Do not buy Roblox gift cards from here. I purchased a $50 one as a gift for my son and it's been saying invalid the last 4 days. They won't do anything and neither will Roblox. I'll never buy anything from this store in the future.

My physician sent 3 prescriptions on Thursday. On Saturday was notified that 2 were ready for pick up. I called spoke with pharmacist he told me 3rd prescription was out stock has been out of stock and not sure when will be in stock. I or my physician were not notified on Thursday or Friday when other arrangements could have been made that this medication was out of stock. Instead it was Saturday when I called and nothing could be done until Monday. Pharmacist blamed work load.

Screw everyone in drive thru line who were there well before your lunch time and say oh well closing for lunch... . Rude. Super rude. Why don't you guys do rotating lunch breaks like the rest of America?! Grrr... thanks for wasting MY lunch break.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt it’s necessary so others can avoid issues like Ive been having. I would not go here to have prescriptions filled! They never have what we need in stock, but would tell me it would be in by a certain date, however, their ‘shipment’ never arrives on time. Every time I try to get a prescription filled, or even a refill, there’s always some type of issue. I have never had this many issues consistently with Walgreens besides at this specific location!

Not sure who the new, tall chic is that was working today on Christmas, but she was super rude and moody. If you did not want to work on Christmas, you should have called off! The older lady that looks like a wicked witch is also extremely rude. I'll probably take the risk of going to the drug-infested Walgreen's on Woodville. At least their workers are always happy and kind. These people at the Oregon location seem super racist, automatically profiling as soon as you walk in. Won't even bother entertaining the BS anymore.

I have 90 day scripts so I've only had to fill them three times since the beginning of the year and every single time has required multiple trips. Just a few examples of problems, prescription not ready despite voicemail message telling me it was, wrong medication filled, not all of my prescriptions were ready, incorrect billing as they did not run it through my insurance (why??) ...etc My new insurance requires I fill scripts at Walgreens or mail order, mail order here we come.

If you need to get your passport pictures this is the place to go!!! Nicole the lady at the photo booth is a gem to have at this branch she was super helpful and very understanding to our needs.

I've been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years, but it is time to change. They have evolved into the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The people are nice, but this store is mis-managed, understaffed or both or more. No sense of priority or urgency for drive up window customers. Appears to have high turnover, as well. Until they get their problems fixed, I would avoid, especially if you are used to quicker service.

The pharmacy staff are really nice, however, the service is very slow. I am in the drive thru each time I come for literally over 30 min each time. I think they need to find a balance between good customer service and speed.This is the first time I have ever had to wait this long at any Walgreens across the US. I usually get speed, accuracy and good customer service.

As far as pharmacies go... They are closed a bit earlier and have been closed some entire weekends. But the respect and lack of confusion makes those things easy to overlook and I’m sure I’ll be editing this review soon to remove the comment on the hours of operation one day.

I waited over 1.5 hours for a prescription that took 45 minutes the week before for them to count so 2 trips for 1 medication and still had to return the next day! Pharmacist knows the meds but very uneducated on the insurance and billing issues! The pharmacy techs have such horrible attitudes that it could have gotten very ugly. After being with Walgreens for over 10 years, I must move ob!

The manager on Navarre Ave was so helpful in aiding us print photos from our tablet. His name is Erik. He was so patient and kind. We were there last Sun, July 21st. I had to let you know how much we appreciated his help!
