Bought 2 identical products from same shelf. One had price higher than the other. Staff charged price as marked. When difference brought to their attention, was told the price is what it is...no adjustment made.

Items I wanted was out of at that one mega chain store "go figure", happened to drive by and spot this old school gem. Surprisingly no one was there shopping. I actually thought it was closed but it was open. Got in found what I needed and back out in a flash. No luck with that mega chain store swing by and give em a try.

I love this store! Super organized, and squeaky clean. The home decor is amazing! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Please don't ever go away Big Lots in Norwalk.

I had a GREAT experience here today! They had everything I was looking for! I've been looking for totes , and everybody else's prices seem so high, but not here! I ended up buying 6 of them! I got everything on my list today. Plus, the store was so neat & clean. People are crazy if they don't give this store more business! They are so deserving of it! Get out there and see what I'm talking about!

It’s cheap and there’s everything you need/don’t need. It’s hardly ever busy so checkouts are quick. My only suggestion is maybe repainting the store give it some sort of life!

I like the Big Lots prices! They have many grocery items including Bob's Red Mill products. They have home furnishings, area rugs, pillows. They have snacks, nuts and candy. They have some toys, cosmetics and holiday decorations. They also have some small appliances. The clerks are helpful and friendly!

I paid for an armoire in full on 11/28/19. Have been patiently waiting up until today. Every time I've called I've been given a different reason why i have NOT received my goods. Not 1 reason is legit. It's been 16 days & nothing. I guess it's ok though bc nobody has any idea when I'll receive the armoire. Very unprofessional big lots. Nobody has a real answer. Whose job is it? Nobody knows? How convenient big lots. Your manager sucks

Lower prices on a good variety of things. Store is mostly tidy and clean. Often, pricing is not clear and there can be a wait to get through the checkout.

Big Lots has really changed over the years. Not the junky store with great deals anymore. You can find items they elsewhere for the same price or less.

I have only been to big lots 3 times that had amazing deal on pajama pants that were 84 cents. Good customer service too
