My first experience at Pet Fanatics was yesterday. Saw a high white pied ball python I liked, the employee offered to get him out for me. Immediately put a deposit down and returned to pick him up today! The customer service was excellent, and the employees are very knowledgeable. Thank y’all for everything!

Staff is not that friendly, I walked up to the counter to check out and the girl walked away.On occasion I've found bugs in snack bins where dog treats were.Unless you are a regular patron you have to figure out where things are.

I’ve visited this store for dog specials needs with some success. Then I accidentally brought home a green anole from Florida in our houseplants that we kept in our screened-in porch where “Henry” hung out. We knew Henry and was quite surprised he returned with usWe stopped in. Found this lovely lady who knows much about reptiles. She gave us Henry’s species (we thought we had a gecko) and taught us how to care for him with supplies and food. I didn’t realize that section for reptiles was even in the back. We are a week into this, even though he was in our family room about 4 weeks already without knowing it until he popped up on the window screen. He was thin and dehydrated. He’s chubby and hydrated now that’s to Pet Finatics

A very cool little pet store that I found by chance. I was surprised by the unique selection of fish and reptiles that you don't find in chain pet stores. The lady assisting us was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision. They carry stuff that I would normally have to go online to find. I was glad that I found this place, and will be a repeat customer for all of my fish needs.

Amazing place and they take very good care of their reptiles/animals. Just an amazing place. This is the only place i would go for any pet supplies loved it. And they have the cheapest live mice and rats around

Been shopping here for years and I finally am making a review, I’m not sure exactly her name, I think it was Dawn(?) made my whole day today I have been searching high and low for rope fish and I was put on their waiting list well after a month or longer I got the call that she not only found them but they came in today :) she was excited as I was ! I went and picked them up and they were so stinking cute ! Pet finatics has never let me down. I absolutely adore them so so much. They always make dreams come true and always have what we need from fish to furry to reptiles ! Thank you guys so much !!!

Great pet shop, seems to have everything you could need. Foods might cost a little more than usual, but they also seem to have a wider variety.Very nice variety of reptiles and fish. Always something cool to see.Staff is always welcoming and ready to help.

I just love this store! I have been faithful to them since day one through a cat...a big chocolate lab and a bunny! They are amazing and always seem to give that extra comfort with their knowledge and genuine love for all our beloved extensions to our families. Some Eastside stores just can't be replaced.

It's so hard to find live feeders nowadays and these guys always have pinky rats when I treat my bearded dragon. Like, who thought it was a good idea to decide for the animal kingdom to change the diets to cold dead things as if they feel it's more humane, but all it is is animal abuse! If you eventually get your pets to eat unnaturally like that, it's because you starved them to the point they eat anything to not die. Dude, I couldn't even think of starving my child until she conforms or dies, and our pets should get as much respect as our children should get. And please people, it's not the 90's and we have access to internet in the palm of theu hand so researching a little bit won't hurt and it'll bennifit the pet/human relationship with proper education for caring for your pet. All pets are different, a little reading and for years to come, you'll have a healthy, proud-to-show, happy member of the family. See the muscles on my guy? And I've never once had to supplement with calcium powder cause he gets plenty from the bones of a pinky rat every other week or so as a treat. He's also free-ranged and house broken. Did you know they are that smart?

People there are friendly. They have an excellent toy section and so many brands of pet food that it's hard to pick what kind you want. It's a little tight in places so you may need to use a different isle if you have a wheel chair. They also have pets. It's dog friendly, which makes my dog very happy. I would recommend them to everyone. I give them 5 stars! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Also, a lot of awesome animals to go and look at if you’re just trying to get out of the house and do something. Super friendly staff. Huge selection for reptiles and other animals. On my way home from picking up my GSD puppy today; I stopped in to pick up specific puppy food. I was welcomed when I walked in and shown where his products were; and she went to get a cart for me since I was carrying him. After loading the items; I placed him in the cart and as I made my way to the front desk he pee'd in the buggy and all over the floor... A trail of pee to be specific; I was embarrassed to say the least but they were very nice about it and mopped it up. I'll definitely be back because he needs lots of stuff; I just didn't have the time to shop today. Picture of my adorable boy attached. :)

Just went for feeder fish. My goldfish feeders were awfully small compared to regular ones I buy. Selection was nice but small. What I saw looked pretty healthy though. Price was a Lil steep for feeders. Other stuff not so much.

I was very upset with the condition of the ball pythons. They water bowls had algae growing in them😞 no fresh water. Very dry setups for the ball pythons. A baby ball python had shed stuck all over it's head and neck due to the dry living conditions. There was a very large iguana and it was all wrapped up in ropes that was in it's enclosure. When I asked the young man named Jacob who was working the reptile section if he was aware of the dry conditions for the snakes and the algae growing in the water bowls he told me to take it up with the manager. Also they had 3 rather large ball pythons housed together. I left this place very upset and I will never go there again. I will not spend money at a place like that. Very disappointing to see those ball pythons living like that😭 I also took several photos of all of the things that I mentioned.
