When shopping for our new pup - we had not had a good experience at the previous Pet Supplies Plus we had visited. I was very hesitant to stop into this one. The customer service here is AMAZING. As soon as I walked in, an employee stopped what he was doing, walked over to me and asked if I needed help. All throughout my journey through the store employees were more than happy to offer help and advice. Even better when I found out they were family owned! This is the ONLY pet store we will be shopping at from now on.

Today I found out Pet Supplies Plus in Norton is a franchise location and not a typical corporate location so not only are you supporting the community when shopping here, but you're also supporting the family who operates it. The customer service at the Norton location far exceeds that of the Manchester location (I've only ever had uncomfortable interactions with the employees at the corporate-ran Manchester road location).I came into the Norton location with a concern about the dog food I had recently switched my puppy to and Billy, who I believe is one of the owners, listened to everything I had to say and walked me through several dog food brands to consider. He looked at several different brands' ingredients with me and made me feel confident in the decision I was making. He wasn't pushy or judgmental of my needs and I really appreciated his help. He also did not seem annoyed or upset by my requests and seemed genuinely happy to help.I work in customer service and constantly find myself asking why companies don't treat their customers right anymore, but that is not something you'll have to worry about at Pet Supplies Plus in Norton. I highly recommend this store based on the selection and the friendly staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I think the City of Norton was just upgraded for having this amazing new pet store. This Pet Supplies Plus store is going to do great here! The employees are extremely happy and helpful. The store is very bright & clean. Store manager Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful, he's one of the main reasons we will continue to shop here for our pet supplies!

We finally have a PSP local. My ONLY gripe is that certain brands of dog food are consistently out of stock for days (sometimes more than a week) on end. Our brand of food in particular isn't found in other stores resulting in the occasional trip to a not-so-local store. Otherwise, their selection of items is great. The staff is more than accommodating. It's easy to rack up the rewards.

I want to thank Kelley who did an amazing job on my baby girl Mya. She was very caring with her. My dog has been to a few groomers and either they did not do a good job or like this one place I took her traumatized her. I asked Kelley if she would be her permanent groomer that is how fantastic she is. I will give a before and after pic but Kelley probably has better picture's. Thank you so very much and Mya thanks you aswell.

Yesterday I scheduled at the wrong Pet Supply yet I took her anyway because we had an appt. I was asked had my dog every hard a cut because she was scared of the clippers. I adv her yes. My yorkie yelped out in pain 4 more times licking her back paws after I picked her up before I called Pet Supply to ask if maybe her nails were cut to short and what I could give her for her pain and Nancy Sloan adv me not to come back. Because i scheduled at the wrong office anyway, which had nothing to do with my dogs pain. Racism at it's finest. For asking for help with her pain. You would have thought I ask for a refund to be told not to come back. Very disappointed yet not surprised!

I went here for a friend to get some kitty food. Talked to one man, he showed me where it was, we exchanged pleasantries. He was So nice and helpful bc I'm having a really hard time getting a new kitty! My baby passed away 2 years the 20th of this month! She was everything and so sweet and I miss her. I'm afraid if I get a new one, I will constantly compare to my sweet girl! He told me I might be surprised. People come in there and adopt their kitty's! When the times right, I'll know. Pet Supplies Plus is the Best for pets needs, and you can take them in with you. I Love that part! 🕊️🌸

I was confused on what to feed my picky eater cat and staff came over and asked if I needed help and even assisted in helping find a few cans of real no grain cat food. I really appreciate their help and the reward program!!! I had $26 worth of cat food on the counter and because I'm in the reward program, I only had to pay $5 Thank you PSP, you're appreciated...

The staff were friendly but the animals are not taken care of. The ferrets had feces smeared all over their enclosure with no bedding or litter boxes. The fish tanks are extremely overcrowded. The reptile terrariums are small. The betta fish are all sickly looking. Not much of a selection for small pet supplies. Kennels with cats in them are so small it’s embarrassing. I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff greeted us as we walked in. Not sure if this is because they just recently opened or if this is how pet supplies plus treats their animals at all locations.

