DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful pharmacist ever!! I’ve used this CVS for almost 3 years and never had an issue until today. My husband is very sick and needed his prescriptions. I got a new insurance (my work changed it not me) and I went in to ask if they were in network and could fill the prescription. They refused to help me and said I should call Walgreens and pay out of pocket. My insurance company website is down and the customer service number on the card only has representatives available Monday through Friday. (Today is Saturday) so I had no way of knowing who was in network. The pharmacist acted like he was high and mighty and said “yeah he can write your name down (and shoo’ed the employee to go do it) and maybe we will get to it but we just opened and we have a lot of other peoples medications” and rolled his eyes. I was there an hour and 20 minutes after they opened. Extremely rude and I said “based on this interaction I would NEVER use this pharmacy because you were extremely unhelpful and rude.” He started to back talk and I walked away. Cannot even believe CVS would employ someone so incredibly rude to their coworkers and their customers. Went to Walgreens and they were very helpful and the customer behind me in line at Walgreens also said CVS was extremely rude to her. Not just a fluke. How disappointing.

I have been coming to this location since we moved close to here. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and always take the time to go out of their way to help! I go here solely because of the customer service.

Don't text me when prescriptions are on back order or when ready. In general the pharmacy staff doesn't seem like want to be there. The pharmacist is rude and condescending. Takes to long to push an order out.

Here are my top three complaints, not in any particular order...There's nobody ever at the register when you want to check out and when somebody does finally come over, they always act as if you're putting them out. Even more so now that they have a self-checkout register.I absolutely hate the pharmacy! They are constantly pushing and trying to get you to refill medications that you don't need; calling your home phone and sending text messages telling me you need to contact your doctor for a refill. I personally find this to be very unethical. If my doctor's wanted me to refill my prescription they would have put a refill count on it!I find it extremely annoying that every time you make a purchase they want you to donate money.

Jackie was most helpful. I'd paid a script & beverage at the pharmacy & remembered another item before I left. She helped me find it, asked if I wanted to use my extra care bucks printed on the receipt from the pharmacy & stopped me from inserting my card to pay the $0.53 saying "I got you" as I watched her put her own$ in the till! This kindness truly made my day♡♡♡I would now like to add Layla from the pharmacy who addressed, fixed & was most pleasant & helpful throughout. Now that my new # is in the system, no one needs bothered personally including myself. I am most impressed with the personnel.

CVS on Bagley Road in Olmsted Twp, Ohio is the best. Staff is always helpful and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable.
