Went in to check out membership fees. The guy at the counter misled me and try to force the plus membership on me and then I found out that if I go online I can buy the regular membership for only $25 right now.

The Rotisserie chicken is always the best and the Scan & Go is great to use allowing you to skip the line waiting to check out.

The employees at this Sam's club are helpful and friendly, and their selection is fine. We've gotten everything from clothes to toilet paper to food there. My family really enjoys eating the pizza they make in their cafe there as well. The reason for this three star review is because for well over a year, one of the pop machines in the cafe has been broken. I know this might sound trivial, especially when we are in fact able to get beverages out of the other machine. But it is just baffling to me that a store in a company with a market cap of over 440 billion dollars can just let a simple beverage machine sit broken for over a year or so! I just don't get it. The sip station needs some attention.

Ten stars!! Sam's Club is my favorite place to shop and while the staff are always very friendly and make you feel at home, today they went over and above! I had undoubtedly purchased too much for what my car could hold (I found a large Christmas decoration on sale I had to have ) and an extremely kind employee not only helped me wheel the decoration out to my car (I also had another cart with groceries and my 18 mo old son in it) he also went completely out of his way to figure out how to get everything into my car which took A LOT of switching things around, and still remained so calm, patient, and kind and that is something the world lacks terribly these days. Not only did he spend so much of his time helping me, he also restored my faith in humanity which I so desperately needed. Thank you again!

This Sam's is always chaotic. The layout for the entrance and exit is different then one I am used to. I always end up frustrated and annoyed when I go to this one. It is very clean, and the isles are organized.

It's not a bad place to shop. Since you have to pay for a membership here, you don't have to deal with the regular idiots and nasty scumbags you'd see at Walmart! I mean, there is a website called "People of Walmart" that showcases the wackjobs you'll see shopping there.My main issue here are the people trying to sell you cell phones even tho EVERYONE and their brother already have one. They don't want to take NO for an answer.I'm also sick of the long line at checkout! You have to pay for a membership here AND scan your own stuff! GREED is the Waltons middle name!!!!

Jeff at the gas station is always so friendly! Love getting gas when he’s there because he seems to truly care about others. Not only does he greet everyone getting gas I often see him picking up trash to keep the area clean! Thanks Jeff for being a bright star in this dark world!!

Its a pretty good place to shop lots of selection the food court is pretty good and you get alot of bang for your buck! And Norman in the front area is a great guy and good worker thankyou Norman for being so friendly every time I shop here!

We usually like this Sam's club. Today we had a different experience. We had waited for 2 months for the car seat to go on sale. We finally bought it regular price because we needed it for vacation. 10 days later it went $15 cheaper. We weren't able to get back and try to get a refund until a week after vacation. The lady at customer service was kind, but said she had to ask her boss. Her boss, Terry came and was very rude to us. She said it wasn't even on sale anymore, but I had taken a picture of the sale price. She also said that they only issue a refund within 7 days. We told her that we had been on vacation and haven't been able to get there. She was so rude to us. Her attitude was terrible! I think Sam's club can afford to give us back $15, because the company is rich and we need every dollar we can get. We did get our refund, but not impressed at all with Terry!

We usually have pretty good experiences and we are also used to the "would you like to try this " from staff. However this last trip aggravated me. Every time we walk in the cell phone people start to ask if we are interested making a change and our response is always "not interested". Normally that is the end of it however today this kid persisted and started to follow us until I turned around and sternly said NO. He was over the top and borderline rude. Needless to say if it happens again I will probably walk out and shop elsewhere.

Pretty poor decision making to get rid of wheelchairs, not everyone wants or is comfortable using the electric carts. More decision making without considering the customers.

Sam's club turned out to be ok the mam and lady that helped me and my colleague were very nice and they had a steady flow going threw the lines to pull in you would have thought the place was going to be lined up but seems they have a good system

As usual only 2 registers open. All lines were backed up including. But I will wait in line because I won't use self check outs. You don't pay me to work there. Also I pay for the plus account but scan and go people get better prices on some things. That stinks.

It's a good Sam's. I love that they have a separate area for pickup orders. Not all Sam's do. It's off to the side right when you pull in so you don't have to navigate through the crazy main parking lot area. Curbside was fast and accurate. It's also nice that it's right next to Fazolis and right off the expressway since I'm coming an hour away.

The cafe is what ruins it for me. It’s a great value when you can actually get food. They’re always out of something, not making something, etc. Hard to know what you’re even going to get.Editing about a year later: the cafe has improved immensely! There is now a wide variety of items available at all times! Thank you, Sam’s Club!

This is not my usual Sam's Club, but I was in town for something else and stopped in to pick up stuff i needed.This one seems like a "lite version" of Sam's. Everything was smaller. Shelves were either empty or just didn't carry what I am used to. No pharmacy. It is about half the size of North Canton store.It wasn't very busy, so other people must not love this store, either. It is just meh.

I did a Sunday morning pick up today.It was brought to my vehicle quickly and neatly organized in a couple of boxes. We did transfer the cold items to my cooler but that took like a minute since items were organized that way.I don't know if was concern for the recent hurricane that was possibly bringing bad weather our way, but the club was very busy for being only 10:30 in the morning. Glad I did a pickup! I have done several pickups and they have all been handled quickly and efficiently.

Everything was ready for pick up...I even had a second order for some things that I had forgotten to include on my order... the young man went and found it and saved me the time, and mileage of having to come back later to retrieve my second order. That was much appreciated! Thanks!

5stars for shopping.No stars for scanning when I leave. When there's line of 11 people each has a cart full groceries. I have to wait for them to rescan. That is my biggest complaint. I already stood in line to check out. Now, I have to stand in line again. Why are we going behind them and double checking there work? That's on you not us....Thats why I don't shop at Walmart.

Huge selection of just about anything you would want. Pleasant employees. Clean, well-organized store in general. I always save money shopping here. Gasoline prices are always good and I fill up every time I'm there. I can't say enough good about this store.

Clean, organized. You can find some great deals here. Some of their prices are the same as if you had bought that much somewhere else. Meat looks great, fresh. Bakery items looked fantastic. Didn't encounter anyone until I was leaving out. Can't comment on customer service. Definitely stop and get a hot dog or pretzel. Delicious. Plan time to stop and shop. Lots to see. Huge store.
