This animal hospital is absolutely amazing! Every staff member I’ve interacted with is kind and they go above and beyond to make sure my kitty is comfortable. They also give you a small discount based on mileage to help make up some cost if you’re coming from far away which I think is really generous. I always appreciate that the vets take their time and don’t rush you out of the office. Highly recommend!

Absolutely and completely let down by so-called animal Hospital! I have a one year old pitbull, and because she is a pitbull they automatically labeled her as vicious! Yes, if you give a dog for shots, she’s not gonna be excited to see you and Jess because she’s a pitbull does not make her vicious. They want you to drug your dog with trazodone on the night before and the morning before and when you come in there, the dog picks up on their vibes. This place is horrible not friendly, not welcoming and over priced. do not go there.

Affordable and clean. The staff was very friendly,attentive and kind to my dogs. I was in the room for every exam and test,and it was great to be able to see everything being done to my dog. Test results came back 15min after the tests were given to my dog.The doctor was very sweet and gentle,and prescribed antibiotics.Very speedy, throughout and would highly recommend!Simply can't beat $15 for a doctors visit!

Absolutely love their staff and Dr's in the office. Definitely a working crew, offered PT for my dog after surgery. Understanding and offering comfort when needed. The only negative part I don't feel comfortable about is when waiting for a room to open to be seen, the assistant comes out and goes over things that shouldn't be shared in a waiting room about your precious family member. I know that they can offer things before hand and prior to an appointment to get certain tests done, which is great but an " up sell" should be discussed in the room not in public.We love the staff!!

Inconvenient careless.My dog has suffered for years from allergies and not once did they even suggest she be tested for allergies but they are quick to prescribe medication and require they be filled there refusing to provide the prescription to the patient even after I voiced concerns that the medication is available for significantly less online with vendors like Chewy and at local pharmacies.They’re extremely inconvenient to work with and clearly only interested in their bottom line rather than their patient.

One of the best vets around they'll take you on short notice they're very very reasonable wonderful staff and they deduct mileage off of your bill I've been going to them for years couldn't ask for a better vet

I won’t take my kitties anywhere else. They are always so nice, compassionate and when you feel lost and unsure what to do, if asked they will actually give their advice/opinion as if it was them in your shoes unlike a lot of other places that will just tell you “I cant tell you what to do or advise you.” Well if you can’t then who else? I need someone who knows to help me make the best educated choice for my babies. They are also very fairly priced compared to almost every other place around. They don’t over charge you for simple visits or same day visits and they don’t make you pay/get something you don’t actually need. Love this place and trust my babies with them ❤️

We had a great experience. Took our new puppy there for his 12 week shots. They made it a wonderful experience for him by keeping his mind occupied while he got his shots. He didn't even notice he got his shot. Definitely the best vet appointment I have ever taken a pet too. Will be back in a few weeks for his next round of shots.

We are forever thankful for Dr Fox who over several emergency drs(3) was able to find and diagnose our dogs bowel obstruction. That allowed us with proof to return and have her life saved with surgery. They are our regular vets office but went for a 2nd opinion and got us in immediately with a cancellation that just happened. Her knowledge and expertise found what others couldn’t. We are so grateful cause with emergency surgery she is home and living a full life like we had hoped.We enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff on a regular basis for all 4 of our dogs- i will always feel comfortable taking our dogs here for care. Thank you all again- you saved her!

Everyone is very caring at this Animal Hospital. My pup had almost a full mouth extraction there months ago and a back problem today. They got us right in. I'm very appreciative. Prices are very reasonable too.

I adopted a abused dog, and staff took their time to make her feel safe and comfortable. A month later my cat was suddenly ill. They got me in that day even though they had never seen her before. Unfortunately we had to help her cross. The staff went above and beyond. They truly care about your pets and you. I will never go to another vet.

This is where I will continue to take my pets! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. All of the employees are so kind! I recently had to say goodbye to my cat of 13 years and even though I was heartbroken they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Such kind people working here, the owner should be proud they have such good staff!

First-time visit. Very reasonably priced. Courteous, caring staff. My 16-yr-old cat crossed the Rainbow Bridge & I needed to tend to her end of life service.I first called Elyria Animal Hospital on Cleveland St, Elyria. For a common cremation, no ashes returned 😡$177😡 SHOP AROUND‼️ Every other place I called was LESS than $100 for the same service!Oberlin Animal Hospital was my choice❤️ For that same service $63 (& a bit of change). Thank you for reasonable, affordable costs!

They were able to fit us in when our vet couldn't when our dog had a nasty cut in his ear. The vet and other staff were very nice. We are considering switching to this vet after more than 20 years with the other. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is the wait time. First vist, yes they were fitting us in. Second follow up visit was long too. There may have been very valid reasons for the delay. I don't mind for me but our dog was starting to get antsy. Instead of relaxing and getting used to the space, he got more agitated. We will have to see what happens in the future.
