Called inquiring purchase of battery for garage remote...knowing I didn't have much time before work I asked on the phone where they were located and advised right by with paint Dept. I arrive head to paint Dept and ask the lady associate who stated she was the one who answered my call. She was MORE than helpful. She also answered questions about paint, type to use on paneling. Cashier was equally as nice and helpfulCustomer Service wins me over.. and when an associate can point you directly where you need to be to find something...that's service. I will be returning

I have always been amazed that folks will go to impersonal, big warehouse retailers when a fully stocked hardware store such as this ACE Hardware in Norton Plaza can satisfy their needs with product selection and friendly, knowledgeable sales associates that are, for the most part, always present to help with their questions. Kudos to “D” at the checkout counter for greeting us with a friendly and sincere “Good Morning” as we walked through the door.

The Staff is very helpful like they always are. I can find anything I could want from a Big Box Store at Ace Hardware and I'd rather interact with the Employees at E&H and give my Money to them.

Dawn and Ann at this store are the best. Dawn helped me find a fastener for my faucet that I couldn't find elsewhere. Ann was helpful finding the proper cleaning products for a newish puppy. Well worth the trip.

If you miss the feel of a small local hardware store come here. This guy's are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!! And they are pet friendly!!

This is a true hardware store and a really good one at that. There are several Hoffman's Ace hardware stores around the area and they are all good and well stocked. The people are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I bring broken windows and screens to them and they fix them for us.

Friendly sales staff ready to assist. You might have to find tjrm; but once you do, they will get you what you came in for.Prices are reasonable and its 3-ish miles away. Store is always clean and now sports a really nice gift shop.Little bit of everything and nice people to help you. Staff is respectful and friendly.

Great place akin to TSC. Little bit pricey but that is ok. They have EVERYTHING you could need for DIY projects. Customer service is fantastic except for this one guy (bald with glasses). This is the second awkward interaction with this man. The first one well, it was weird how he treated my wife and I almost like he was an angry dad. It was weird. This was over the winter times when he also followed us home and called the cops on us. Other than that; Great store!

Generally a great place but I took a chainsaw chain for sharpening and I was told a week. It's going on 3 weeks now. At the time I dropped it off a week wasn't sounding so bad but I kind of need it back by the end of the month.

It was a few months ago I came in literally 5 minutes before close… (I’m so sorry I didn’t even read the door!) I came for a can of butane and was immediately helped and greeted at the door. While the older lady cashier rang me up she asked if I had a reward card. I said I thought I did. She tried to help figure out which number I had (while there were 3 people in line 5 til close…. She was very helpful and I appreciated her trying to find my account even on crunched time. I don’t need to go to this store very often but it’s always a positive experience when I do

This location has the ability to clone automotive transponder keys. I bought a key for a 2003 Toyota Avalon for $68 and a 2010 Ford Focus for $62. IDK if anyone else in the Cleveland area can do it besides the dealerships, but it's definitely a great price. The service was quick too. Highly recommend.

They are a good local hardware store that carry yard tools, plumbing goods, paint, cut keys, grills and more. Love having a close to home hardware store, even though it is a bit more in price than other bigger hardware stores on some things.

Every time I have needed help with choosing the best paint or rust remover, having a screen door repaired, calling for handyman advice as well as countless other practical information, the people who work here were very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and willing to take the time needed to guide me to the proper solution for my immediate quandary! I really appreciate the friendly, personal service they provide for their customers, especially for those like me who are always surprised to find out that most problems can actually be fixed!
