The lower priced tool line I feel, isn't quite meant for every day use but will get the job done for weekend maintenance tasks very well. As with most stores, there is something for anyone's budget, with a helpful non judgemental staff to assist with any questions you have. The name is kind of misleading, because they have many other helpful items such as, moving blankets, tarps, hand trucks, home surveillance, wheels for carts, wagons and much more.

Always lots of deals and as long as you know what to buy and what to stay away from they are good tools for a great price. Today I got 300 worth of tools for 120.

The store is super clean and the staff was very helpful. Definitely plan on returning in the future for more purchases. Being a mechanic by trade, this is the only place I get my tools from 😁. The quality is just as good as matco or snap on with the same return policy, it's a total win win. Thanks for being there for the little guy.

I went to 5anBelow next to harbor freight and it was perfect! Had all the things that my kids and teens are into these days. Amazing for the socking stuffers!

There is a"manager" named Jennifer who is beyond rude and arrogant. She was terrible to deal with today for a simple warranty. You can tell her pipes must not get cleaned often so she makes everyone else miserable. She hasn't held a tool in a long time and she most certainly shouldn't be in a business she has zero clue about other than smelling and looking like an old ugly man.

Went in to Make a large tool cabinet buy .. woman working cashregister . instantly said she's not dealing with loading it out today. 2 hours before they close .After trying to ask for a manager she said I was threatening her over the walkie as I was sitting down done talking to her.Called 1800 .. they say someone will reach out in 72 hour ... a week goes buy and a not so nice woman calls me who's clearly been Informed of that issue at hand ..simply states the wording shouldn't of been used like that and and some other run around the bush talk ...I went to a different store to get my items. (So nothing she could offer). Not a gift card nothing she doesnt care in her tone. ..This store this location is a zero for me I'll drive out of my way or pay vs giving them my money ... also informed her of the review this store will get and she said will I'll reply we talked and.. go ahead won't change the fact ur store is run poorly ..This location will be closed soon open a short time and it's already getting bad reviews.. good luck to the future manager when she's replaced. .

The manager jennifer is very rude and lazy. 2 people ahead of me left the store upset and when it was my turn to pay she was rude and wouldn't make any eye contact she has no customer service.
