The other Oregon store was much better and had 100% more stock now it is primarily furniture with a few miscellaneous unimportant things the furniture is very bad quality it even says on the tag vacuum often because it is stuffed with small fibers 1/4 in Long with three prongs at one end that attached to you or your clothing no now and everything is pretty much low quality compared to what it had before. I am sorry to leave this low rating usually when I feel this way I do not mention it but I was greatly disappointed at the quality of the store after it was moved. I love the other store my neighbors did as well and they too are very disappointed.

Clean store, alot of good items for gardening and back yard decor. The store has everything thing from food items from the shelf to furniture. I always find cute gift ideas and good sales. The store is not too big but big enough to get what you need and get on your way

The customer service representatives have the best personalities at this big lots. They smile, give great advice, and lead you to sell items that you may have overlooked. I drive from across town and over the bridge just to buy from their store on Navarre Ave.#youguysareawesome

Although I called customer service and received a disappointing answer regarding my 10% off coupon I did use because I needed to locate my cc.I was actually able to receive my 10% off of the kids recliner when I went into the store to explain my situation.The phone rep was wrong in his response to me.

Bought a sofa from this big lots. It's great an I'm satisfied. But didn't get the throw pillows that where to be with. And they won't help so I can get them. So 3 stars

The store was spacious and very clean. Items needs to be grouped and organized better. Merchandise stock does not have enough variety of items to choose from. Employees were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable.

Big lot has come along way. A little bit of everything. Today i'm going to buy a couch only thing you have to pay 150.00 for delivering i only live 2 blocks away you pay a decent price then they jack up delivery price. I bought a washer at ABC warehouse delivering free.

Food was good. Air conditioning was so cold it was unbearable. I had a sweater on but would have loved to have had my winter coat with me. Service was horrible.

Newer store that moved was not very happy with our experience understand the place just open store was very disorganized I always were very difficult to navigate through definitely don't recommend going to this location at this time the one in Holland is much better and the set up there is nicer in my opinion.
