I was tripping over employees when I went shopping there. It was actually a great thing though because at the big box home improvement stores, help is hard to find. I am home visiting my mom and haven't been there in 30 years. It's much larger than it was before. It's nice to see a business thriving. The store had everything I needed to refurb my mom's bathroom.

This hardware store is small but somehow loaded with a huge variety of most anything I ever need.Also, the employees are both helpful and knowledgeable.They have just expanded into the vacancy in the same building and I have yet to explore all of it.

Pleasant staff. I normally find what I need. Very nice store but your website needs updating. I look online and find items that state pickup in the store. When I get there items are no longer carried.

I really like Ace but....with the remodel and all you can't find things that used to be easily found. Can not find your pet area and I had to run to Walmart which I was avoiding. Otherwise great store.

Great selection for a small town hardware. They have just about anything that lowes or home depot has in tools, plumbing, electrical and paint at reasonable prices. There are always plenty of helpful staff members and they actually seem to know the products they carry(unlike the big warehouse stores).

Incredibly helpful! They searched their warehouse for almost 40 minutes until they found what I was looking for instead of just telling me it was out of stock!Kudos to the staff!

Love this hardware store. I've been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful with anything I need and they always have a great selection for me to choose from. And has a wonderful small town hardware store feel to it.

Rebecca and the entire staff are very knowledgeable you could not ask for a better hometown hardware store. I'm in there enough they know me by name you dont get that at Walmart. You want personal one on one experience this is your store big box stores are not always the way to go ,its time to shop small people it's time to recognize the little guy sure they might not be lowes ,homedepot or menards but go in 20 times guarentee those other stores wont remember your name these people are hometown proud and go out of there way to take care of you

Until today, I was a regular shopper at Ace Hardware in Norwalk. However, the cashiers in the front of the store embarresed me , and insulted me on two different days. The cashiers are incompetent and should not be Dealing with customers at all! Complaints to the owner was to no avail! I liked the convience of the store, but I will never shop there again!i can do without that kind of drama....
