This is literally the worst pharmacy. You can’t always fill on the app, the text notifications are often inaccurate and their stock of basics like birth control and insulin are always out. The staff is mostly incompetent and can’t set up auto refills without being asked several times. The managers don’t seem to support their team members who clearly don’t know how to manage communication let alone daily tasks. More than one occasion I go to pick up multiple prescriptions and they fail to tell me one or more is out of stock and I discover it when I get home. Insulin isn’t a medication that you can miss on a regular basis and they have zero customer service skills to prevent continued issues with RX availability.

Sometimes a long wait, this time I was told 30-45 minutes if I stayed in the Store. There have been other issues including a "lost" paper prescription so it is always good to be sure to stay on top of things. They are great at giving a lot of advice and not being in a hurry can be good in some instances. They went above and beyond to contact a specialist's office where I had tried to fix a dosage error for what I believe is 3 times? One in office and 2 calls and it was very hard to get through to someone in that office at this time. I stay with then because they are familiar (Rite Aid) and I have a lot of medicines to manage. There are frequent staff changes so if you like to see that "familiar face" it may not happen here as much. Overall I believe they want what is best for people and that they are trying. In today's convoluted world sometimes that is sometimes the best you can do. They very recently filled a script at the exact time they said and reduced the wait time so I am adding an additional star.

Called about 20 times, no answer. Contacted my insurance and medical provider to get what I need, but they needed to contact the pharmacy. They do not answer the phone for medical providers or other pharmacists. I am diabetic and needed my supplies but they could not answer a singular phone call so I had to go to the rite aide on main street. Please answer phones for at least medical providers so people can get their medicine they depend on to live. This took about two hours, during which they answered no calls from anyone. How do you get orders in??

Thank you Lindsey, pharmacy tech. Today she took extra time, and she was very busy, to search for a discount on my medication. Through her extra effort I saved $25. I so appreciated her efforts and that friendly, smiling demeanor.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Unfortunately my meds are never ready when they are due. They are on a morning fill and never ready before noon. They tell me to schedule refill 7 days before I out to make sure they have stock and then they text me on the due date they are out of stock and will not get them until the following Monday. Which means I could go without for 3 to 5 days.The best part was today they told us they are now charging for bags at checkout!Will be transferring scripts to another company. The excuse with not having enough staff is getting old. They do not answer the phone, the drive through is closed alot and they are not open the hours the sign or website says.

They've messed up my prescriptions three times in a row. Out of stock for an asthma inhaler. Received a message saying it was ready went there and it was not ready. Also have a note saying I use a certain brand of albuterol never seem to read the note. Overall just a waste of time and overly busy.

Every time I call I press 3 to speak to a pharmacist; it then transfers me where it rings for a little bit and then just goes right back to the beginning recorded message again. And repeat. And repeat. And repeat. Until I just hang up. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone. No one ever answers even when I call dozens of times at all different times of day.Or, the call just immediately hangs up on me as soon as I call which it just did three times in a row. I don’t understand, this has to be a joke. Absolutely ridiculous!

Nobody answers the phone in the pharamacy. Then i go in and there's 3 people working yet no one attending to the drive through, must've been 10 people waiting in the lobby. And to top it all off they had a new guy working the desk while the other two were doing god knows what else on their computers instead of helping you know the actual customers??

Some meds that we take are not kept in stock. These take forever to refill. They are prompt in filling for the most part

Just went through window and lady terribly slow. Got home to realize insurance didn’t cover, I wondered at window but hated holding line up more.So I called when home, spoke to Lindsey and explained insurance and demographics on paper are from old address over 7 years ago, questioned price because of lack of insurance and dear Lindsey, who has been there 3 years, hung up on me. So yes there’s no doubt we won’t return

They never answer phone and all employees are very rude , was hung up on several times trying to to see if my wife's meds were ready that were called in from the heart center after she was discharged from hospital , was told nothing was called in when I went in person the day of heee discharge and took paper showing it was sent to them but they still say nothing was sent and to call Dr back even though I have paper from Dr showing all rite aids info as the ones who received it, like I said terrible pharmacy with mean rotten hateful ars people , especially the pharmacy they don't care about you or your meds
