I just purchased a garden shed from JDM in Ontario. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed.They have a beautiful showroom & samples of all the different things they sell.Hadassa was so great helping me the design I wanted & she is so knowledgeable about their products.She assisted me with who to call for the “prep site” as well.My shed needed to be assembled “on site” and the crew was amazing from start to finish… They just came yesterday, so, I can’t wait to landscape around it.I can’t recommend them enough.

I love our new play set! We sat with sales staff and designed exactly what we wanted. Every question and concern was addressed. The person installing it contacted us and asked if there were any questions and set up a date to install. We were kept up to date on the installation date and the crew arrived on time and got to work. All representatives of JDM were extremely helpful and efficient. I would absolutely recommend anyone use this company.

We worked with Hadassah on a new play structure for our backyard. She was friendly and pleasant, upfront and honest about prices and time frames and very customer service focused. Communication and delivery were a breeze, with the delivery guys showing up right on time and getting everything set up to our standards, and even recommending which way to face the playset for maximum enjoyment and visibility from our deck. The playset itself is well constructed and high quality fasteners were used throughout. Hadassah followed up a couple weeks after to make sure our experience was good and expectations were met. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

We ordered this playset for our 3 yr old granddaughter. She has been playing since it was installed! The structure is extremely sturdy & beautiful in the yard. Eric's Furniture did a great job of building a new deck in place of my 26 year old Gazebo (which was falling into the pond). Six new concrete piers support the new deck and I am sure not to have ice freezing and thawing; having its way with this new structure. A good looking deck, all vinyl and composite materials, zero maintenance! Craftsmanship is solid! I highly recommend them to build your next project.

First time buyer. I ordered the 2 person glider in the Antique Mahogany premium finish with optional cup holder. First it was very fast service and I received the glider quickly. The quality is top notch and easy to put together since most of it I'd done when you receive it. The finish is exactly what I wanted. Real wood look without the maintenance. I ordered 1 cup holder with the glider since there was no option for a second one. I assumed that only one would fit. We I got it I realized that I could have got 2 cup holders if given the option. I went back on the website and noticed that they offer the cup holder separately but for more money. After bringing this to their attention I was credited the difference and they are going to update the ordering page to include the option of buying more than 1. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend buying from Eric's Outdoor furniture. I will be buying more in the future.

We purchased a shed from JDM Structure in Ontario it was delivered Friday. We worked with Abbey Miller I must say this young lady is amazing. Her customer service will surpass your expectations. Abbey works very hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Her follow up is also amazing she called to make sure delivery and production has contacted you. Abbeys attention to detail is outstanding. We were so pleased with her service we sent a friend to her he purchased furniture from her also. When I posted pictures of our shed it was so nice two of our friends will be calling Abbey for a shed. Thank you JDM for having such a wonderful employee to represent your company. My wife Linda and I recently purchased a Hartford storage building from JDM Structures with the help of Hadassah at the Ontario location. Having looked at a unit of the sales lot we sat down with Hadassah and she showed us a unit with our modifications on the computer. She was able to configure a unit with parts list and costing within a few minute and we were able to see our unit with all parts and features we asked for.We signed an agreement and Hadassah was able to recommend an experienced contractor to us to do the site preparation and construct the gravel base for our building, Everything about that process was done professionally and met our expectation.The last step in this project was the delivery of the structure and moving it to our gravel base. At this point I shouldn't have been surprised with the timeliness, professionalism and skill set of the Delivery Driver. A one man show so-to-speak. The equipment that JDM uses for these deliveries is state of the art and extremely efficient and for me, having been a Product Design Engineer for many years, It was a joy to watch it work. The Delivery Driver was able to get it into place in our backyard via a somewhat difficult pathway and get it onto the Gravel Pad. Once positioned the Delivery Driver was able to move it in small increments on the Pad until I was satisfied with how it matched up with our Home's profile. There was a small place on the unit that had a small blemish in the trim paint. The Driver saw it on his inspection and got a can of paint from his truck and touched it up such that you would never know it was there. I will add that this was not a small building (12-ft X 30-ft).My Wife and I are very pleased with the results throughout the process. Well done Hadassah and the JDM Staff!Steve & Linda Reynolds

I'm in the process of purchasing my fourth outdoor storage barn for our newest home from Eric's. I saw a previous review saying they are "to high priced." My answer to that is "you get what you pay for" and that is exactly correct. The product is of extremely high quality and customer service above all the rest. I don't consider them over priced, especially with the lower quality products on the market. Weldon will help you in every aspect of making your selection and purchase. Abigail was in the office the first day and was also vey helpful. I highly recommend looking at their products to see the quality. The first barn I purchased is now 20 years old and just now finally needs some paint. Maintenance free for 20 years, you won't hear me complain!

Bought a LuxCraft 5' Poly Classic Highback Swing for my 88 year old Dad last Fall. It replaced an older wooden swing. We live in New York and winter's are tough on everything left out. The swing survived and is beautiful. I found ERIC'S OUTDOOR FURNITURE w a Google search. I called to question colors, design's, what could work best for Dad and found them extremely helpful. I called again worried about shipping arriving at house when I couldn't be there and they helped me with a number to call plus process involved. Not only did they BEAT EVERY PRICE listed BUT the swing was on sale PLUS FREE SHIPPING. I saved all around and WAS AMAZED at the beauty/sturdiness of Dad's swing. I found my invoice from last year's purchase and will look around for something for me!! I believe in leaving honest reviews of both products I purchased and deals seeing companies. Eric's exceeded my expectation.

I bought a Luxcraft porch rocker from Eric and am EXTREMELY pleased not only with the product but also the service! Eric answered my questions promptly and once I decided on the color, it was shipped and received within 2 days! Paid in full for a barn. They set up a delivery date and missed it. Understandably things happen but, they did not call to re-schedule. I had to call them to find out what was going on. When they delivered the barn it was damaged on both sides when un loading it and did not seem to care if it was level or not. By the way it is not level. Also since i bought a "display model" off of there lot im not getting any repairs because there was no warranty? Wow save your self a headache and go anywhere else to buy your barn.
