Unlike the person who doesn't have a problem getting their scripts as long as they're due. I DO! Plus if you wanna get about 300 eye rolls ro the point of an actually roll then flutter like I'm real slow. Hit up meijer. Where the head pharmacist Mike won't have a problem doing that. A little less doctoring and a little more pharmacy-ing might help.

Transferred prescription here, they said it would be ready Monday. Showed up Monday and it’s not ready, then they said it would be ready Tuesday. Showed up Tuesday, you aren’t ready for this twist - it’s not ready and will never be because the pharmacy apparently can’t get it (said they ordered it Monday). Lied that they tried to call me, my phone is usually on do not disturb so I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I both checked my call log (no calls) and then checked with them to make sure they had the right number (they did).Note: The male pharmacist with the red-ish hair from Monday was chill, definitely raised my mood during the interaction. It doesn’t really excuse the rest of the negligent pharmacy operations, but still, he was a really nice dude.

I had to give up on the automatic refill for my prescriptions. I’ve been told it works hit or miss!! This has been going on for over a year. WHY?

My doctor sent over a prescription and it's taken over 2 weeks to fill. Can't even get a hold of them they don't even answer the phone. They also don't match Goldrx prices anymore so they are basically false advertising.

Lindsay was not kind at all and very rude. Please take some time to provide proper customer service if these people are going to help clients at the window. & please teach them to not roll their eyes at a customer (especially in front of a child). Very unprofessional .

Just transferred my scripts from here. Anyway, apparently they don’t understand how lines work. There is always a line about 4-5 people almost any time of the day you come.So I waited about 8-10 minutes. The pharmacy tech decides to call the person after me who arrived about 3 minutes after me instead of me “because she was waiting for awhile.” We all want to pick up scripts. I was waiting before her in the line. Talk about customer service. I guess their goal for the day is to lose customers. If it was, they were successful.I never had that issues with Central Ave over by Sylvania. Rarely had a line.Moral of the story? If you like waiting in lines and having the pharmacy techs decide to wait on other people (who knows? Maybe they are friends), then pick your Oregon Meijer pharmacy!!

I have never had a pleasant or easy experience here. I get nothing but attitude from the pharmacists, and have even been explicitly yelled at for “coming back too early” after already waiting two hours for a single medication…Worst of all, on multiple occasions I have had necessary daily medication, that I have to take, withheld for up to two days because “the pharmacist had questions for my doctor”. That is an incredible cruel way to treat your costumers, and could potentially be illegal.The management here clearly does not care about your well-being, so please take your buisness somewhere else.

Getting the COVID booster, and it was less than even a fair experience. Scheduled the time, but stopped in earlier to see if they could take me. No, but that's ok. Got attitude from a staff person just for asking, and was told to come back. Came back at my time, and between check in and getting the shot, somehow my paperwork was delayed and I waited 45 minutes. The shot only took 2 minutes, so I don't know what the holdup was. I had even filled out the paperwork when I stopped in earlier! I'm chalking it up to the stress and chaos of COVID and flu season, but sheesh.

Have been using Meijer pharmacy for years. Always have been kind, helpful, and informative. Since the remodel of the drive-thru, I have not had any issues waiting more than 10 minutes.Great job Meijer pharmacy Oregon!

I have witnessed a few other people have what I would consider minor problems and delays. I have did in line for up to right minutes. However, I have never had a problem work the services or the professionalism and care of employees. They have gotten busier and address staff over the years as I have been using them for sixteen years or so . All in all in pleased.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Since the rebuild they messed up all data transfer on the reopening. Scripts that have been filled for years arent covered. They want you to pay full price even though it was ran in your Dr. Office and approved. They wont to their do diligence. Instead tell you repeatedly to call your insurance. Or pay full price. Once again scripts are approved in your Dr. Office before their sent. Place is lazy

Rude Pharmacists that seem to feel inconvenienced if you ask them for advice. I stopped using Meijer Pharmacy because they never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will. Also, I signed up to get my COVID vaccines with them but was never emailed or called when they had an opening so I called Walmart Pharmacy after waiting 2 months for Meijer's and got in the same day.

The new drive thru pharmacy is awful. If I could give less than one star I would. There’s one person to help two lines and the woman working took the customer that pulled up long after me before me. What is going on in there?!? Do not use! It takes 3x as long.

My biggest complain is the layout. You exit the drive through window into an oncoming lane and can hardly see behind you to see if anyone is coming from the other direction. Very unsafe layout. Also, all of mine and my families scripts are here and we come monthly and often the prescriptions are rung up wrong. One time they tried to use a insurance that I do not have and never have had. Often the will charge my primary and not my secondary and try to have me put instead. There is one last I really like there though and I wish I knew her name to share.

What does it take to attain a 5-star pharmacy review? That answer is Alexa Encheff. I visit this pharmacy once or twice a month and her impact on the efficiency of receiving my medications in a timely manner is unparalleled. They always tell you "Give us at-least 30 minutes" and we all know that equates to, what feels like, 5-7 business days. But Alexa is the Amazon Prime of pharmacy techs, getting that stuff in and out before you have the time make any illogical purchases throughout the store. I once saw her hurdle a small family, just to inform me that I had been misinformed by another pharmacy tech.... talk about dedication. I was so impressed by this event that I hired her to watch my dogs. When I returned from my trip, she had taught my dogs to do taxes and this netted me an extra $259 that year. So if you're looking for a pharmacy, choose Alexa. You'll know she's there because you can hear her laugh near the self check-out section of the store and will likely see her saving cats from nearby trees. If she's not there, I can't promise it'll be a 5-star experience. But if she is, it'll ruin all other pharmacy experiences for you.

Pharmacy posted hours are 8am to open. Staff is visible and are inside laughing. They can see I am waiting in line for them to open. 8:05 still not open. 8:08 opened, no apologies and prescriptions not ready as promised. I was told 5-10 minutes. It took them 15 minutes. Still no apology. Extremely poor customer service. Don’t even deserve 1 star!

For being the busiest meijer pharmacy in Ohio, they do a great job balancing everything. I overheard someone say they fill over 4500 scripts a week! For how much they do and how busy they always are, I always feel well taken care of.

Try to see if scripts are ready i always get hung up on and have to call back. Repeat the issue. Rude customer service in pharmacy. Slow. Dont waste your time getting prescriptions here.
