This particular store is ALWAYS a mess. The 2 employees in the store tonight were both unfamiliar faces and I went in at 25 min to close. I had very specific items I was getting and was in checkout at 10 min to close.Both employees were griping as I was being rang up about "people coming in late" & "we shoulda locked the doors". Now this is still 5 min to close.I get wanting to go and close at closing but the few people in the store, maybe 3 others besides me, were in line. One who appeared to be a key holder/management of some sort stated "she doesn't care if they have stuff in their arms she'll throw everyone out at 8".Most people are respectful of closing & only need to be asked/reminded POLITELY to observe closing time & be in line in a timely manner. In addition, some Dollar Trees have later hours.I try to always go to a different location. This one really needs improvement in all areas- product, stocking, employee attitudes, cleanliness & organization.....

Appears to be very poorly ran. Not organized z emptyshelfs. Two cashiers with 4-5 guests each and there are three employees two of them were mgt wearing grinch’s shirts. Just standing and talking. It’s everytime I come in there are employees lacking. I know it’s hard to find good help butttt I hope you guys are aware of what is going on when you’re not seeing or around

It was busy and the the employees at checkout were very rude with no sense of urgency and seemed bothered to be there. No greeting, no thank you. The store was well stocked and not to cluttered.

I have been shopping here for years. I came into today to exchange something with no receipt and was told by management I couldn’t do the exchange. I have done this multiple time as I craft a lot. They wouldn’t even work with me. I had to wait while Management was in the office and I still was so disappointed on this visit.

The Dollar Tree in Ashland far surpassed the one in Ontario and Lexington Ave.Clean, neat well stocked and customer service was good!

It's still a good value, though many things are now cheaprr at Walmart. The store is a disaster all the time. Not enough staff to downstock frieght. Very sad to see it go down hill.

I would be ashamed to say I was the manager of this store. It is never put away and it never has the selection the other Dollar Trees have. Not to mention when it was brought to the manager's attention he was snarky and rude and did not offer an apology or a solution.

Absolutely amazing!!!!. I am pretty sure there are new employees. Every single worker addressed us and seemed so happy to see us. One employee even bought my granddaughter a balloon. It completely made her day. Thank you Dollar Tree.

Eh...they have some good items in there and out of the 2 workers I've dealt with, one seemed nicer than the other. We arrived at 8:20 & the lady said we close in 20 minutes so make it quick. They close at 9... The bad part is, most of the store is not organized neatly at all.

The store is very unorganized empty shelves Galore the employee at the register was new and two different ladies asked her a question one a square pill containers were and she said this is my first day I have no idea and the second lady came in with a cane and asked if they had any carts there weren't any carts at the front of the store and the girl at the register rolled her eyes and said do you see any cards I don't see any cards I guess we don't have it in the store and she went back to checking me out. I'm sorry that was extremely rude.

Looks like this place is going out of business. Many shelves were empty. Not very good place if you are expecting a variety of items.

Accused of stealing 8 Christmas stockings today by the cashier. She scanned too many and when we advised her, she scanned more. Doubled down that she didn't do this and said she'd call the cops. Fun times. You can count 24 when we only had 16. Wouldn't recommend due to harassment. Errors happen and that's fine. Being accused of crimes, not cool.

I absolutely hate this store. It has a lot of nice things when you're on a budget but you have one cashier working while the others are outside smoking and joking. Meanwhile, you have a long line of about 20 people. Prepare to wait 10-20 mins if you come here. Try to be here as soon as the store opens up, your wait time will be shorter.

I really like this Dollar Tree. Even though they don't always have the same things as the other one in town, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The few times I have gone in for anything that they don't have they can let me know if the other store has it, just in case I am on that side of town. The store is almost always spotless, but in the winter months, even though it is a little harder to keep up with the slush tracked in, they always do a great job on keeping up with it

Great place to save money! Everything is just a dollar! I thank the Lord for this store! Wouldn't know what I'd do to provide for all my needs! Having a limited income doesn't allow me the luxury to splurge money like water.... Very Grateful for this store! Plus the staff are very friendly/ nice people!

This store has lots more stuff than the one in Mt. Gilead! Especially in the makeup and craft sections. They also sell bags of ice. Pretty well organized but some of the end caps and a few of the other aisles were a bit messy.

Love their name brand vegetables and Frozen items. I was really excited to find Imperial margarine,John Morrell meats, Bird's Eye vegetables and so much more.Makes it so much nicer to be able to spend less but get more!

Have gone to this place since I was a little kid. It's definitely a great place to find affordable things and the quality of most of the items is great. I strongly recommend going here if you like to really shop on a budget. You definitely won't regret it.

This store is a very messy place it’s unorganized, the staff is very rude and filled with drama the manager steals items from the store! This is not a good work environment most of the food there is expired so the staff steals them. The whole store is nothing but a drama filled mess, The manager only hires her friends and she shows favoritism it’s so unprofessional!

Today I had bought 6 placemats this morning- they didn’t work for the project I had planned- so I took them back this evening with my receipt- and I was expecting to get my money back🤷‍♀️ The manager was extremely disrespectful towards me- a 66 year old senior that has never experienced a situation like this🤷‍♀️She told me to pick out 6 other items- she wouldn’t give me my money back- I seriously didn’t need anything 🤷‍♀️What’s going on in AMERICA TODAY
