Really unacceptable customer service. I called to ask if they had mezcal. Fairly common spirit, but not every place stocks it which is fine. The staff member told me to “come and take a look” for myself. That’s so insane to me!No, I’m not going to jump through hoops to give you my business - it’s your *job* to be able to put me on hold, check your shelves, and give me a simple yes or no answer. The whole point of a phone call is that I don’t want to drive 30min just to find out what you could easily tell me over the phone. So low effort. I won’t be patronizing this business in the future.Two stars only because I’m trying not too judge them too harshly by this one interaction. Judging by that alone, it’d be zero stars.

Went there on Friday the 10th. Selection of beer was great. Help was very nice finding all I looked for. Was double charged via an error with the machine. I called Monday and caught the male owner by surprise and he was not very receptive to hearing he owed me money. However, I assume his wife, B, she was so nice throughout. Remembered me and told me to wait a little while longer. I got my entire refund this morning no fuss. Always keep your receipt as this helped them find the double charge. I appreciate you getting it right Johnnys! I’ll be back…but maybe I should just use cash.😊

Don't waste your time. Giant Eagle has a better selection. Must be new owners cuz they do NOT care that they no longer have your all time favorite beer. Used to have it in stock (and cold) all the time.

This little place has an amazing selection of wine from all over the world! It was recommended to me when I was looking for some holiday gifts and I was shocked. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for great wine or other liquor. They were very helpful as well.

Great selection of products, at reasonable prices. Bad news is they do not take credit cards, only debit cards for liquor. That's odd to me. Could use better people skills

This was my first time there and I was picking up a bottle as a gift I don't drink so I had lots of questions the staff (both the lady and the guy) was EXTREMELY helpful, and patient with me (and my many questions lol) I highly highly recommend you stop in for some of the best hospitality I've seen since I left the south... definitely look forward to returning to the area and stopping in.

Pretty low rent, and there's a few other stores nearby. I paid with cash, and he would not break my $10 into two $5. This is after I just bought stuff... He said he needed change for the night shift. Yeah right buddy, I'm sure.

This place used to be one of the best beer stores in Northeast Ohio. Now they're just a warehouse of stale beer with horrible customer service. If you can't or are unwilling to answer questions then why even answer your phone? They used to know and care about their product and would take the time to answer your questions, now they can't even tell you what they got in stock today.

A great selection of craft beer, wine and hard liquor. Prices are OK not high or super low. Certainly the best selection in the Oberlin area, staff was attentive but not overbearing. The do have a case discount.

They are the only liquor store in the area, and they act like it. Some of the staff is nice, some are not. They REALLY don't like it if you want to pay with a credit card.

Good selection of wine and craft beer, so 04/2023 and credit cards no longer accepted for liquor, OH except if you don't have a debt card and are going to not purchase anything, then we'll do it this time but bring cash or debt if you come back, good to go, not going back

Cigarettes, beer, lottery, snacks and refreshments. What more could you ask for from a liquor store? I was rather impressed by the bourbon/whiskey selection.

Liquor store on the outskirts of Oberlin. They have a nice selection of cold beer, as well as wine, beer and liquor. They also have a smattering of alcoholic options as well. Lots of the local college students frequent here as well as locals. Overall, a perfectly good choice for your boozy needs.

As soon as I walked into the store the gentleman asked me to leave my purse at the counter. EXCUSE ME?!?! I told him I would NOT leave my purse at the counter. I proceeded to ask him why. And he said the owner said because people steal.But what does that have to do with me? I told him there are about 10 cameras up and they could see me and I suggested they walk up and down every aisle with me since they racially profiled me as soon as I walked into the store. I looked at the counter for a sign that said purses needed to be left at the counter. Meanwhile another couple comes in and they do not ask the woman to leave hers at the counter. I will NEVER in my life spend a penny at this establishment. It is small, smells horrible and the customer service is utterly disgusting. Called and spoke to the owner Terry and he told me he was too busy to review the cameras and that they had the right to profile because a black woman came in with a white woman and stole $1,000 worth of wine. Ok.. do you know how many damn bottles of wine that would be. VERY rude and disrespectful people.

My go to place. Debbie is my favorite red head, love her tons. She managed to find a bourbon that no other local liquor could find. A HUGE selection of wines, beers, and liquor.

Male staff does not realize how off putting and creepy they are being towards young women. I'll be doing my business elsewhere and wouldn't suggest going in there alone.
