I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at this location! We are from out of town but took a drive to purchase a new TV. Immediately, we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. Dale in electronics was absolutely wonderful. Loaded a tv onto a pallet for us very quickly even though the loader was unavailable. He helped us get it into our truck! Please give this man a raise! He definitely deserves it!

sheila at customer service decided today was gonna be the day she’s gonna be rude towards a customer for no reason, i tried getting an insta pay out and only had my paper id because i got it renewed and she told me she couldn’t do it but i kindly explained to her ive done it at other stores and she proceeds to say “listen to me we don’t do that here i don’t care what other stores do we don’t do that here”. it’s sad that this is how yall let your employees treat customers

got here at 2:45 for a oil change walked around Walmart for an hour just to be told it didn’t go thru and now I got to wait however longer for a damn oil change! left at 4:50 the picture below will show you they checked me in at 3:45 even though I was there till 2:30 weird so 2:30 till 4:50 for an oil change is absolutely absurd

3 things were ordered for store pickup. One item was wrong. Obviously did not compare UPC, one was fine and one was removed even though we have an email confirming a substitution. I am assuming too lazy to go back and get it.

I went and got an oil change at Norwalk Walmart, I drove 4 hours to Kentucky and heard a horrible noise in my equinox and pulled into a gas station and here there was oil all in my engine under my car all on my hatch back, long story triple a was called took to a shop filter was not tightened it was just sitting there, they said I was lucky to get as far as I did. Now waiting to see the damage to my motor and to see what Walmart is going to do. They say video shows they did everything right basically he say she say. Now gotta fight with them

If you place an online order for pick up and the order contains produce or "fresh" fruits or vegetables, be sure to check the quality. Every time I place an order for pick up it's as though they give you the worst produce they have available to pawn it off on unsuspecting customers. They'll replace the items if you complain about it, but it becomes impractical to drive an hour round trip to get replacement items and nothing more for the inconvenience. The price of food is already high enough and they expect the customer to use their nearly $4 a gallon gas to retrieve replacement items.

Walmart is convenient-not the the same company when Sam Walton was around but they do a good job in Norwalk. I seem to be able to find what I need and we also use their pharmacy. Today I got a pool noodle to provide some safety for the grandkids and some markers although I only needed brown. Those are headed back tomorrow as the marker only lasted about five minutes😀

Waited 45 minutes for Walmart Pickup. They weren’t even answering the phone when i tried back again after the 30 minute mark. Had to call the store manager to get my five items. Could half spent 15 minutes walking in the store, what’s the point of Walmart pickup??

I’m just visiting so I don’t really go to this location very often. I have to say I am absolutely impressed. This store is so clean, organized, and the employees were super helpful. It’s really nice to be walking down an aisle and have a Walmart employee say hello and smile. That never happens at the Walmart stores in the Cleveland area. It’s a simple thing to do, but it made me feel welcome! I wish I could put into words more, but part of me is just stunned at how this Walmart is. It’s just perfect!

Waited 40 minutes to get a gallon of paint mixed. The manger was super apologetic for it and a decent person because of him and him alone I'm giving a two star review. I will still be hesitant to shop at this facility due to staffing.

Be careful with expired products on the shelf. I bought a pack of Stonyfield organic milk in singles for my son's school (he's 7 yrs old). He drinks lactose free and has to keep them at school. I had no idea they were expired (11/21)& he came home and told me his milk tasted wierd and had chunks. My son was sick to his stomach later that evening. I took the milk back and told the manager, I got a refund but not an apology. Hopefully they train their employees to do better in stocking products that are not expired & in showing some empathy.

Had an appointment for a tire change. After arriving and checking in I've been here for over half an hour and haven't gotten any help yet. What the point of the appointment if I'm still left sitting here for who knows how long.Edit: After an hour of waiting I finally decided to ask how much longer it would be and they said "I never checked in". I guess there's was more to do but I walked in, told them I was here for my appointment, and one of the workers said "ok" and walked out their backdoor. I thought that meant we were ready to go but I guess I had to talk to multiple people before one of them would check me in. Great job Walmart.

Great Walmart. Compared to Sandusky, this is larger and has much more space between the aisles with generally more friendly staff and always feels clean. The prices can be slightly higher, but I believe that it is small enough to be negated.

They keep the store clean and well stocked. I had a positive experience with the gentlemen who worked on my tires in the auto repair section of the store. I also recently had a uncomfortable one with a woman who was helping me at the customer service desk. I think they over worked her that shift? Overall the employees try to be helpful. They a decent selection of produce and the bakery is lovely. It's one of the cleanest Walmart's I've been to.
