I went in to the Ontario, OH store looking to order an orange zero turn mower that starts with an H.I saw another orange zero turn that has the initials BB.Marsha and Dave worked with me to get the zero turn AND a trailer. They got me both for less than my approved credit amount.They both were very friendly and helpful, two great peopleMarsha, Dave, thank you so much for all you did for me. I greatly appreciate all your help, professionalism and courtesy.

Good place to get a wide variety of items. Lots of insulated clothing available now for working outdoors. Good selection of boots, gloves, coveralls, and some shirts. Supplies for animals as well as small equipment like snow blowers and log splitters. Seems to have decent prices on most things as well as helpful employees.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave, the manager at my local Ontario, Ohio Tractor Supply store, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with his exceptional customer service skills. Dave went above and beyond to ensure that an issue preventing the delivery of my purchased Cub Cadet mower was resolved, and he did so in a timely and professional manner.What I appreciated most about Dave was his friendly and helpful attitude. Dave has helped me a few times during my visits and every time I have had questions, he was always willing to take the time to answer them thoroughly. He even took the time to educate me on the proper care of my chickens. He went so far as to helping me pick out my chicks to ensure a healthy and lively flock! I feel fortunate to have encountered someone as knowledgeable and passionate about their work as Dave.Overall, my experience with Dave and all the employees at my local Tractor Supply has been outstanding. PSA: Trailer rental here is on a reservation sheet system. Called at 8am to check that the trailer was there for the expected first come first serve system and was told it's still there. Drive 30 minutes to pick it up (with it still on the lot) to be told that the trailer has been reserved for later that day. If you need to rent the trailer at this location you need to reserve it. Called another location to check with them and it's supposed to be on a first come first serve system. Frustrating that I was not told that it was reserved through them when I called, but the woman who I talked to on the phone was surprised to learn that they do reservations and not the first come first served as stated on the website. Normally a great place to pick up feed.

Everyone at TSC is always friendly and helpful. Today we went to get a few things plus go to vet clinic.A TSC staff came where all the customers were standing in line for vet clinic and offered free water and they had chairs to sit on.An employee also asked if our dog got shots and brought him treats.They are always friendly and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

1st time bringing my dog here for a bath and out of all the places I've been Tractor supply has everything you need to give your dog a bath!! A variety of Shampoos, conditioners, blow dryer, brushes, nail trimmers, aprons, paper towels, nail cream, and TOWELS. Only 9.99I will definitely come back to use the dog bathes. I didn't realize I needed to pay first but they didn't hound me about it. But know I know. Thanks again

Used to do a lot of business there but my last visit was very frustrating. The person helping me told me he was new and couldn't answer my question. He tried to call someone but no one answered him. He then left me hanging to open a register to help someone else. After about 10 minutes I left and did business somewhere else.Note - About a month ago I sent a letter via USPS to Tractor Supply about this experience and have not yet received a reply. Apparently they don't care about their potential customers. By the way, USPS is the only way to reach headquarters about any issues. Looks like they really want to isolate themselves form the customers.

Three attempts for a drive belt on our lawn tractor. 1st, computer in the store nowhere close to the size needed. 2nd, put on only to remove, too long. 3rd, find out later, out of time, have to get ready for work. But, the 3rd attempt did draw the attention of a young lady, employee who searched diligently. Nothing the computer said was right. Finally, found the assembly page and even then, the belt was wrong, too short. The employees did their best, the software needs to be tossed. Still a great store, just won't get belts there.

I like this TSC. It's a really nice store with very helpful employees. In the parking lot they even have special spots for veterans and military, right beside handicap parking. I thought that was extremely thoughtful.

I had a problem with my husband losing the receipt of his newly purchased steel toe boots... Cory went out of his way to dig deep into their computer system to find the receipt and I was able to returnThe boots and exchange for the correct size...and the cashier Sandra was such a dear...I'm definitely marking this as my go to store from now on...we need more associates like these two..thank you both

Nice friendly small town people. Will help you find what you need if you ask. Good balance between letting you browse around unhindered and still being there to help. Prices slightly higher than big box stores but for some reason you just feel better buying from tractor supply.

I went to Tractor Supply today after a visit to a vet comcerning my dog. After the vet refused treatment, I was able to find the supplies I needed here. The young lady who helped me, I am sorry I didn't catch your name (she was of Asian descent, I think)was outstanding. She helpee me get what i needed and recommended a vet for me.

Received a coupon for 50% off 1any size Hill's Science Diet pet food. I pulled the coupon up on my phone and it didn't work. The lady checking us out wasn't very helpful on figuring out why it wasn't working nor did she seek any help in making the coupon work. She actually seemed annoyed with us even saying are you getting this or not? I said I'm not paying $50 for something when I have a coupon to save $25 off. I saw where there was a code for online ordering, so I decided to try it that way. In the lady's defense, the coupon still didn't work. I ended up across the street where I actually spent a little more on a bag of food for my cat just because I was so irritated that they provided me with a coupon that wouldn't work.

Really like this store. This is my go-to for feed for the horses and other Farm Supplies. The staff are extremely friendly and have been helpful many many times. Will definitely continue to shop with them and get things for the farm.

Had purchased 6 baby chick's, 4 died. Went in today Sunday June 5th to just purchase 2 more to replace the ones that died and they refused to sell me 2 because they will only sell 6 at a time! THERE WERE ONLY 2 LEFT OF THE BREED WE PURCHASED!!!!! ONLY 2 AVAILABLE IN THE ENTIRE WATER TROUGH!! This is ridiculous! Different species of chickens have different personalities, so we prefer to keep the same breed. Being forced to purchase different breeds because of a 6 bird purchase requirement is ridiculous and will end badly once the chickens have matured. Poor, very poor customer service and very disappointing. We weren't even asking for free replacements as I was more than willing to repurchase what we lost the next day. I think I will just order direct from a hatchery from here on out. Again, very disappointed 😞

The wound clay I bought,saved my cat.i tried Neosporin,but it did not close the wound.this wound clay got him back on his feet in one application,saving me thousands on vet bills.this was a really bad wound on the base of his tail.and your product healed him.i can't be more grateful.thank you.plus the employees were really helpful.all of them were great.

Bought a 30 lb. propane tank there. Took it over to TSC's propane filling station. An employee promptly met us there and filled the tank after purging it. He then carried the filled tank to our car and loaded it for us. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly associates, and the Veterinarians and her assistants/staff were amazing! Loved them. I will be taking my little pomeranian there from now on for his medications and shots.
