Very poor customer service. About 7:30am 05/03/2024 We got a few groceries today and didn't have everything we paid for when we made it home. We searched high and low before returning to the store. The customer service lady got really dramatic when we told her our situation and said "nothing is here with me, I just got here"So we go to the only lady working a register that scanned all of our items and she debated and argued that she put it with our things.How strange of a reaction right in front of two other employees and not one of them were willing to step in and help us. So we decided to walk away and just buy more, bottles line. We got robbed.Called the 800 number and reported the issue, turns out you guys went against company policies and didn't help solve the issue by seeing our receipt, because your policy states that you guys are supposed to refund us or replace the item that's missing regardless if it's there or not..

My brother has been telling me about Meijer's cookies and how they taste homemade... I was in the store picking up a couple other items before Christmas and they had their large assortment trays of cookies on display. I decided to give it a go and I wasn't disappointed. Chocolate chip, chocolate- chocolate chip, M&M and oatmeal raisin we're part of the platter. Wow, all tasted Homemade!👍🙂

I came in and bought a slushy and I noticed an odd odor around the machine while getting my drink, I didn't think much of it at the time but I got really sick after drinking it so I think they might need to clean the machine more often. My cashier Jay was really nice or else I would have left 1 star.

Andy the old guy who does carts and other employee stalk me and there and talk about what I where I don’t see why it there business what I or other people where I’m not gonna dress up to go shopping and I will wear the same thing if I want to it wierd and phyco that they care so much about what other poelple do that have nothing to do with them it nor is it any of there business you should teach your employees to mind there own business before something happens to them for running there mouths

I patiently waited around for 7-8 minutes while 4 customer service staff members had their own conversation talking about what they're gonna eat for dinner different black Friday sales and own personal conversations. Did not feel very customer friendly

We just moved here & this was our first visit to this particular Meijer. We found this store to be well stocked & busy but not overwhelming (aisles were free of congestion). We found everything we were looking for without any problems & not counting the self-scan registers, five old fashioned check-outs were open with only one shopper ahead of us. We will return.

Terrible customer service… rang myself out, asked the cashier to scan my dog food… NOBODY else was in the self serve… I interrupted her as she was talking with a coworker she acted like it was such a hassle to help. The store was dead, and beings it was so dead a person would think they would get top notch service 🤣apparently NOT here. The girl must have thought she was getting paid to socialize. These young people need to be trained how to do their job better that what they are.. just terrible

Hassle with returns. Incompetent and will argue with you over 6 dollars. Adult children work here. The manager doesn't care. He's the absent father who hates all his adult children, apparently. I would too if I was stuck working here. Maybe if he learned to manage then his life wouldn't suck so bad.

Customer service here is awful. Most workers are fine but some of the managers and the service desk workers can be rude and unprofessional. I've never had issues returning anything at any of the other Meijer locations but the wheeling store always tries to refuse even if I have my receipt and it's not past the return time. Any mangers or store managers seem like they could care less about customers problems. Id rather waste my gas to drive to another Meijer to be able to do a simple task that shouldn't be a hassle than go to my neighborhood Meijer because there's always an issue. Everything else about the store is fine and it sucks that the store closest to me is the worst.

Meijer texted me and told me my order was ready earlier than originally timed and I was able to pick it up so I said I confirmed I was omw .I went to pick it up and drove around the parking lot multiple times looking for the pickup area because it had been moved since my last pick up. It took 20 mins to bring out my order of about 10 grocery items .On that particular day I didn't have the best experience but overall I like shopping w/ Meijer and using customer pick up. I will continue to do so and just caulk that episode up to not typical for Meijer per my experience anyway, maybe someone wasn't having a very good day. It happens.

I give customer service a zero.Mperks customer service have been moved overseas.Store manager zero. Meijer checkout system went down again. Couldn’t use credit card or Mperks.The pharmacy automatic refill system hasn’t worked right for almost a year.

The absolute most unprofessional night staff I’ve ever seen in all my years shopping at Walmart. Left customers sitting in line for 45 minutes while the employees laughed and played only to find out that ALL THE MEIJERS IN OHIO SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND WE COULD NOT MAKE PURCHASES

Went to buy dog food Purina dog chow with chicken in a 44lbs bag on sale for $25.99, they were out regular price was $29.99. They had a 32lbs bag for $ 30.99 does that make any sense at all. I hate shoping at meijers. Bring back Anderson and foodtown.

I enjoy this location lately and really appreciate the deals and savings I have been getting when shopping here. I used to think that Wal Mart or Kroger was the way to go but Meijer is way better. I suggest signing up for the mperks because the points add up quick and the discounts on gas are great.

It's a meijer. Nothing special. Barely any cashier's in the lanes. They force you to do self checkout and it sucks.

Close convenient and clean. Always professional and courteous till the end. Walked in and asked for fish at 11:15pm. John took care of me non-issue. Even though the tanks lightsbare off and 10 pm is their normal shut down. Even caught them while I went and shipped for food . Had em bagged and tagged by the time I got back to the pet area.

Went to the store 1 hour before I had to go to work and I approached the registers and uscan was not available. There was only one register open with a long line. Ughhhh such a waste of my time I had to leave ALL my groceries in my cart and leave. I was nice enough to tell the door greeter and she had an attitude. NEVER again will I come before work again!!!

Huge store with 11 docks. Don’t believe the sign by dock 1 that says DRIVER ENTRY you go in between docks 8&9. Lots of room and quick unload. Very nice staff

This store closes at Midnight but their electronic dept. closes at 10pm so any items that are under lock and key you will not be able to purchase said items due to no one having a key after 10pm.
