a new one. Countless times we have visited the drive thru, only to be told after we order our drinks, that the machine is "down". We know the routine. The employees don't want to wait until the end of the shift to do their cleaning so they start cleaning the espresso machine 3 hours before the shift is up. The employees are hit or miss with their manners. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to take a little more pride in their work.

Honestly HANDS DOWN the best DD. 100000x better than the one in Eastgate & Amelia. They were all super nice and made everything correctly! My coffee tasted amazing, the food was still hot as well.

I would give this store a 0 stars if I could. They up charge all of their drinks so buyers beware. They charge more than any local dunkin’ donuts. So I would drive to Eastgate or Mt. Orab. They also charge more for extra shots of swirl flavoring. I have always ordered 4 caramel and 4 mocha in my large and they charged me more. Again I drink dunkin daily from several locations and this is the only and mean only location who up charges incorrectly. Also, I won’t name the girl that states she been their for 5 years but she is very confrontational. So good luck my fellow dunkin drinks and drive a few mins either direct and support those dunkin’s instead.

Negative 10. Im on the food business as a gm. The fact you had both restrooms shut down because you are to lazy to clean them. And were rude on top of that. Spend your money Elsewhere. With people who care about business. And continuing business. Wanted food. And a restroom. But if you can't keep up a bathroom why why would I want food from you? Secret shopper ... you dropped the ball. I have video if you need.

I ordered 3 items and the guy forgot to put my egg bits in my bag. Drove 10min and didn't even apologize. He treated me as if it was my fault. Egg bits were cold and nasty.! Will NOT be visiting a dunkin donuts in this life time!3 items and can't get it right!

I ordered the bacon and grilled cheese it was so dry I couldn't swallow it. I also bought a couple of glazed donuts they were dry as well. So I thought I'd give him another chance and I ordered a croissant with egg cheese and sausage I'm sorry but it was horrible. My experience with Duncan is done

I have never gotten a full cup of coffee here, I take a picture every time because it’s always 3/4 of the way filled up and that’s with whip cream. If I’m gonna pay almost 5 dollars for a cup of coffee it better be full. I was a barista for two years and I understand everything is measured out so maybe you’ll need to reacquaint yourself with the levels of milk your frothing.

They run like a well oiled machine. It was my first time here. They were very quick and they had a line wrapped around the building this morning. The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant.

Staff are always friendly and provide great fast service. Usually hit the drive through once in a while in the afternoon and it's not that busy. Went in morning once and was in long line of cars but the wait wasn't too long.

Asked for donuts to be bagged to separately due to covid restrictions of who they were for. Apparently that’s not their job and not their problem and refused. Drove 35 minutes away to a different place that was more then happy to help. Plus these workers have so much attitude it’s ridiculous, it’s literally Owensville Not Beverly Hills.
