What a great location. I was referred from the Akron barberton office. Great people there as well . The vet was just so good I wanted her bedside manor at my doctor's office. They tried to make it as cheap as they could and as convenient for us both. Asher is in love and a new doggy now.

Best Vets around. I lived in Uniontown and drove to Orville for these vets. I have moved to Wooster and love we are closer to them. I have two Great Danes and a small Pomeranian and will never go anywhere else. They get 10 stars from my Dogs and my Family.

I really love Orrville Vet Clinic. We've taken 4 lil guys there now over the past 15 years. I especially love Dr. Jackwood. She is very caring and compassionate. Great staff at the check-in and vet techs too.

I will forever use the vets at this establishment. I drive over 30 minutes to see them because they are so fantastic. I’ve never met a team of such kind, caring, and compassionate people. They’ve helped me with all of my own pets and so many of my foster pets so many times. Almost all of my visits are on short notice for sick or injured animals, but they always find a way between all 5 of their clinics. They explain everything going on with my animals in such detail so I really get an understanding for it, and always keep me updated on their treatment. I just genuinely love them. They are worth any drive to any of their clinics.Some of my favorites are Dr. Hofstetter, Dr. Fink, Dr. Jackwood, Dr. Davis, and (I’m going to butcher this, but) Dr. Stutz.Here’s a photo of my girl Booger, who Dr. Hofstetter is currently treating.

Great staff and services for small and large animals. We use Dr. Middleton for our family farm & then the Orrville vet clinic for our Yorkie. It’s a family-owned business & I highly recommend using them to give your pets the best.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 2 years. Never had an issue. Until I found a kitten hit on the side of the road and couldn't leave it to suffer I called them to have it euthanized. They only cared about getting paid no care no compassion. This is a chain vet with multiple offices. The lack of care for a dying animal really showed me the kind of people they have running this place. They only wanted to be paid. I paid them not for them but for the suffering animal. I will never take my animals here or any other vet in their chain ever again. Heartless money grubbing people.

Katara has been very happy going to the Orrville Vet Clinic and I've been very thankful for the kind staff. Everyone gives Katara loves, pats, and treats.... And makes, what normally is a scary place, a happy one. In fact, she wags her tail going in!!!Katara did well with her spay and recovered very nicely! Thank you, Dr. Jackwood! Makes me relieved to have my pup in good hands!**In addition, I have had my heifer looked at here for Pink Eye. The Doctor was knowledgeable, helpful, and my heifer has recovered very nicely.

They helped us with euthanasia of my precious kitty girl. She had bad stomatitis of her mouth and was in pain. I greatly appreciate they worked me in even though I am a new client. They also were kind and tender hearted about the situation.Finally, they didn’t make me feel judged and questioned for the incredibly difficult decision.A couple years ago we almost had to have a different cat euthanized as an emergency on Christmas Eve. They were willing to work us in then too. That time the cat passed away before we could get there but I appreciate their willingness to help.Their phone manner is excellent and empathetic in the hard situations like this. Thank you for helping when we needed you!

I can't say enough good things about the Orrville Vet Clinic. The veterinarians are not only accommodating and understanding, but they make you and your pets feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have used Dr Middleton for equine care for years with nothing but exceptional care. As for my dog, any vet he has seen here has taken care of him and his quirks. I moved and still traveled 45 mins here to keep this vet. They answer my calls and questions, too. 10/10 vet.

I would not recommend using this place! I told them the last vet that trimmed my goats hoofs messed them up. My poor goat could barely walk. The vet insulted me when I was being very polite about the situation. I did not insult her partner. Then I get a letter that they will no longer see my goats. Just because their egos are so big they can’t admit a mistake. I was stunned by how rude she was. So poor service all around.

They are wonderful!!! They are so helpful and truly care about my dog. My dog had a scare last year and they did every test and thoroughly examined her. I felt that she was in good hands and trust them totally with her.

My cats (3) have seen Dr. Fink, Dr. Roadruck, Dr. Hofstetter, Dr. Jackwood, Dr. Cheyenne, and Dr. Masters. I have never had a bad experience and believe my cats have been well cared for and cared about. Caring, attentive vets and technicians. I've brought both of my dogs here multiple times, and the team has always been wonderful. They're quick to listen whenever you think your pet has an issue. The best part - I can drop my dog off at the doggy daycare next door, and if I think he has an issue that requires a quick checkup or he's due for a vaccination, the vet can usually squeeze him in and get him back over to daycare before I pick him up! How's that for convenience

I've taken my mini schnauzers here for about 9 years, and they are so kind and compassionate. I had to put one of my girls to sleep very unexpectedly 3 years ago and they let me spend some private time with her before putting her to sleep. I cannot express the feelings of having to make that decision, almost unbearable. Afterwards, I came out of the room, into the lobby, and they had a candle burning in honor of her on the front desk. Dr. Jackwood's assistant carried my sweet girl to my car and so gently put her on the seat. I'm crying just remembering this day. I've had to put to sleep 3 other pets over the years and this was the kindest, most caring staff I've been around. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Tired to get a abandoned kitten in to safe it’s life and the lady could care less. She basically told us to kick rocks and find somewhere else. Nothing like a vet that doesn’t want to save animals. Very rude. Will tell everyone about how horrible they were.

Dr. Middleton and Dr. Awad-Morris both make up the primary care team at Farriss Dairy Farms. I've been blessed by God to have these fantastic veterinarians tend to the herd. Always there for us. My moms horse had an eye injury 2 vets @ this clinic came out to check it out on a house call. They Did not know what was wrong and told her that they would have to call Columbus vets and figure out what call to make. A couple days later Orville vet calls my mom and makes the call to remove the horses eye. They didn’t try eye drops or any other remedy. Immediately my mom calls me on the phone crying explaining to me what is going on. So the next day I drive to my moms house to see the horse. I examine him. I’m not a vet, just grew up on a farm. I told her to cancel the appointment for the following Monday to have the horses eye removed. I told her to wash it daily with saline and warm water twice a day. I immediately called another vet located in Akron Ohio to have a second opinion he was not able to come out until the following week. When he came out to inspect the eye he said that I was almost healed!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE VETS !!!!!
