I bought a gift bag there seen it was on sale and got it. When I rung it up it was way off. I told the worker and he told me on his scanner it shows what’s ringing up, so I showed him the pic of the price I seen and also told him I will even show you, instead of honoring it he brought someone else to sit there and tell my daughter no way this was .98 cents. Very rude people!

I made an 11am appointment online for an oil change. I needed to get some groceries too, so i thought it would save me time. When you make an appointment you are locked in for a one hour time slot, or so i thought. I was informed it woul be a little over an hour, so I shopped for an hour and a half. When I returned to get the car I was informed it would be at least another 30min. They had taken walk-ins and started them before my car, despite the fact that i made an appointment. Dave at the counter was great, and kept me informed, so i wasn't going to take it out on him, but this is horrible customer service. My time is valuable, as is for everyone else, and I feel you wasted my time. I was treated as just another number, not a loyal customer who came to you for help. A discount or reimbursement would have been justified.

Some of the ogp associates are rude to customers who come in to get their own groceries. They block the isle and don't want to move so a customer can get to something. They act like the only people they have to care about are the ones sitting in their cars.One young lady was busy chewing gum and staring at her device. I wanted something on the shelf and I said "excuse me" and she just gave me quick glance and went back to all important business.I guess Walmart's policies of always being helpful to customers doesn't apply to them.

Horrible store. The personal shoppers block entire isles and made no attempt to move even a bit to let you by. Sometimes several isles are totally blocked. Apparently optometry department closes at 3:00. I was there at about 2:30. Stood there for 10 minutes before anybody even showed up and then to tell me that they were not doing any more eye tests today. I asked if I could get an appointment for the next day and they said no, we are booked way out. I’ll go to LensCrafters tomorrow and get waited on. Very poorly managed store.

One star for the goof who's in his fifties and still has a Mohawk that is completely gray who works in toys and sporting goods like a real man. Haha dude is about worthless. How can you be a full grown man, half a century old making minimum wage sorting toys at Walmart? Your gray Mohawk is cool though, buddy.

I was in Oberlin Ohio Walmart on 4/11/24 and was told by two different people in the auto department that they could mount my atv tires. I go home and take them off the machine and return with them to Walmart the next morning only to be told they can’t mount atv tires. Thanks for making me waste my time and gas!!!

I keep seeing on their website that various items are available, "Geno's East frozen pizza" or "Soybean Oil" but no such thing exists in their stock. Do they think I'm gonna' say,"Oh well, I'll just buy something else!" Been walking out empty handed lately.

I love my Walmart. They always have everything I need. The cashiers are friendly and can bag like no other place I've ever been. Nothing ever gets smashed.

Went to 2 different ones looking for my favorite drinks, and, as usual, they either had 2 flavors in stock that I don't like or, none. They are 1 of 2 places I shop that carry them, so I guess I'll just have to get them elsewhere.

Great store helpful employees and a good variety of stuff is not too crowded ! If they could get the customers to stop stopping in the middle of the aisles and get out of other people's way it would just be wonderful !

Unfortunately theft is such a problem they have to lock up the automotive headlights and taillights. It is also unfortunate that they don’t have any employees that can unlock the case. Waited over a half an hour and finally put all my other stuff back and left. Employees running around everywhere picking orders for the people to lazy to do their own shopping but no one to help the customers that actually come into the store

The prices are now as high as Target and you are constantly bombarded with loud advertisements in the store, especially in the technology section. The clothing section is claustrophobic and disorganized, and in the grocery section you are constantly being pushed out of the way by Walmart's curbside grocery shoppers. When using the self checkout, your every move is watched and scrutinized by an attendant. If you have time, look into the data harvesting that they do in store.Edit: prices have gone up to the point of insanity- a bag of chicken feed should not be $25

Jeff from tech was so fantastic and also nice!!! Literally had a nightmare of a day at target trying to get AirPods and nobody would help me there nor would they answer their phones but I called this Walmart and Jeff not only answered, but very nicely double checked to make sure they were in stock, and was PRESENT at the desk when I came in 20 minutes later and was very efficient and friendly. Jeff, i know you will never read this. But thank you. You are a god send, truly. A great reprieve after the red hells of target.

I recently visited the Walmart Supercenter and had a great experience. The store was well-stocked and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed in one place, and the prices were competitive.The layout was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily. I was also impressed by the variety of items available. From groceries to electronics, I was able to find exactly what I needed.I also appreciated the convenience of being able to use the self-checkout lanes. This saved me time and allowed me to get in and out of the store quickly.Overall, I had a great experience at the Walmart Supercenter. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well-stocked and organized. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Fairly good location for getting things quickly. Not overly impressed with the level of stock in clothing because many of the shelves look to be pretty empty. But overall, it’s a clean store, safe in the parking lot and easy to get in and out.

Shopping at the Oberlin Walmart is a bit like taking a trip to Cedar Point.90% of your time will be spent standing in line, waiting for the main event.Except at Cedar Point, the main event is a fun roller coaster.At Walmart, it's you paying too much for plastic garbage, processed foods, and corn syrup.Go to Aldi. It's right across the street.EDIT: Don't go to Aldi. They're going all in on self-checkouts too, or they forgot to hire a 2nd employee. Go to...just...go somewhere else.
