They were very non customer oriented to my needs. I asked for help andOne person said they could help me but got caught up with another customer.A young man said he would get someone who could help me but when he asked for the help, a woman replied we have no one here today who can do this.Instead of switching with the man who could cut pipe, she just flat outSaid there was no one there. I drove a little ways to get there and was treatedLike they didn't want to help me.Very disappointed.

Ottawa Feed and Grain, True Value Hardware, I thank is more for the home and lawn type projects so I got there,, the other store on the same street is more for the outdoor, farm, shop, animal type projects, both stores are fine in what they carry, it just depends on the idems you need at the time and the projects you are working on

We went in looking for a gasket at the parts/service desk. I rang the bell and went to look for an employee. I asked what the hours were and was rudely told everyone was busy and thats the best she could tell me. Thats terrible customer service in my book. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Answered questions and took time to explain things to us, even while our kids were bouncing off the wall. Will definitely be back!
