This is my go to harbor freight store, much better than the others in the area.

Logan has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a retail environment in years! He showed great patience and kindness by helping an elderly customer with registering their product online, all the while making sure that he could take care of other customers coming to the register. The world needs more workers who put forth this kind of effort!The store was clean and neatly organized and also had more products than I’m used to finding in my local store. I’ll definitely visit again!

I love harbor freight's inside track membership some deals are too good to pass up. Others you should be wary. Do your research before buying and you'll be a happy customer

I get all kinds of stuff here. The quality isn't always that great, but then, if you're just a hobbyist like me, that might not matter too much. I'd recommend stopping through here if you're just getting started on something before you go spending the big bucks on expensive equipment.

It's ok. Need tools they are cheaper than Sears but I do like Sears..HFT do have a bigger selection with lower priced tools. Remember you get what you pay for. When tools are important in your line of work craftsmen's tools are guaranteed.

Stopped in for a few things. Great store. They keep adding more tools and better quality. This is one of the few places that honor their warranties on their tools.

The staff was very friendly. Their online inventory was wrong and the selection was limited as is all retail. I still have to give them 5 stars even though this trip was a bust. All other trips have saved a lot of money with long lasting tools.

I found what I was looking for, but the employee who wasn't running a register was not friendly or helpful or even a nice person.I found what I wanted, but needed help finding one last item.He was walking around, so I asked him. He acted like I was bothering him. I though I mistook a customer for an employee.His attitude was the same as mine is now - why continue to be/shop there?* It's a good place to get something quick that's not a critical item.It generally is a 'get what you pay for' place, but good in a pinch.At least the employees had masks on, but now I'm wondering if it was just to hide their identities?

Cheap tool store. Hand tools are nice some of the air tools are decent but they are pushy on the inside track club that really doesn't offer any practical discounts. I don't know of anyone who might hypothetically need a dmm and air tool oil. Lots of things are out of stock on busy days. But its a smaller store in a bigger location so not much can be said.

The store is always well-stocked and clean. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. I never have a problem until I get to the register and get hounded for my email address and/or phone number. Even after I say no, they continue to ask. A cashier was recently downright rude about it because I declined to give him my phone number. I understand they are forced to ask, but they shouldn't be rude and confrontational about it.

It's okay. Pretty small store location. Everything jammed in there. It was well organized though. Just watch what you buy. Some items are great quality. Some are cheap and do not last. Good sales. Went during a big "Sale" which wasn't living up to it's hype. Did purchase from there. Like I said, just be aware of quality of your choices.

Whole team very helpful took me right to the item I needed a clock on the tire rim with a actual small tire on the rim gave one to my son in Florida he loved it so I got myself one and I love it!

Harbor freight is a great place for tools and etc. Prices are normally pretty good and they have a wide selection of different things. A lot of people look down on the tools but they're pretty stout in my opinion. At least the sockets and wrenches are. Not sure about the electric tools, I'm not sold on those yet, haven't tried them. But I'm not against trying them eventually.

Love this tool store! Is it the highest quality? No,but where else can you buy a Saw zaw for 19.99 use it for 4 years,break it and go get another on for 19.99..sure I could have bought a nicer name brand for $80 but why!!the name brand one I use to have only lasted 6 years...(demo work is hard on tools)
