I find it ridiculous that I am harassed and forced to stay inside the store until I show a receipt for items I purchased and YOUR CASHIER RANG UP!!!! I refuse to use self checkout, and I'll wait for hours before using them!!!! This is harassment and I'll tell your employees two more times to quit harassing me and keeping me from leaving over a receipt before I contact an attorney. I will document today and in the future!!! It's harassment and you can not detain me!!! I don't use self checkout. I shouldn't be inconvenienced just so you can confirm your employees are doing their jobs correctly when ringing up items as a cashier!

As one reviewer, it's definitely hit and miss with items available on the shelves. But to post items available, and then ask employees why items are not on the shelves. Now, more and more items are order only. This won't do!!!! There are other stores where the same items can be found on their shelves. Kroger, Mijers and, DrugMart, Riteaid, various dollar type stores. Thus past Friday, we purchased a box of doughnuts and I really fought the vomiting machine. Not just your average hair inside the doughnut, but something appeared to be like a anchor holding it in place. I'm done with the prepared foods here. For a while for sure.These self checkouts, I hate them. I look for a live cashier. But I definitely agree with the reviewer who has a much more serious anxt concerning the checkout procedures, and yes, we are held up at the door even after leaving a live cashier. I understand the theft issue, it's expensive all the way around. But now the thieves have everyone under scrutiny. We finding the other stores do quite well for us also.

I don’t mind coming here it’s hit or miss with inventory but all the cashiers are super friendly and nice esp Emily! The egg rolls up in the hot food section are the best!

My "New" snow tires are 2 years old. Manufactured in 2-2022. Winter tires already have a short lifespan. Walmart also put one on backwards. Waiting for them to fix this and will update...UPDATE: One of the managers was able to help get this kinda sorted. We had the backwards tire replaced as it was driven over 1,000 miles wile being backwards, unsafe. The .com support was complete trash. This was on online order and they kept telling me to deal with the store, refusing to help.

I purchased work boots, they were the wrong size, next day went to return them and Tabitha and some young mean acting girl said that they could not return them because in the wrong box and I she rudely made me wait, helped another person and someone on the phone using her phone to look up availability of an item. I did not realize it was the wrong box when I purchased them but I did what she failed to do and looked them up online and the price was the same for either size and yet they insisted I had to wait 30 minutes for cameras to be reviewed even though bought the day before and price was the same. The same Walmart that sold me silver plated copper wedding rings 12 years before is still trying to rip people off. Avoid Ontario Walmart. Atleast opossum run is polite and friendly. They were acting as if I stole them, I had receipt and didn’t care about them reviewing their own mistakes but didn’t want to be waiting for half an hour. Terrible management of Tabitha and the little girl at the service desk, beyond rude and disrespectful and should be punished or fired. Same price, bought 1 day before, never worn, so I went and found their mistake myself and they threatened me with theft when I switched the boxes back to correct of product the exact same price I HAVE MY RECEIPT AND PRICE IS THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT. Threatened me and I said it’s so someone else does not have the same problem and the price is the same, so how is it theft if I am taking the box it should have been in to begin with. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOR. So disappointing, it’s the same price even, so I was taking my own property that they failed to give me in the first place and left the other box. All for less than $40 they humiliated me infront of customers when they could have gone and did what I did instead of wasting time being rude. The most horrific experience and I did RIGHTFULLY get upset by such unpleasant, ugly and rude disgusting behavior.Just go to the other Walmart, atleast it’s ran by polite Christians instead of mean thieving thug types

Great for one stop shopping for the basics. The store usually does not have new trendy items out first, but it is a basic good supplier which, in a small town, is helpful.

I just visited this Walmart and all I can say, is I’m pleasantly surprised by the attitudes of the employees. I was having trouble locating a few items, but one helpful young lady, Jazz, was so impressive. She knew where almost any item I could ask for was! She was very patient, kind, and so so helpful. Thanks for making Walmart a better place, Jazz! :)

3 stars for overall experience. Although I felt "rushed" thru the self checkout, it was nearly closing time and my biggest complaint was only 1 register was working and that was a self service. I understood that it's closing time and everyone wants to hurry ... But only 1 register up and running?! Really? Maybe that's why the long line to check out ... The many verbal complaints between the several customers still waiting to check out ... And the definite annoyed people seeing numerous employees just standing around doing nothing .. Not even offering any help. Hey guys ... Would have gotten out a lot sooner had another register been up and running! SMH

It's walmart...everything I need in one place. Not enough checkouts open but they do have plenty of self checkouts. Most of the workers are usually working except for by the changing rooms, then the girls there are just gossiping and don't pay attention to the customers. It's walmart, what more can I say.

I just find it ridiculous have six bags in my hand and they want me to put them down to show them the receipt like I'm a thief did not ask the person in front of me or behind me. Very embarrassing

Well, it's Walmart, you go in, you grab your stuff. You have to work for walmart now to cash yourself out and then get harassed at the door by people asking for your receipts

So 2 days ago I had a bad experience at the Ashland Walmart. Yesterday I went to the Ontario Walmart to purchase the phone I tried to get Tuesday but was unsuccessful. The young man who helped me in the Ashland store was working at the Ontario store Wednesday. Keep in mind, Alex,the kid who was helping me was not the reason I did not get the phone on Tuesday. Alex remembered me from the Ashland store visit and asked if I was ready to get the phone my son needed for work the day before. This kid works 4 different stores as a floater employee because they cannot find people with his knowledge to work this department of the store. However he does not have access to the cabinet keys and has to wait for assistance with access. Give him a key and give him an increase in pay and please acknowledge his worth to 4 stores. He has restored my faith in Walmart. The next time you are in any Walmart electronics department ask for Alex. You will thank me. He knows what he is doing and should be trusted with a 🔑key. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you Alex. I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Had a discount for $53 off but it scanned up 85 with damage and she told me to show her and I did she scanned a different item so she could buy it because I left and saw her walk out to her car with it after

Absolutely terrible, worst store I've ever had the displeasure to shop at. Whoever they have as their cart handlers should be shot, seriously, not even joking a little bit, they're all mentally handicapped but that what I expect from Mansfield nothing but junkies and lowlives so I'm really not surprised at all, that everyone at Walmart and here in Mansfield general struggle with simple tasks lol fire everyone there and get people in there that don't look like zombie meth heads, and maybe people will wanna shop there. Drug test your employees Walmart if you can even understand what that means. Google it if you know how to guys, not surprised if you can't tho lol

Horrible customer service in the photo center. Wife ordered pictures for sons 1 year birthday party a couple of days ago. Went to pick up and lo and behold, their printers have been down. FOR A MONTH!!!! Why are customers allowed to order still?!? And why isn’t the manager calling to let customers know that the order won’t be fulfilled. Absolutely terrible.

Called customer service around 9:30pm to ask about carport availability. The guy who answered was an absolute jerk and talked to me like I was dumb. He needs to understand that customer service is there to HELP customers......NOT BELITTLE them!!!!

It's cool here they have the deals and everything we want and need except for the fact that security is always following us around like we ain't got no mula. Other than that they cool. I guess it makes it fun to shop because we can have some fun with security. Lol see you soon.

I love the deals they have. I also love that they have the stuff I need, I was looking for new clothes since I lost weight on my weight loss journey. It was exciting to find what I wanted and the size I need now that I am down a size. 😊
