Absolutely obsessed with their weekly flavor changes! I can't wait til the new store slows down some, so it'll be easier to order then curbside. Plus, it'll be sooo much easier trying to do pickups in the small lobby.I love how most of their cookies incorporate cream cheese icing into their products. 🏻Parking: Definitely need more parking options, or to enlarge the parking area for this little strip of shops.

I had a fantastic experience at the soft opening. The owner was passionate, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a great experience. I'm looking forward to having Crumbl in town. It was nice being able to get a free cookie for my birthday as well. (I split my cookies in half with a friend which is why the picture doesn't have a whole cookie)

Crumbl Cookies First trip to the new Ontario Crumbl Cookies Store.. definitely Not the last! Three of our Four flavors of cookie we chose today were Spectacular! So delicious, all with a homemade taste, gourmet homemade!Only minor complaint, our Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie was totally Raw/Liquid Under Cooked in the entire center! Attempting to pick this cookie up out of the box, all of the center ran out into the box in a gloppy mess! We took our cookie order home or I would have brought it back inside the store.That being said, we still highly recommend Crumbl Cookies! Only tasting 4 flavors so far, the Wonka’s Wildly Wonderful Red Velvety Cookie, the Black Forrest Cake and the Ultimate Peanut Butter are SOOO sublime and absolutely decadent that you make the Mmmm sound at each bite! The store was small but easy to order, with two kiosk’s and also one checkout with a Store Clerk. It was fast and super easy. Using an iPad type touch screen to place your order and I paid with my Apple Pay on my Apple Watch in seconds! Super easy, very short wait for our order and the nicest, most polite kind and awesome Crumbl Cookie employees! It was so pleasant they truly made us want to come back soon!I don’t usually go on and on or recommend a business this much, but what a special treat and fun experience! The cookies are so huge you can hardly eat an entire cookie at one sitting (but I DID 😂) and of course I also took big bites of all the other three flavors for research of course! 😉So my general thoughts on Crumbl Cookies:Delicious, quality gourmet cookies!Worth the price, but at $14.60 for Four Large Cookies, a special occasion treat? But also what an awesome holiday gift for anyone who enjoys gourmet food or that hard to buy for family member or friend! They also offer gift cards, so even better if you’re not sure that persons flavor favorites!A Nine and a half out of Ten for me! Only docked a half point for the undercooked cookie because I’m sure if I’d wanted to drive back to the store, they’d have been nice and helped me with our raw cookie!Our family Highly recommends Crumbl Cookies and I’m so happy they opened a Crumbl Store in Ontario!Thanks!

I very seldomly eat sweets, but since Crumbl has opened in the town I live, we have been ordering weekly. Every week we order at least 4 flavors for my husband, children, and myself to try. My all time favorite so far has been the Lucky Charms, I was headed back to buy more the next day and they were sold out 😞. I am glad they opened one in this town but wish they would have chosen a better location. This location is in a strip mall with a Starbucks so there’s not much parking, and the Crumbl lobby can only hold about 15 people without being cramped. Since the lobby is so small, there have been multiple occasions that I have went and people were lined up out the door (in the winter with temps no higher than 20°).

Dont waste your time and money on underbaked cookies from young workers that stand around doing nothing.I ordered through the app and checked in when I got there. When I walked in, there were 1 person waiting and 3 walked in behind me. I waited for about 10 min and the lobby quickly filled up with about 10 other orders. I heard talking but there was no one working. All the workers were hiding behind the wall talking and laughing. No one was filling orders or cooking. After a little bit with orders still coming in, there is a little ding everytime someone submits an order, one girl walks around the wall and gets them back to work. They started fumbling around trying to get orders out only to realize they were out of cosmic brownie and something else. After another 15 min they started to give out every ones order that came after the me. When the lobby was cleared they asked for the name under my order. Once I finally got my order I was able to leave only to get home and bite into underbaked cookies.Crumbl how about you have your workers cleaning up the mess in the kitchen and keeping up with BAKED inventory instead of standing around laughing if someone was going to help the customers. Get better service.

I LOVE everything Crumbl! From the easy to use app, to the awesome packaging, the adorable logo, and of course the MOST delicious cookies! I absolutely am obsessed with Crumbl! Cookies are always sooo much fun and I love how they are also coming up with new ideas! I want to go every single week! Everytime I go I think there’s no way they can top last week, and somehow they do! Thank you Crumbl!!

Today is actually the first time the cookies looked like the typical crumbl cookie. They have always been very flat and spread out here. My favorite lava cookie last week was so flat it had no lava. I just contributed it to being a new location training new employees. It would be nice if they had someone at the register.

Honestly I love crumbl. Other locations I have had a good experience. Ontario? Not so much. Just saying y’all may wanna have an older, mature adult who can take control and keep things in line. Me and a group of my friends went yesterday and there were younger teens working. Not a biggie. But. I understand they get busy. I understand it takes time to make more cookies and you can never know when you’ll get big orders.But…they were out of everything except two cookies because all the others were baking and it would be 20-40 minutes before they got any new ones out. I feel like they should have been able to manage the flow a little better so they weren’t entirely out of everything. They definitely weren’t short staffed either. I’m all about fun at work but some of them were kind of goofing off maybe too much? To not have been ahead in keeping cookies going. Another customer comes in behind us and tries to get one of the workers to come to the front just to talk to him…awkwardly the employees who we could see clear as day AND hear, all argue over who is going to address the man and answer his questions. It was one of the most awkward experiences ever. And a little chaotic with lack of communication with one another. I’ll still go and support Ontario location but I’d definitely try to make sure there’s workers fit to run each shift who can keep things running smoother.

I went a couple days after it opened. The wait was shorter than I expected considering how busy it was, which really impressed me since they just opened. My nephew and I got a 6 pack and shared it with the family, and everyone loved it! I only wish I could’ve eaten more than 1 cookie if my dog hadn’t gotten to the final two 😂 overall great experience, can’t wait to go again!

The cookies were up to the usual Crumbl yumminess. My order was scheduled for a 5:30 pickup. When i arrived, i was told it would be another 15-20 minutes for the chocolate peanut butter brownie cookies on my order. As I and 10 other customers stood waiting for those cookies, two employees were standing in the back eating them. Not cool.

Not sure if I’m reviewing my crumbl location or crumbl as a whole. So I’ll discuss both. Crumbl as a whole, well who is going to start the CA?! Bc it’s addicting. Should be illegal they are so good. As far as my location, the only thing that I disliked was going on a weekend. I wanted to order on the app and just go in and grab bc I had my 2 grandkids. But pick up was an hour out. So we just went in and ordered. But the one cookie at the top of my list showed out of stock. But after placing my order it became available again. I guess they fell behind in baking, idk. So I stay away on weekends. Very busy. But ordering is easy. Our location is small and I bet they wish they had more room. Not much room for people to wait after ordering.

I do understands they are newer around here and the product is good but after I watched them make cookies then handle the register (without changing gloves) while buying a gift card for the holidays I almost canceled it. Hopefully someone has said something to them because I feel like we should know better after Covid. That being said, I hope you all are around for the long haul.
