I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dollar Tree store in Norwalk, Ohio, and I must say that my experience was greatly enhanced by the exceptional customer service provided by Tiffany. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Tiffany greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly welcomed.What really stood out to me about Tiffany was her willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. When I was searching for specific items, she took the time to personally guide me to their exact location, ensuring that I found everything I needed. I love dollar tree but not this store. I decided to go in and to my surprise there was “NEW” items out. The tall older lady who is usually there is always sweet. However, I will not be returning there after today’s experience. Short old lady showed her true colors. She can go to the back and open a new box for a white woman but she didn’t want to answer her co worker when I just asked him if they where getting some pencil holders. Then when he asked her she said what’s out is out but she had just gone to the back and got a new box for the other lady. Even her co worker looked at her like wow. I’m guessing she’s one of the managers there.

The stores a bit messy at times, but overall I usually find what I need easily and quickly. I've noticed many times theres only the one woman working some days, I hope she can get some help soon!:( she does a great job as a cashier, I feel a bit rude for ringing the little bell, lol!

Was very rude to my son, daughter and his girlfriend!!! Told them totally not to put an item just randomly on the shelf and then come around the corner and say next time if you don't want something give it to one of us. Then one of the cashiers told my daughter not to lean on something and was very very rude supposedly. Never going back! 😠

The cashier helped me find a few items I was looking for and more. That was the best customer service I have encountered since I have been in Ohio since July 2020. Forgive me that I have forgotten her name she was very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great job.

Very dirty, large stains on floor. never stock, boxes everywhere, not enough help, workers are not friendly. They talk about there personal life behind closed doors.I don't need to hear that stuff. The place looks like a tornado went though it. Been this way for the last 6 months or more.

Took my grandmother shopping here on 10/3/18. She has foodstamps and picked up a few grocery items. She can't see well and accidentally hit the wrong button on the screen and the cashier LOUDLY announced "it was declined" and embarrassed my grandmother. So I went ahead and finished the transaction for her. Very rude cashier, an 80 year old woman should not be embarrassed because she hit the wrong button on the credit/debit card machine. Will NOT be returning to this location.

The have a sign that says you must wear a mask but watched multiple people come in with no mask at all and the cashier said nothing to them and had her mask below her nose
