Love this store, always here. The employees are great. I’ve specifically been to the store twice (for now) today, and dealt with Shane in cabinets both times. He was great, in both expertise and therapy. Thanks for letting me vent about being in the store at the same time as my ex. Give Shane a raise please. He’s doing more than the job description.

So this place is great. It was my first time at this store anywhere and wow when I walked in this place has everything. You can get new propane tanks, everything for your house , yard and so on. My husband has been going to this store for along time, back when dave long was the gm, the store was more organized and you could find help.. I think we will be taking the drive and start shopping at Home Depot.

My boyfriend is literally here every single day, and often drags me with him. It is a great store but their return process is asinine. If you have to get a new credit/debit card (which obviously they all expire so you will need to eventually), you can’t look up your receipt. Even if you know the numbers—you can only insert the actual freaking card! How are you supposed to do that if you got a new card?! The manager at the returns desk was rude as well.We love their rebates but don’t understand why they have periods where they stop doing it. Like when we bought thousands of dollars worth of kitchen cabinets, they of course had stopped doing the rebates at that time. Figures.

Love shopping at Menards they always have great sales on outdoor patio furniture and carpets. Great selection on tools as well. Great customer service, friendly staff and the store is always clean.

My card got declined (as it was locked) and I was trying to put a few items back because I thought I was overdrawn and the manager “John” said this is what’s wrong with you people and practically threw me and my pregnant fiancé out of the store and was being extremely disrespectful I will NEVER be going to Menards this man is a clear racists and should not be working there.

Great place to find the things you need for home or business repair/ & remodeling & Great prices. The negative review comes from myself having alot of tattoos and found myself being followed by specific individuals(theft prevention) because of my appearance which assuming I'm stealing. Numerous employees kept asking if I needed help & when I said no thank you the employee didn't stray far from me so I felt like they were prejudice against me for my appearance and this wasn't the first time but have never been stopped cuz I did nothing wrong but the feeling I got from being followed and watched because of how I look was definitely not pleasing.

If you need a tool some paint or gardening or lumber it's good enough. If your buying something with parts or assembly AVOID nearly everything is Chinese throw away garbage. They only give u money or more of the same junk. Don't trust any quality. Will waste your time exchanging nearly every type of purchase

The manager in the paint department refused to shake my can of paint. That same manager lied to the store manager and told him that I did not want to wait to have my paint shaken. Which was a lie. Now we got managers lying to managers. I think I’ll go to Home Depot.

I love Menards. I could spend all day in there if my wallet allowed. Very helpful employees. They loaded my 8 mulch bags for me. I could have never been able to do that.

Doing a remodel, needed a sliding door and a bunch of materials but got stuck on the first thing on the list, a 2x12. Nothing special about that but after talking to 20 different employees who had me all through the store and all through the warehouse on a hunt that ended in nobody knowing anything. Lost out on that one, worst menards ever.

Bought over 2500.00 of supplies for residing garage, I'm disabled and no help loading any of the wood. They finally started helping when it came to the siding I need 86 pieces, the store said they had 380 pieces they only could find me 69 pieces. They call another store they said they checked and they had over 300 pieces, was told they would pull the 17 that I need because I have trouble walking and have it ready ,I get there 2 hours later not putting waited over one hour they only had 11 pieces in a box they had some damage one I could go through to see if l COULD FIND ANY MORE. The by chance another employee found a part box on a other shelf. So they were able to get me my 17 pieces it only took one hour . Service sucks at both stores.

Went to return a generator. Never opened so they had no problem refunding but forgot receipt. No problem there either because I used my Menards card. They pulled up my account and printed a copy of receipt 5 minutes later we were heading home.

It's a Huge Store and I thought I could find the Key Making Kiosk on my own. Took a loop around the store with no success and asked a cashier. She directed me to Customer Service who directed me to the right location. I, of course didn't see it and asked an employee. He walked me to it personally. 3 interactions with Menards Staff. All positive.

Asked a worker for help. She acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. Tried to show her a pic of the plumbing piece I needed and got a curt answer. I thought this place was supposed to be customer friendly. Found what I needed myself. Others in the isle needed help also.

Ever since the Coronavirus occurred, a reshuffle of employees happened in this store including managers. Good old days had Dave as the GM they had the friendliest staff, the managers including the GM right now that run this place are terrible, rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Management is lazy and degrading to the employees, corporate office needs to visit this store and put an end to this.

Their prices on spray paints aren't too bad depending on what you're looking for and and they have good and sturdy wood for building. Their tools have good prices. Although, they do not accept EBT, they're pretty amazing. They have amazing deals on lights including solar lights and they even have a garden section for all of your gardening needs. If you need help, the employees won't hesitate to help you.

This particular store has great employees. Everytime I walk in there I'm sure to find someone willing to help, say good day/ hi. The checkouts are iffy at best, if there busy they will call out more cashiers but you could spend some time waiting to make your purchase. They have a great selection of products in every isle. It's very easy to drop hundreds of dollars if not thousands this place. I still find myself going to there competition across town to find special items not offered at this store

Good selection of items and better pricing on MOST items over the other two home improvement stores. Yet like EVERYTHING else as well, you can't always get everything you need from only one store. Sometimes you do need to visit some of the others... Still a fairly good selection of items available, even with Covid supplier issues. Best of luck trying to find pool chemicals there this year. And DEFINITELY be prepared to pay for them when available.

Dealt with John at the customer service desk on 1/6/23 to do an online return. His tone was rude. He said he has been there 15 years, maybe he needs to take a break. It was obvious that he is an unhappy person. He was a very unfriendly person to put at the customer service desk. Everything worked out and I did receive a refund but, I will never do an online order with Menards again.

Good visit at Menards in Oregon. They have their "everything that fits in the bag is 15% off" and she held right to that. You're only allowed one bag per guest and is to be presented in the bag. She follows the rules to the letter. Still good visit though. Good staff with large selections.
