Wow! I was very impressed ! I brought the cat in and they didn't spend 45 minutes trying market and up sell services I didn't ask for! They were friendly, they were soothing with our cat, and dealt with the problem at hand. This is the way a veterinarian should be! Definitely I give Falls Veterinary Clinic a 5 Star review.

The staff are wonderful. My only concern is only one doc and he is fantastic but nobody to replace him. and I wish they would computerize reports. But the care, compassion and reasonable rates make up for that. Dr A has always been great to my pets.he knows what he is doing and never pushes extra meds just to make money. It’s a great, friendly place.

I had called to try to make an appointment at this location. I explained to her that my dogs have a bad allergic reaction against simparica trio (flea medication) and the lady said "Well thats all we give here so maybe you should find another vet". Apparently they don't offer any other medications for your dog so I wasn't able to go.

Vicky and Dr. Arnholdt are absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and thorough with both our dogs. I love the fact that the clinic is old school, there is no extra fluff and trying to sell you on procedures or medication. They are very competitive with Chewy prices on medication and services are very affordable. I've never had a vet that took the time to explain lab results in such depth.

What a great place to take your fur babies. It’s very obvious by the more than fair prices that they are more concerned with helping your pets than making huge profits. They took me in as a new patient and got both of our kids in within a month. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This evening I called the office, thinking it would be closed because it was after business hours. I was surprised when Vicky answered and after telling her the situation I was noticing with my dog limping, she asked if I was able to bring him in tonight before they left! That’s a true veterinary office that cares. I know the last thing any person wants to do is work past business hours, let alone allow a patient to come in after business hours!! I am very thankful for the staff at Falls Veterinary Clinic and this review is way overdue. They have been taking care of our animals for over 15 years from the simple routine visits to the heartbreaking good byes of our fur babies. They have shown us a tremendous amount of compassion during our hardest goodbyes.Dr Arnholt, who my son had the opportunity to interview for school, has so much love for the animals he cares for and we will continue to use his services for years to come.

I wish I could have found Dr Arnholt sooner! I have been to many vets and he is by far the best around. Very friendly and fair prices and I never feel taken advantage of which I have felt many times at other places. I have 3 dogs and they are in the best hands. I highly recommend!

Dr Arnholdt and the whole staff are great. I highly recommend them. I took my 15 year old Rebel in. Which they took him in within an hour that I called. He had an uti They are very reasonably priced. I am so glad that I found them. They are caring, take their time, explain everything, answer all questions. They truly care for your 4 legged family members.

OMG! I am not able to get a print out of my dogs' prescriptions because that is something this vet "will not do". I chose to order my scripts through Chewy because they are the cheap, convenient option in my case, but the vet will not allow me to submit the script to Chewy. He told me I either have to buy my prescriptions from him or "call your old vet in Lakewood and see if they'll do it" (which I assumed was in jest because I told him we had not been to that vet in years- which I verbalized and then he shrugged). So, I am either forced to buy my prescriptions from him (other than using an online database which is far more convenient and cheap for my family) or bring my dog to another vet for an annual check up (another $170 I will be forced to pay) to get the sign off on the printable script.When I called in earlier in the week, I asked the receptionist why Chewy was having trouble getting in contact with them, she responded with, "we don't have email". Chewy contacts vets primarily through fax, and while Chewy said they had received "no response" from the vet, Vet said "we haven't received any faxes from Chewy". I don't know who to believe.But I find it incredibly unfair that I paid over $170 for my last visit (which was this year) in order to get my dogs updated on their vaccinations and restart their prescriptions, and now I also have to drive out to the Vet every month to get prescriptions for my dogs when I was hoping I could order through an online portal that offers AutoShip and discounts which is better for my family's budget.This did not have to be a situation where I now have to find a new vet. I was happy going here my dogs appointments, but now I will find a new vet due to the unpleasantness and somewhat aggressive nature of this conversation. Instead of continuing to have be a steady, reoccurring client with 3 dogs, we will now have to look elsewhere for a vet who is more involved with the efficiency related to pet's health. It's too bad.

We took our 10 month old corgi there for the first time. We were looking for a new vet bc we moved and always felt rushed at the previous places.The team at the falls clinic is very friendly and thorough! The old school vibe is nice bc they take there time with you and truly listen. They write down everything and even send mail for reminders. Dr Arnholt is kind, gentle, and really put thought into our puppy Brody digestive issues. We are happy we found a great local vet clinic! Definitely recommend.

I called with concerns about my dog. He took us in right away despite being a busy Saturday morning. Everyone in the office was kind and attentive to our dog. I did not feel rushed and they answered every question or concern I had. I will definitely be back. I just wish I would have found him sooner. Go Bucks!

OMG this veterinarian clinic was awesome. It's clean, very helpful staff, reasonable price. The vet cured my Sarah. I thought she won't make it but he knows what's his doing. I don't know the vet name but I'd like to thank him so much. I would definitely go back there again and recommend the place.
