I drove an hour to get there for scrubs, when I called the lady was very nice on the phone but when I got there that was a different story. She was hovering over me and continued to make comments to the point I felt uncomfortable. She was telling me that I could only try 4 items on at a time and complained about how much I had in my hands to try on, I said I could put them back and she said no because the Vice President is very strict and it has to go back a certain way. She made me feel so uncomfortable I took the items to the front and told the manager, He said he would speak to her. I drove home and went to Ann Arbor Salvation Army instead, I’ll never return here. One of the reviews above mine about the child it was probably the same employee. When I was there she told a woman who had taken a display bag to show her husband that she needed to put it back not touch it and she could show him a flat one. She was very rude, I have been in customer service for many years and this isn’t how you treat customers, this is how you lose customers.

Very cool gun store. I been looking for an SVD rifle and found one here, I was also surprised to find an RPK with a drum mag. They don't mess around here, great store

I got a couple of nice & interesting pieces here. It's definitely a store that's there for the sale of guns, ammo, & blades. The clothing is so overpriced (sold for the same price I see at other stores).

Excellent store to shop. The gentleman behind the display counter for the guns and ammo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very willing to take the time to explain any questions.

A great selection of winter workwear. Lots of coveralls and heavy work jackets. They have some camping gear and a good selection of boots. They have a small selection of firearms but are super helpful.

Great selection of surplus items as well as some new items. I noticed this place while driving by and decided to stop in, and sure glad I did. Great sales on most items, staff was kind and helpful. So glad I stumbled upon this place, definitely coming back again sometime.

Love Woodville surplus! Store employees are very helpful. Prices are great and had some good sales! Has military apparel, Dickies apparel, and many other varieties of clothing. Camping items. Back packs and a "bug out" heaven. Definitely a cool place to shop

These guys are great. The nicest people and by far the most knowledgeable and the absolute most helpful. I'm not there often, but Everytime I leave this place with a smile on my face! (And it not just because of my purchase.) They really do go out of there way to make sure your taken care of.

I love going here for practical work things, ie :gloves hats, boots, coats, pants etc. I was there maybe one half hour, and I had three separate employes ask me if I needed help. How often does that happen?

I've purchased several things from Woodville Surplus over the years and recently went in to purchase some items for cubscouts. My son was a little rowdy I'll admit and threw a rope over the aisle which missed out cart and landed on the floor. Before I had a chance to talk to him about it, a worker SCREAMED at him and continued to berate him to the point that he was in tears. He made a mistake as kids do and instead of talking to him or me for that matter, she felt it was ok to scream at a 7 year old. Needless to say, I returned everything I purchased that day and likely will not shop there again. I highly doubt that this is the first or last time this worker has acted like that. Frankly I find her behavior more appalling than that of a child who was acting... like a child.The only reason I will give a 2 star rating is because of the excellent service I've previously experienced in the gun and ammo department.

Always love coming here. You go in looking for something in particular but end up leaving with a basket full of stuff. They have such an amazing selection of stuff that any outdoorsman or ex military member would enjoy including a lot of new and gently used stuff. The prices arnt to bad either. The facility is a little dated but generally clean and well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff.

They don't even do a military discount. I'm Marine Corps infantry combat veteran I will never go back to this place it's horrible, the prices are way too high anyways. Go on Amazon you'll find the same stuff for way cheaper. And they have no knowledge about the military whatsoever. Most the stuff they sell isn't even military surplus it's made in China. Real US military stuff is made in America not China. And to the owner what was your MOS 0311 infantry here what were you Pog?
