First of all, the flurry wasn’t even filled all the way to the top and the prices seem high to me. And there is a 50 cent charge now for credit/debit cards which you aren’t notified of until you hand them the card. Next, apparently they ripped the styrofoam container while making it because you can see the hole (so they had to put it inside a second container) and THERE WERE NUMEROUS PIECES OF STYROFOAM IN THE ICECREAM. I literally was chewing on one piece and almost ate it. Please see pics of all the styrofoam and the obvious hole in the container. I mean cmon, this is egregious. How hard is it to just remake it?! I was the only person even there at the time and it still took awhile. Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

My daughter, her mom, and I chose to go there last night. I had a Buckeye sundae. No complaints about that. However, my daughters mom had what looked like one of the smallest banana splits we've ever seen. But the worst was my daughters order. She got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. First, they didn't put much ice cream in it. It didn't even come to the top edge of the cone. It was as if they were running low or something. Then, what I thought was a layer of chocolate around it turned out to just be burnt cone. She didn't enjoy it at all. And you'd think because I tipped pretty good before the first item was even made, they would at least try to give some customer satisfaction. They were not rude, but far from friendly or welcoming. There are plenty of other ice cream places nearby, and we'll be going to those places from now on. Not a good experience at all.

Me and one of my clients ordered chili dogs I got a bag of chips He got a Pepsi. The service was friendly the place was spotless The prices were decent. We did not care for the chili dog sauce at all. I know their specialty is ice cream and I'm sure it's wonderful but they advertised the chili dogs which we love...and they were a bit of a letdown. 🤷

Good ice cream. Ingredients seem fresh. The buttered nuts on the turtle are especially good. Mostly posting this review so I can include updated pics of the menu as the prices have changed since the last pics I saw on here.

Ordered 2 turtle sundaes I live 4 minutes away and I get home to a bowl full of soup. Even if I ate it there it would of been soup. And on top of it $10 for 2 small soupy sundaes lol what A joke

That's a shame when they are willing to lose a customer over $5. Had the most horrible freeze I ever had in my life it was so sour I couldn't even drink it. They did offer to make me another one no thank no thank you but would not give me anything else. Never again.

Ice cream was really good and there are a lot of options as far as sundes, shakes and toppings. The prices were very good compared to other ice cream shops. The workers were friendly and got us through the drive-thru quickly.

I was excited to try this place, because I had heard good things. The ice cream is pretty good, the establishment was overall clean, and the staff was attentive. My biggest problem was that they do not wear hair nets or gloves. They put hot dogs on the grill with their hands, pulled out a brownie for a sundae with their hands, and more. I saw the cashier handling money and food, but I cannot say for sure if he washed his hands in between. The thought of anybody not using hair nets or gloves is just gross to me. While I did like the ice cream I couldn't enjoy it because I kept thinking about if their hands were dirty, or if their was hair or lashes in my ice cream. If you're not a germaphobe, and not bothered by that kind of thing then this is an awesome place to frequent. I, however, will not go back which is very unfortunate because they had so much I wanted to try.

Moist of the time this place is great. The drive through only policy and lack of flavor listing on the outdoor menu board makes it hard to order. Understandable as this is, the girl taking my order was very impatient answering my questions. Overall this is a good spot

Slow service inconsistent products. I ordered the same item 2 nights in a row, good the first time, sad the next time. Watched the young man stand and watch the girl do all the work as he stood there and literally picked his fingernails. YUCK!

I ordered 4 chocolate milkshakes for 15 dollars. After 15 mins The girl working the window handed them to me with ice cream all over her hands, and the cups plus, none of the lids were on right . She didn't offer any napkins, and closed the window, I waited till she came back ( after she washed her hands ) to ask for napkins so I could clean up the mess she handed me. Then I decided it's time to drink my shake, but it was basically ice cream in a cup with the consistency of concrete, not a milk shake . Needless to say I will not be returning to Edie's anytime soon

Super slow. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and the line did not move once and it seemed like they were only serving the people inside and not the drive thru. Very disappointing I left with no ice cream!

Stopped in today to grab some of what I think are the Best Chilli Dogs in Toledo, and I've never been so disappointed as I was today all six of my Hot Dogs were smashed the Chilli , onions, Mustard AND NO KETCHUP Were all over the Paper. $ 11.00 for six smashed Hot Dogs, who is putting them together a 5 yr Old Child???SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EDIES TODAY.
