Not quite a 5 but better than a 4. I prefer them over Tsc. I would like to see them stock their seasonal items a bit longer then they do. I have to buy enough early in the season to last and that sometimes means I have to make an extra trip. Nice store nice people.

This place is okay. I prefer tractor supply at lease when they have a deal on something they stick to it. Went there before Christmas to get something for my son an thought I was gonna get the 25% off but didn't witch is okay but they ppl know it's for members only. Other then that not bad of a place

Went for Tribute horse grain. It's nice there is another option other than our local coop to get it. They had a nice selection of most of the Tribute ( out of Upper Sandusky- made by Kalmbach feeds) varieties. I scanned one of the bags to find the price. It connects with the Tribute website. The website listed the price as 4 dollars lower and the cashier honored the manufacturer price. I appreciate the customer service on that one. That had baby chick's in if you like to mess with them.

Absolutely love these stores. The prices are great. Huge selection of almost everything under the sun and people are friendly. I just wish home was closer to my house

A very fun place! The chickens are fantastic! Unfortunately, there were dead ones buried in the bedding in the tubs where they are. That was gross, but otherwise fantastic! The cashier helped me create my member card without me filling out a paper.

Great store & friendly, helpful staff. I called about a car battery, they had what I needed in stock & even offered to help install it.I purchased 2 sets of work gloves, snow/ice brush, tow straps, gun cleaner, hand sanitizer and shopped for boots. My boyfriend prefers boots with a certain laceup but has really wide feet.I have been happy with everything I purchase here.This store has more than you might think.

Love this place. Unlike TSC, they actually have items in stock and it isn't over run by useless decor. It's a farm store, when you go to a FARM store, it's to get farm related items. Great feed selection at much better prices also!

This is a wonderful place to work. Everyone is friendly, great team players and hard working. The Manger & assistant Manager are a great with a world of knowledge about the store. Team leads are great! Add in all the wonderful customer's that shop our store !

Friendly informative staff. The manager was a fantastic help getting the right vaccination for a puppy that one of my foster kids purchased. I do wish three was a better hunting area with a wider selection. Their competitor tsc is right up the road,which I did visit to find broadheads only to find total disappointment in staff and store at that location. Made me appreciate that this store left me smiling when I left. Keep up the great work.... this app asked me to update if it's changed. Yep service keeps getting better and better. Great quality stuff and even better staffing. Thank you guys

ON SEPT 9TH CALLED, EMPLOYEE ON PHONE ( Aaron) WONDERFUL, ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. TOLD HER WE WOULD BE OVER IN ABOUT AN HOUR TO PURCHASE MOWER. PLEASANTLY GREETED by every employee we walked by. Buying the lawn mower was a great experience! Delivered the mower today, gentleman who brought mower was so nice and helpful. I called store ask for manager to call me. Called within 5 minutes (Rob).. he was so nice too. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Little expensive and a lot like TSC Tractor supply company. Nice store if you don't have a TSC, we do and the 2 stores are almost next door to one another, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Probably won't last long. Maybe should have opened on other side of town or maybe a Royal King store. We will see. I did like it though

My first time being at this store. Seemed very similar to a tractor supply. The people were all really friendly and they seemed to have good pricing. Got a few super tough dog toys while I was there

Easy clean cat litter is just as dusty as a dust storm, doesn't clump and going up in price. Not really worth the money anymore. For the price I miswell go back to the terrible paws n claws clumping cat litter at tsc. Very disappointed in this cat litter and tsc cat litter. I have 8 cats I can't afford pretty litter or something more expensive. I feel so bad that my family and cats have to breath in all the dust from these cat litters. It's probably destroying our lungs. Not thrilled with the store, everytime I go there's always something that happens. Register malfunctions, not right prices, employees don't know what their doing. 😒 I just wish I could find a affordable, less dusty actual litter that will clump!

First time in here. A friend always talks about it. It has everything you would expect from a farm store. It was later in the evening and there was no one else in the store that I could see. I found some gloves on sale and some skunk de smell stuff that I really like. Its almost that time of year and I know my dog. Here was my problem: we got to the check out to pay. The young girl was busy talking with some friends. We stood for a little while before she finally came over and started checking our stuff out. She added three bottles of soda that had been sitting on the counter when we got there. I informed her that those were not ours. She deleted with no problems. She told me the total and then went straight back to the girls on the other side of the counter. I stood for awhile with my $20 bill in my hand. I actually had time to put my money back into my purse and begin to walk out. She came back and repeated the amount. I asked her if I was bothering her. It seemed like she had better things to do. She giggled and said no. I guess customer service is not overly important here. I did purchase my items and left. I cant say I will run back to the store.
