This veterinary office is by far the best I've ever been too. They made me and my buddy Jasper feel welcome. He was my best friend a beautiful black cat who was a special friend and family member. I felt they cared as much about him as I do. They did all they could for him and showed him compassion and love on his last day with us. Words can't express how appreciative and thankful I am that I found this place. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

The staff here are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I've been going here for over 10 years and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know!!!! They work with you on every aspect from doing least evassive procedures first to least expensive first. Always offering options!!!! Absolutely love the Dr s and staff here!!

My first time here, I was nervous and not thrilled I couldn't go in with my boy. But, I understand the reasons. My boy seemed fine and I even got a thank you/welcome card in the mail a few days later. Impressive!

Laser therapy is awesome! Our dog had a suspected torn acl.and we were leery of surgery. After only 2 sessions, he was walking so much better and his tail was up! He is almost completely off pain meds too! Laser is truly amazing!

Was quoted an insane amount of money to get a female dog fixed. Apparently since she is a farm dog and not very up to date on vaccines, the price is more? Anyway, SO expensive. I'd pick Countryside

We've taken our animals here (dogs, cats) or had Dr. Palowski go to them (horses) for decades. They have treated statistical abnormalities and unique, once-in-a-lifetime injuries and conditions with several of our pets. They are caring, professional and straightforward, which enables owners to make fully informed decisions about difficult choices when that time comes. I cannot recommend them enough for reliable advice and competent medical care for your furry family members.

Absolutely Terrible service all around! Front office staff is extremely lazy and extremely rude! Vetrinarines are money hungry. If you don't buy from THEIR clinic it's no good and of course they don't recommend it. Don't explain tests and results well . Overall terrible experiences over a year .Do not recommend . They don't seem to really care for your pet, only care about charging you for everything little thing they can .

Was told how much it was to cut our dogs nails 17$. Drove 30 min out to vets office. Our dog was taken back and after 10 min he was brought out, nails done. Was told i owed 27$. Apparently they can and will charge whatever they feel like after telling you how much is going to be charged for a set service. Watch out.

I am so happy we have Grand Valley pet hospital here in our town. We had an emergency one saturday late in the day with one of our fur babies. They were cleaning then nit really open for business but took our fur babie right in and treaded him like their own. Can not thank the doctor n staff enough. They went above n beyond the call of duty. The bill was reasonable nit outragous for a pet hospital. Highly recomend this place.

Dr. Olsczak is a wonderful Doctor and a wonderful person. We had her chosen for our vet before we had our pet. We are so happy with her and her friendly, helpful staff.

Hello grand valley wanted to let you know skittles is much better know that you caught his diabetes he is better hes playing eating and gradually getting back to his self ..it was a traumatic Expierience for him and thank you for his life. 💘 💘 and all you did. For him 💘
