CVS in Orrville is absolutely horrible. You have a patient that needs her medication and you arbitrarily decide when you're not going to do your job? Come back tomorrow come back Monday what a load of garbage!

Wanted to give a shout out to the staff at CVS in Orrville. What I was prescribed ended up not being available fo several days…they called my medical provider and devised a workaround to get me the prescription I really needed. and they apologized profusely for something that while unfortunate wasn’t their fault! Great service at a great price!
