For being a newer location, it’s surprising how dirty the outside of the building is. It needs swept outside and cleaned up. Cigarette butts and trash layin around. It’s like the workers really don’t care. Take pride in your job and who you work for. No matter the job. I’ve not been overly impressed with the inside either. The manager needs to step it up and take control of how things are done. Get it cleaned up

If I had a choice, they wouldn't get a full star. I visited several different ones in the last few days. They're shelves are empty of product I need and the aisles full of push carts with boxes upon boxes of products. Also needed to use the restroom was told they no longer have a public restroom. So I'll be looking for a better place to purchase things

The place had a long line at checkout. The aisles had supplies boxes waiting to be emptied. Could not find what I needed. They always have a big turn over for help wanted. The cashier was very nice even though she was overwhelmed..the only one at checkout.

Compared to other Dollar General stores this one is just okay due to the fact they always only have one cashier no matter how busy they are. The other day I was in there and the line was halfway through the store, the cashier said his manager was there but she was unloading truck. From working in retail in the past I know this is important as well but not as important as your customers. When customers are dropping there items in line and leaving your store, there is an issue.

The new GM is awesome! He's really funny. I know the store has been pretty bad recently, but I understand that it's been hard for the employees. I asked one of the cashiers what's been going on and she told me that they didn't have a GM for almost a month or so, there wasn't enough key people to cover shifts sometimes and one girl had to work open to close, TWICE! Yeah the stores a little dirty, it's an old workshop, the floors stained, they mop almost every night. I asked the cashiers why the shelves were empty, they told me that they're trying to get them filled, but it takes time. So before you go judging this store have a little sympathy, empathy, for the poor workers. They do the best they can with what they're given.

Love the new Dollar General close to me. Anytime I need to make a quick grocery trip, I can be in and out in fifteen minutes. I got eggs, cream, potatoes, broccoli and cheese so I could whip up a quiche and polish off the bits and pieces of a baked ham. Grabbed some Dr Pepper on sale and got $5 off my entire purchase! 😃

Customer service was horrible. I asked for help to find moth balls. Cleaning aisle bottom shelf was all she said. After ransacking through a dirty filthy store I went to look again. I guess my cart full of stuff to purchase meant nothing. she was to busy talking with her friend about going on her vacation the end of August. How do I know that? I waited patiently until it was my turn. Two girls, one on register the other, talking. Could not find them. No space label for them either so not even sure I was in the right place. This store is continuously filthy, cluttered, all areas not organized. Clean it up, teach customer service, do something about these you'll keep employees AND customers. Prices aren't bad but not worth the hassle. I left my cart and walked out. I put it in an aisle where it just seemed to fit in with the rest of the clutter and mess. Never again.

Poorly stocked, disorganized- there was more merchandise laying loose in the floor than on the shelves in some aisles. They layout of the store made no sense at all.The single employee we dealt with was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed as the store was busy and there didn't appear to be any other employees around (lunch break, maybe).I think corporate would be unhappy if a surprise visit were made. Hopefully this is not the norm *edited to add* this visit was on Saturday after Black Friday

This place is cluttered, I can barely get through some halls with a cart and stuff looks thrown. The freezers look like a fridge you store meat in for the winter. Place is dirty. I don’t think it’s the employees fault. I honestly don’t think they get enough help. I think the store needs to be redone and everything switched around to be more accessible. One of the worst dollar generals I’ve seen

This store is extremely dirty and cluttered. They leaves racks full of items in their narrow aisles and they leave items on the floor almost every where. I shopr here a few times a week and it's always an annoying and frustrating trip. If they cleaned it up it wouldn't be so bad.

Worst dollar store in Orrville. Half the time they are not even open and when they are open you have to chase around the store to find someone to check you out. I’m about to just start walking out with my stuff. SMH!!!

I don't usually like going to this location, the store is dark inside (even with the lights on) and it's just packed to the gills with stuff. It's hard to navigate the racks and shelves because it's too full. I'm sure they clean it but it just feels like it's dirty inside.

Employees make customers wait at the checkout while they stand around talking to each other or they hangout in the office. When they decide to work they're very rude.

I absolutely love this place! Ok, they are always so busy and staffing seems a bit short, so its a bit cluttered. BUT... They have absolutely everything you want, the store is big, the prices are low, and if you know anything about Orrville, you know that it is super conveniently located.

Its ok, I don't see them wiping down carts (ex. 1) but they do have a wipe station now, spacing at the checkout line, plexiglass at register.

This place is a joke, cashiers aren't friendly by any means n store is cluttered which makes shopping not so great anymore! Watch your 5 dollar coupon because it can only be used on certain things 🙁🙁last time I will ever shop there !family dollar is a much better store 🙂

It's within walking distance for me and an okay place to pick up an item or two between my weekly shopping trips. Some items are competively priced most others are a little higher than average.

The place is a mess and dirty. Some isles you can't even get you cart through. Once I cut my arm on a cart that holds boxes and staff refused to help me. I was bleeding down my arm. They also didn't remove the cart so it wouldn't happen to anyone else

A lot of items were missing and the layout is a bit confusing to me. At the end, I found what I needed... But too many bare shelves and overall not my favorite place.

Really Dollar General. Hire just 1-2 peeps and their only job should be to make sure shelves are stocked. Simple solution to having empty shelves. #ijs

If you want to spend 45 minutes looking for 1 thing this place is where you need to go lol The organization looks like a 3 year old stocked the shelves and designed the layout in crayon... And child labor is wrong.

Orrville store. Very messy. The shelves weren't stocked but there were huge cages of merchandise in the aisles. The floor looked like they cleaned it with dirt. Will not be returning.

Worst Dollar General in Ohio. Dirty, cannot get thru isles, nothing on shelves. If you need to go to Dollar General go to Smithville or Marshallville.
