This is a really good full service plant nursery. The workers here are very well-informed and very helpful. There is a large selection of conifer and deciduous trees. The greenhouse carries every imaginable plant for the local growing season. There is another greenhouse for hanging plants in decorative plants. Highly recommend this location!

Dayton Nursery is the best around! The entire place is beautiful and well organized. Their plants are amazing and so is their staff! and I love that they are pet friendly so my dog can come enjoy looking around with me too. Highly recommend!

I am a vendor at craft shows at Dayton Nursery through A Bushel & A Peck. The staff at Dayton is very accomodating, nice and helpful. This is my favorite place to do craft shows at! Melanie is the employee that I have interacted with the most while there. She is so nice and will do anything to help anyone she can. Thank you Dayton Nursery for allowing us to have craft shows there! I am looking forward to many more! You are the best! 😊

Just attended an event this past Sunday and it was amazing! The event host were fantastic along with the nursery workers. We definitely would recommend attending an event here even if it's just to shop around.The nursery also has so many amazing items!

Dayton Nurseries is one of my favorite places to shop for plants and gardening supplies. I was very happy to get to be a vendor for their Hippity Hop Easter Event with Bushel & Peck. It was fun to see all the kids in their Easter best and everyone seemed to have a great time. I can't wait for the next event and to buy all my spring garden supplies!

I lead a project supporting bullied and traumatized children. During a vendor event at Dayton Nursery, I had a negative experience with Melanie, who seemed unfamiliar with vendor events. I had reserved a standard wall space which is typically 10 x 10 space or at least large enough to accommodate a standard vendor table which is 6-8 ft long, but I was given a smaller 5x5 space, which was already occupied by store items. When I asked her to move the heavy items due to my disability, she became agitated, made rude remarks, and continued to target me throughout the event. I know a bully when I see one.

I was there on Friday morning and bought one plant and the clerk even though I was first in line waited on the guy behind me as if I was invisible. I asked her a question about a Juniper and why the cost was so high. She did not acknowledge me nor look me in the eye and she said I dont know. She was rude and incompetent. I wanted to leave my purchase on the counter and walk out. She works at a plant store. She should know the answer or how to find out. Super unhelpful.

I love coming here to buy my annuals and perennials. They also have a large tree selection. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also just learned they have a botanical garden you can walk. It's small but a nice Sunday day date!

First time there today, and it was amazing. So many plants, flowers, trees, etc. Things I've never even heard of! This place is huge too! I highly recommend this place for everything from houseplants to designer landscaping plans. And go with a plan, you just might end up with sensory overload there :⁠-⁠) please refer all questions to Dayton's Nursery. I do not work there, therefore I am not aware of their rules, and what they have in stock. Thank you.

Great selection. Decent prices. Knowledgeable staff. Beautiful hanging baskets. Really wanted to purchase some Roma tomato plants but they were fresh out. However, the nice gentleman working in the nursery helped me look and even went outside to see if some had arrived.

My favorite nursery in the area. Every single plant I've purchased from Dayton (and I've purchased many--they have such a wide and unique variety) has performed better and better each year. Plus, the entire place is just beautiful. Absolutely love the layout and landscape. A lovely place to spend an afternoon strolling and shopping! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We spent 120$ plus dollars on two trees that died within a month. Called and asked if there was anything they could do and was basically told not a chance. It makes it hard to get into diy yard landscaping and creating your own space when you’re not a professional gardener. Then they die and your out hard earned money. Not even a store credit or someone asking what I’m trying to achieve and suggesting the right plants for the job. Just wish they helped more. Well add them to the wood pile and burn them tonight.

I love coming here to shop for my plants. They have a very large selection compared to other nurseries in the area. Prices are usually a better value here. I can usually get a bigger plant for a better price, unless I find a sale/clearance somewhere. I’ve also emailed about plant questions and they always respond. Join their free garden program and you can earn a gift card at the end of summer.

I LOVE Dayton Nursery! Sooo many options and all so beautiful! The customer service is also AMAZING! I came by myself with my two small children and was able to buy several bushes and a tree with the help of the staff, which is crazy with two under two! Would highly recommend! Now I go here for all of my landscaping!

Great prices and selection. I'm not ever heading back to Lowe's for plants compared to the quality and quantity that you can get here. A lot more bang for the buck and selection you won't find at the big box stores. The hanging baskets are incredibly fully and so are the potted plants. Even their trees are very reasonably priced. I'll be coming back for sure.

It's often hard to find somewhere that is truly courteous to those of us wearing masks and distancing. We have been ordering our groceries for months, because walking into a store is like something out of a nightmare for immunocompromised families. Today, we wanted some fresh produce. So we made the trek out. We were delightfully surprised to see masks, capacity limitation, and distancing being adhered to. It was a pleasant venture out, and refreshing to not get dirty looks for being cautious! The selection was fresh and ripe. Can't wait to go here more! Buy local!

Outstanding selection of high-quality plants. Helpful and friendly staff. Also, very impressed with the Nursery's efforts to reduce its environmental impact through a variety of means (solar panels, green roof, water recycling, etc.). Highly recommend.
