The water temp isn't always a good temp. it can vary from being ice cold to too hot, and there's no way to control temp. Sometimes, it seems like there's very little soap/suds when I spray. I'm giving it 3 stars, though, because despite that, I appreciate that there's a place where I can bathe my dog and not have to do it at home, leaning over my tub. I also appreciate the blower, which cuts the drying time in half. I wish customers would at least rinse and grab clumps of fur out of the tubs, but that's not really the fault of the business.

Took our dog there after running her at the park (which was a bit muddy)...she walked into the tub easily (she's a full sized labradoodle), very nice to have water/shampoo ready to go. Used the dryer but brought a towel also. Much easier to take her there than to break our backs at home :-)

Parking in back of building. Like that it's open late. Can use atm card or quarters to pay to wash dog. Reminds me of the car wash with the dial to choose rinse, soap, dry, vacuum, and other options. Also dispenser for treats and cloths. Our dog enjoyed walking up the steps to the platform to be washed. The warm water was nice to wash her down with. There is a clip leash attached to the tub so you can attach your dogs collar to hold them steady while you wash rinse and dry them. Must have a minimum of $6 to start. My dog has sensitive skin had to bring her medicated soap to use. $6 was just enough to rinse, use our soap and dry her and she is a large yellow lab.

The facility was dirty and trash was lying on the ground. It has nice tables,but again needs to be cleaned.

I took my dog here at the end of October and ever since then he's been battling a severe skin issue. He is a Great Dane and I used the wash station right as you enter the facility. I'm curious to know if you sanitize the stations and if so how often? As there was a groomer in there when I was there and she didnt even acknowledge me when I was in the building.

Marjie is always ready when I get there with me dog, no waiting. My dog has long, thick hair that Marjie does a real nice job on, and she trims her nails, too!👻⚓🇺🇸