I have to edit my review.. their employee turn around is horrible. I've tried to talk to 2 different people that helped me that I've talked to before and employees that work there said they no longer worked there. You need to find stable employees and keep them there. To me, it just means bad management or owners. Brandon was amazing to talk to and helped me tremendously. But no longer works there. The store is clean but needs poop stations. My dog had an accident and I had to stop employees to ask for paper towels to clean it. I'll definitely go to fish city or zoogari from now on. At least management knows how to treat and keep their employees.

Bought a 4 pack of bones here gave my labradoodle one and within an hour she had puked up the whole bone along with her dinner. So I called the store asking if I could exchange the bones out for something that won’t make her sick. They said probably not and to take my dog to the vet. I have gone to similar stores and exchanged food treats and chews for similar reasons with no problem… save yourself the 15$ and a trip to the vet!

I was promptly greeted upon my first time being in the store, I was shown the exact item I came for (a 35 pound of dogfood) and the owner personally put it in my cart for me. We then walked to the toys as it's my dogs birthday, and he showed me a great option for a mega chewer (which my boy is). He then showed me a cute little bakery section so I could get my guy a birthday treat! The treat I picked had a pink candle, he gave me 2 additional candles in more boy colors for my guy since he was turning 2! He then climbed a ladder and got me a large bag of cat food, again put it in my cart for me. Then he met me at the register and proceeded to push the cart out to my car & load my car up ! Very great service and extremely friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

Big Shout out to Kelly whom groomed my hard to handle Havanese pupper Tilly !She done an exceptional job cleaning her up. Especially after Tilly nipped her. I highly recommend her. We certainly will return , if she’ll have us . 5-Stars

We wanted to give this store a chance. However, after several visits, we just cant. The prices are about 10% higher than others stores and the management needs to take some classes in how to treat others. I observed some very nasty comments being made to a younger lady (employee) from the assumed owner (older lady). On another visit, the older male (assumed owner) made a comment about women should not be lifting heavy items. While we can certainly understand chivalry, the way it was said sounded a bit sexist.

Greeted as I walked in! Their adoptable kitties are in the front of the store, so I had to say hi! They were so sweet! I noticed their aisles are very spacious! I had to get help with fitting my dog for a harness and the girl helped me right away! She was gentle and caring with my dog and we tried on a few harnesses and she showed me the importance of a good fit! And the two finger rule! My dog slips right out of a collar, so she was an awesome help! We looked at the other animals there! The fish tanks were so crystal clear!!! Just beautiful and clean! The ferrets were being their ridiculous selves, as the staff just cleaned their whole enclosure, the ferret just tossed their litter box again… I told her, they were going to keep her on her toes! They all seem so patient and caring, not only to customers but the animals in their care, too! I love it here! This is definitely going to be “my store” to go to! Thank goodness! Great location, great parking, great experience!!!

Took our 7month Rottweiler to get bathed and get his nails clipped! He loved Kelley and we had amazing customer service! He was done in about 45 minutes and smelled great! Zeus was definitely happy and so were we!!

I was so excited to take my dog to this store and get her some treats... Great selection of food especially a large portion of fridges filled with very nice food brands. Staff is friendly but my dog got colitis from being on their dirty floors. Please sanitize and clean your floors more often.

I made a grooming appointment for my dog over a month in advance and I requested the day off from work, when I showed up for my appointment I was told it was canceled because the groomer (Kellie) was in the emergency room. I rescheduled for a month later (because that was the earliest date available) and again requested off from work. The morning of the appointment I get a text from Kellie saying she’s lost her voice and has to cancel my appointment. When I told her that this was the rescheduled appointment from the last one that she canceled she apologized and said she was on vacation for the previous one. Must have forgotten which lie they told. Offered me a discount on my next grooming appointment….obviously I’ll never go back.

Honestly, I’m very disappointed in this pet store. We have been coming here since they first opened. We bought a cage here yesterday and needed to return it. Nothing wrong with cage, the box was just opened from us taking it out. Well, Bill the store manager had a nasty attitude with us saying “this is a total loss” and was just absolutely rude for no reason. We took it to another Pet Supplies and they took it back with no questions asked. Sorry you’re having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers that have been supporting you from day one.

Friendly, great pricing, and they carry the nutritious protein packed dog foods!! We feed Diamond Naturals, but they had Fromm, and Zignature and more. So happy this opened up near me. Will be getting my dogs food here from now on.
