Nothing but amazing things to say about the store and their team! There’s always something new to try and they have everything I need for my shepherd and my clients too! The team at Natural Pet helped get my GSD’s diet figured out and now she’s gaining weight! (She was underweight for the first year and a half of her life!) Super grateful for everyone at the store, and they’re so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable!

I came here based on a recommendation of a family member after I told them about my experience with my vet and how I just didn't feel heard when I expressed my concerns regarding feeding my cats a science diet. I wanted to find other more natural options that would be more beneficial in the long run. This place exceeded my expectations!! Haley was so extremely helpful and even after answering all my questions and addressing every concern I had, she was still trying to think of advice or solutions for us. Truly such a kind, helpful person. I left with a new food for my kitties that I feel so much better about, a smile on my face and a weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you guys!!!

We initially became patrons at their prior location because they were the closest retailer of our dog’s holistic food. However, we quickly realized that the store and their team offered so much more. They offer a wide selection of high-quality, natural products, from organic pet food and treats to life jackets. The team cares about the products they sell as well as the overall shopping experience of their customers. The Natural Pet Enrichment Center offers a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners where the team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The owners Mark and Chris and the entire team are the most passionate animal advocates. They are always ready to answer questions, offer advice, and provide insights about the benefits of nutrition-based pet care. Their passion for animals’ wellbeing and commitment to promoting a natural lifestyle for pets is truly commendable. They also have a broad network of trusted providers they recommend, like veterinarians, trainers and pet sitters, who have proven to be professional and reliable. I highly recommend this holistic pet store to any pet owner who values natural, healthy products for their pets. Absolutely loved coming here for the first time! We came originally because of Dr. Sara and enjoyed the store afterwards. Dr. Sara worked miracles on our dog that could hardly walk and experienced significantpain prior to his adjustment and now he's a new dog. Staff is so friendly too and really knows their products.

This store has everything you need. Large selection of pet food (dry and frozen) , supplements and toys. Staff is super knowledgeable, and are happy to answer your questions. Informative sessions are occasionally help on site for your enrichment. Pets are welcome!!! Occasionally photo ops and activities for your and your pet to enjoy. This is a great store with a great staff they are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to what’s in any of their products would definitely recommend if you have a dog with allergies or any animal that needs a restricted diet

Absolutely the BEST place to shop for your pet! I found this place from the resident chiropractor Sarah. She aligns my horse and now my puppy! They gave her a free sample of goats milk for my wiggly pup to enjoy during her adjustment. Then I decided to switch off of kibble and they educated me about raw diets. They have a wealth of knowledge and I suggest you learn from them. You won’t regret it! I’ll definitely be going here every time I’m in the area!

Very friendly staff! My puppy is the pickiest eater that I know of. I received so much advice and helpful information on nutrition. Very presentable store and lots of toys and goodies for furbabies. My only complaint is they don't have the particular food my puppy loves the most. Wellness core raw rev wild game. Otherwise, I am grateful I met the staff and will continue recommending this place.

Perfect in every way!! The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is fabulous. They always have what I need (or don’t need)!One night I showed up after closing (didn’t realize) and before a storm hit. The owner and staff were doing inventory. They heard me tug on the door. As I walked away they told me to come in and shop. The owner didn’t want me to have to come back out in the storm.

Before I even went into the store, I tried the dog wash first! Highly recommend! The next time, I went into the store! Three people came up to me to give my dog a treat! He loved all of the attention. Nobody pressured me to buy anything, so I felt very relaxed and had time to just look around! Highly recommend!

If you want to stop your vet's ridiculous vet bills, get to the Natural Pet in North Royalton, Ohio. Get your dog or cat off the medication refill "merry go-round" and get to this store. Health and wellness for your pet is their goal at the Natural Pet. Their approach is holistic and natural for your pet. Foods, treats and natural treatments for your pet's ailments is what you will find. Drive past Pet Smart, Petco and Pet Supplies Plus for this establishment. At those stores, you are only a number. The Natural Pet puts you and your pet, first and foremost! Lola knows!

This place is awesome. My first visit there was Saturday. They allow dogs, unfortunately my dog stayed home.I was impressed with the friendly owners. And the conversation we had.They have all kinds of pet foods, and accessories. And treats.I bought four freeze dried chicken hearts at only .99 cents each. My dog and his three girlfriends, (dogs), really enjoyed those!They have a pet bath area out back. In a separate building. You can bathe and dry your dog, with shampoo and blow dry too. It only costs $10.00 for 10 minutes. And that area is adorable. I took a tour of the place and was really impressed.As the usual place I take my dog has increased their prices on baths, this place has a great price. And ten minutes is plenty of time to clean your pooch.I highly recommend this place. It's a friendly atmosphere.And, they have their dogs on the premises.It's a good experience. Try them. See for yourself. And bring your faithful companion with you.

My fiancé & I recently stopped into the Natural Pet for some birthday gifts for our pup, and we walked out raving about our experience. The Natural Pet reminded us of why small businesses are just so much better than big box stores, in every way. Everyone we spoke to inside were friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. We found a huge selection of toys and bones - which was exactly what we were looking for, and we’ll definitely be back for anything and everything else we need in the future.

Both of my dogs only eat the food and treats from TNPEC. They staff is extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. When my cousin’s new puppy didn’t have hair on her tail or ears from birth the employees gave a few suggestions and as of right now 2 months later the hair has grown a lot. My dogs live to go into the store and visit not only with the staff but especially with Abigail and Admire ❤️💙. I can tell the difference in my dogs especially with their hair that is so soft and she is almost 2 years old. The goats milk is one of my dogs favorite. Our dogs breeder has been at the store and received some advice on how to help the puppies that needed to put on weight. Stop in the store, bring your fur babies and get them on the right track with the healthiest food and treats you will not be sorryI refer everyone I talk to stop in and see what I meanLove this store their but especially Abigail and Admire

I took my Boston terrier Jax Sparrow there to see Dr. Sara. She helped him tremendously with his back. After the Doctors visit my Jax picked out a few things from the store. It's a nice store with friendly people. I get my 15 year old dog's supplement there. They were very welcoming to her her when I finally brought her there to shop. The only carry premium quality food and stuff so they aren't as large as a big box store.

Great local business, they only carry some products since they strive for all natural products, so there are some things I go elsewhere for. Lots of free samples, they have a loyalty program, and great employees.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff have all been wonderful, and absolutely go above and beyond. They are always so helpful when I have questions. They've done wonderful with curbside pickup, at least any time I've utilized it. I'm so glad we found you guys when we started our raw feeding journey. You guys have made it so much easier.
