I'm sharing feedback about the pharmacy, and giving a 2-star rating.The pharmacy tech was nice, but the new location's design flaw in the pickup process is disastrous.We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, even after calling the day before.There was only one line for both pickup and drop-off, with 5 cars ahead of us.This setup is inefficient, and it appeared they were filling prescriptions while customers waited.A family member went inside for faster service and there were 8 people in line.Drug Mart used to be our go-to for cheaper prescriptions and great service, but we're disappointed and looking for another pharmacy.

Great store but pharmacy is horrible. It's Boone has any clue what's going on and never have my scripts ready. The final straw was I called to fill my prescriptions at noon they asked when I'd be by to get them I said 330-4. 415 comes n I get there they tell me ,45 min. I show up 3 hrs later and they still didn't have it. This is just the latest issue but is the final straw.and the sad part is it's not just one pharmacist. They're all clueless in that department. I'll still use drug Mart but my hole family will no longer be getting our meds from there.theres always a hold up n a hassle.

Since UTZ bought out Snyder products, I don't buy chips there. I can 3 bills with a check, envelope, and a stamp for what Drug Mart charges to pay a bill electronically. My bills are taken out of my account at the same rate of speed. I only purchase stamps there

Pharmacist is rude and impatient each time medications are called in. When I go to pick up my medications days later nothing is ready because the pharmacist didn’t bother to collect all of the information needed and no one else bothered to call to collect it, they just wait for you to assume your medication is ready and come in just to tell you that you have to wait longer because the pharmacist didn’t do his job. It’s either that or they tell you they don’t have anything called in for you at all. When I’m the one that called it in. I’ll be going else where. The inconvenience is not worth it, especially when the medications are needed for time sensitive illnesses.

If I could give a 0 I would. And it’s not just Drugmart in Norwalk it seems to be all of them! Horrible customer service. Especially at the pharmacy! How do you fill a portion of a prescription and then go to get the rest of it and they act like they don’t know what your talking about?! Not to mention I’ve always been asked if generic is ok but not this time they just assume that they can give me what they want. I will not be back here I can’t deal with rude ppl. If you don’t like your job find a new one!

The service at the pharmacy has gotten terrible. The staff is not friendly like in the past and service time, especially in drive thru has slowed to a crawl. I believe it is definitely time to switch from rhem.

Very nice employees.Unfortunately half the items I went to purchase were all marked wrong and they tried to charge me 35% more than I was supposed to pay..I returned everything and walked out..

Pharmacy assistant said that they were open until 9:00. Went back at 7:45 and they already had the roll down gates down

Nice little store, always clean and easy to locate what Im looking for! Always happy to be greeted by Charles, he's super friendly and never fails to say hello!:) Great store with friendly staff!

I love Discount Drug Mart I love their points I love everything about them the one in Norwalk is great and all the employees are so very kind and so very nice they are very great people I love the employees at Drug Mart in Norwalk
